03/11/2025: Excellent aperitif, friendliness and courtesy

02/11/2025: I just came in with my family, we ate at the bar and used the restroom, but apparently it wasn't welcome. In this case, I recommend working away from the public, as I consider this rude and unpleasant. The tourist is your source of income, and if they're not rude, I don't see why you'd treat them this way. Childish behavior from both owners, who almost didn't even say hello. Congratulations. P.S. The coffee is terrible.

29/10/2025: We did not stay here fortunately but were looking for a quick lunch in the village. This was the worst dining experience during our holiday and possibly one of the worst meals ever. After a long wait we got a table. We didn’t expect culinary delights but we thought how hard it is to ruin a soup or a pasta in Piedmont? Both were bland and worst examples of the same dishes on this trip. But it’s the main course which stood out: both short ribs and cod stew were inedible. When the waiter noticed that we left our plates virtually untouched and was told what was wrong he did absolutely nothing about it. Same with the restaurant manager who calmly accepted our money and sounded surprised that their food was bad. Other diners were complaining in the restaurant both about the wait and quality of food. Not sure how you can act as if you haven’t heard this before? Instead she managed to inflate some prices on the bill and we paid over a 100 euros for this disgusting meal. It should be criminal offence to serve such terrible food!

04/10/2025: A true gem in the Langhe! A balanced blend of historic residence, modern amenities, and meticulous customer service! Excellent cuisine, 180-degree views of the Langhe, with some tables even located in the adjacent park (in the summer). A superb location (and restaurant) for the usual, well-known names in the Langhe. The property is one of the historic structures and charming hotels that no one would ever imagine finding in VERDUNO. Enjoy your stay and enjoy a relaxing stay!

12/10/2025: Nice and elegant place. Friendly staff, but the prices have definitely gone up too much: €4 for two flavors! The pistachio flavor didn't arrive. The coffee and cheesecake flavors were good.

24/09/2025: The prices are unclear, as a €3.00 cone only includes one scoop, which is very small. The flavors are decent because they're more original than usual. But nowhere is it specified that if you order a small cone, one scoop will fit, and since it's unclear, the customer is told. Never again.

17/10/2025: I bought a medium-sized package of these fabulous pastries, but when the long-awaited moment arrived and I opened the container... disaster!!! All upside down and on top of each other 🤦🏻‍♂️ What a shame!!! I wonder... if more suitable packaging could solve this annoying problem. Of course, I was also careful not to shake the beautiful package.

22/08/2025: Anyone who wants to see works of art in pastry form must visit the Dalmasso pastry shop in Rivoli. This elegant establishment in the center of Rivoli offers fresh and delicious pastries.

12/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, delicious, reasonably priced pizzas with a thin, crispy crust...every time I'm in Turin, I MUST stop by!

21/09/2025: We ordered on Glovo, and we got small pizzas! WE DIDN'T ORDER BABY PIZZAS.

25/10/2025: It's truly a shame, the atmosphere is terrible, the service is terrible, not to mention the food.

17/11/2025: We went for a lunch of appetizers only yesterday. Welcoming on the outside, very large inside (about 400 people), starting at 1 pm and ending at 5 pm. Definitely the ideal place for those who want to "gorge" without worrying about quality. For this reason, I'd give it a 10 for quantity, a 6+ for quality and service. The restrooms are dated, with chipped toilet seats and no paper at the beginning, and zero cleaning during service. Reasonable price if you go independently (€35). If you're looking for quality, this isn't the place.

25/08/2025: Excellent lunch, a beautiful spot perfect for those who want to spend time in nature. There's a picnic area and a children's play area.

26/08/2025: The ice cream is very good. The lady at the cash register isn't very friendly, but that's okay.

05/08/2025: Friendly and knowledgeable staff, super good ice cream. Prices are in line with other ice cream shops.

23/08/2025: It may have been a nice place once, but now it's a complete mess, both in terms of pool and restaurant. Everything's improvised, the food is truly improvised, and the prices aren't exactly cheap. The pool deck is unkempt, full of grass in the middle of the tiles, attracting all sorts of insects. It definitely needs a thorough cleaning. It's pointless to exist like this.

03/08/2025: Unfortunately, it is not a camper van parking area even though it is marked as such... It's fine for spending a Sunday lunch with a swim in the pool...

14/10/2025: We were at this place on Monday night, last night, maybe ten friends and I, around midnight, asking if it would be possible to use the space upstairs (a small balcony). The owner's response was a request for a minimum spend of €300, stated in a brusque and embarrassing manner (€300 to stay upstairs, mind you). There was no special event, nor reason for such an exorbitant price, considering that the place was almost empty (three tables outside and two inside), we found the whole thing truly embarrassing. We talked it over among ourselves, and even if we'd thought for just a fraction of a second that it wasn't a problem, considering the owner's manner (I presume), we decided it wasn't worth it given his rudeness. So, shortly afterward, the owner came out again and asked us, in a rude and arrogant tone, "So should I make it for you or not? Have you changed your mind?" A truly unprofessional approach, which made the experience very unpleasant. Not recommended if you're looking for friendly and respectful service. There are definitely better options in the area. (1 star because 0 is impossible) Have a good evening.

24/08/2025: Interesting and very nice place, friendly and kind waiters, also excellent drinks as well as the atmosphere in the evenings and excellent location in the San Doná square, I highly recommend it

16/11/2025: I had booked days in advance for an important dinner. When we got there, we wanted to eat fish. The waiter told us that on Saturday nights they only did pizza and that the chef wasn't there. Then he asked, "Didn't they call you?" Obviously not. We got up and left. We were very disappointed.

20/08/2025: Very slow and indifferent service, four forgettable pizzas, and, listen to this, not only are they a pizzeria, but they don't even have any kind of bottled beer. The location is decent, but it's infested with mosquitoes. To forget.

11/10/2025: I'll start by saying that I've always ordered takeout, and I've always been happy with both the delivery service and the pizzas. Nothing more to add. I recommend it.

04/10/2025: The pizza is truly excellent: great dough and top-quality ingredients. Service isn't always fast. The atmosphere is decent.
