30/08/2023: We came here for New Year's Eve 2017 and since we made a reservation weeks beforehand so we'd have a place to get to celebrate. The waiters and waitresses were all so sweet and heartwarming. If it wasn't for the terrible food, we would totally have come back! The food was just HORRENDOUS and we couldn't stand being there even just a minute. Unfortunately even the desserts sucked. We were only happy to be there because we got to celebrate New Year's Eve together. We came here for New Years 2017 and saw that we made a reservation a few weeks before, so we would have somewhere to celebrate. The waiters and waitresses were very kind and accommodating. If it wasn't for the bad food, we would definitely have returned! The food was just bad and we couldn't bear to be there another minute. Unfortunately the desserts were disgusting too. We were just happy that we were able to celebrate New Year's Eve together.

29/07/2023: Good food, nice environment, one thing I would mention is the air conditioning but all in all it's a nice place

30/07/2024: We are very fond of the Maira valley and also of the people who live there! Mariateresa, Costanzo and their son are special people... and let's not talk about their cuisine... impeccable!!! Spending an evening in their restaurant, enjoying one of their dishes or a delicious pizza, sharing a chat in a cheerful atmosphere, fills the hearts! They are very simple and give you small gestures that will be impossible to forget, especially when Costanzo with smiling eyes presents you with a small glass that after many years makes you remember that tasty pudding you ate as a child.

19/07/2024: The strawberry milk shake arrived white, then my daughter went to change it and it was white again. The chips were awful, they looked old. For the rest all is well

22/08/2024: Ottima location molto curata personale gentile con ampi spazi e molto verde piatti abbandonati e con materie prime fresche antipasti davvero eccellenti. Il prezzo contenuto questa e’ un punto molto apprezzato.

19/08/2024: Ho provato ad andare a mangiare nella giornata di ieri, Domenica 18 , con moglie e figlia dopo aver tentato inutilmente di prenotare telefonicamente ( squillava libero ma nessuno rispondeva). Mi sono presentato al ristorante alle ore 13 circa e una giovane e solerte cameriera mi ha riferito di essere pieni e che l'unico tavolo libero era per due persone. A parte il fatto che il tavolo poteva contenerne 4 di persone ma era effettivamente apparecchiato per 2 ...ho proposto alla signorina di aggiungere una sedia e un piatto in modo che potessimo accomodarci li...ma lei dopo aver chiesto in cucina tornava dicendomi che non avevano posto e che quel giorno Non avremmo potuto mangiare li. Deluso ho informato il resto della famiglia e alla fine abbiamo optato per il McDonald's nel paese lì vicino. Devo dire che il McDonald's non era neanche male alla fine e , pur essendo pronto a spendere €120 in tre per la cucina piemontese, deluso ne ho spesi 5,50 per un hamburger. complimenti...e GRAZIE

13/04/2024: il cibo buono ed abbondante, passano sempre per il bis. Il personale gentile e rispettoso. solo un consiglio rinnovate il locale per favore !! Arredamento molto vecchio e scuro senza dubbio un locale rinnovato risulterebbe più accattivante , perchè il cibo è buono

11/05/2024: Assolutamente poco cortesi e cocktail cari. Eravamo in 4 adulti in 3 abbiamo consumato e 1 voleva il caffè e non gliel’hanno fatto e non le hanno dato la possibilità di sedersi. Veramente male male

11/05/2024: Pessimo… maleducati eravamo in 4 persone abbiamo ordinato 3 cocktail e 1 caffè il caffè ci hanno detto che non lo fanno e allora la quarta persona non si è potuta sedere al tavolo

09/09/2023: I recommend the Chinese cuisine... The wonton soup and braised ravioli were delicious, while the rice noodles and chicken with vegetables were classic. The owner is kind and friendly. Fair price.

02/09/2023: Restaurant on the first floor, with an uninviting entrance, but if you're hungry you keep going up, you are greeted by a waitress, and taken to your table, the place doesn't give you a sense of cleanliness, in the bathroom it's terrible, with messages that don't you have to use it to make the pupu ))), no paper or hand soap, to order you will have very used menus, ..the food is not bad as far as Chinese cuisine is concerned, the prices are fair, the service is quite fast, to park you have to be lucky to find it nearby, otherwise you'll just walk away, honestly I wouldn't go back.

22/07/2024: La location è carina e bene curata, il cibo nella media. La vera pecca è la mansarda: mangiare in un sottotetto con 40 persone senza aria condizionata è stata una vera tortura...

28/06/2024: L idea della cena in vigna, con evento incentrato sulla grigliata, apprezzabile . Panorama e mood in vigna meraviglioso . Dopodiché, le luci finiscono e iniziano le ombre della serata . Ci viene detto lo start della cena sia alle 20: 00 ma si inizia ben dopo le 20:30( infatti la carne ha tardato sulle griglie ed è risultata stra cotta ) . Tempo eterni tra una portata e l altra , grigliata ( costine, pollo , pancetta e salsiccia ), chiedo due ali di pollo, mi dicono “ finiamo il giro e ne portò ancora “ , non arrivano . Dopodiché a mia domanda mi dicono che il pollo è contato ed è finito . Assurdo . Vino spillato, mediocre. Tiramisù buono peccato il cacao sia dolce e non amaro . Insomma .

27/07/2024: Endless queues and insufficient breakfast. The guy who served me gave me some answers that I didn't like. I had simply said that the formula was not very clear on the breakfast menu. It was enough to answer me differently... and not in an annoyed way. Customers feed you, never forget it!!!

29/06/2024: No, come on, today I bought 5 small pizzas with a little bit of tomato sauce on top which was also a little acidic and 1 coffee and they charged me €7.51. At first I thought: A little expensive but I left aside any kind of discussion. Then once I left I read the price per kg of the pizzas €29.90. But you are beyond all logic. Not to mention the service, 10 minutes to pay for each customer. Veal fillet costs less per kg. Obviously I will never come again except to point out to you in person what I just wrote here. I attach photos of 1 of the pizzas.

25/03/2024: Locale ben arredato e con personale preparato ed attento. Il cibo è stato adeguato alle aspettative con buona presenza di prodotti piemontesi.

13/06/2024: Pur essendo torinese di nascita ormai vivo a Biella da anni e scoprire angoli di Torino con locali belli mi fa un gran piacere! Complice la bella giornata il poter mangiare fuori conta sicuramente molto. Tavoli ben preparati sia all'interno che all'esterno. Servizio rapido e molto cordiale, piatti serviti velocemente e di ottima qualità. Molto buono il vino rosso della casa. Purtroppo era un pasto veloce, ma ci siamo riproposti di tornare con maggior calma. Prezzi adeguati, consigliatissimo.

03/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato da Pepino ed é stato veramente molto molto piacevole tra la musica in piazza Carignano e i piatti veramente squisiti abbiamo vissuto un momento speciale, il servizio è fantastico e il menù comprende una scelta molto vasta. Un posto veramente fantastico e piacevole.

16/08/2024: Probably the worst restaurant in Italy. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

13/08/2024: Rude staff lady, we entered from the veranda side with the trolley not knowing that we couldn't see that the sign was only positioned on the main entrance. The lady has placed a game in front of the entrance so as not to let anyone pass by complaining loudly about us. Warned that the sign wasn't there and apologizing, her response "even worse" forced us to leave. It was enough to warn us that the trolley cannot be accessed and we were creating inconvenience. I add, there were two other trolleys inside the restaurant, she probably didn't feel like serving 12 people.

02/07/2024: They brought me cold and reheated chicken that tasted like old and rotten oil, I don't order from this place anymore, the chicken is full of fat, you can see that they took the old ones, the old chips tasted like old oil and they need to report this place ! Don't buy here
