10/08/2025: Pan-fried pizza, my first time at this restaurant! Truly delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The prices were very reasonable, highly recommended! They also have other options if you don't want pizza. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo, but the savory sgabei as an appetizer and the sweet ones as dessert are also highly recommended.

26/07/2025: Immer hier zum Aperitif. Um 11 Uhr gibt es ein Plättli dazu. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen immer wieder. Auch zum Essen . Angenehmer und schneller Service.

25/07/2025: Siamo stati per pranzo in questa fantastica location ed è stata una delle nostre esperienze peggiori. Innanzitutto partirei con il dire che il menù non rispecchia i piatti serviti. Abbiamo ordinato una burrata con pomodorini e ci è stato servito una mozzarella con pomodoro a fette e il pollo croccante sembrava una cotoletta impanata surgelata. Altra nota negativa il servizio. La signora , dopo aver chiesto dove fossero i nostri piatti (in notevole ritardo) ci ha apostrofato con battute fuori luogo (“vado a vedere, se l’ordine arriva dopo 3 minuti da ora pagherò io” una volta arrivato l’ordine esultava per il fatto che non avrebbe dovuto pagare). L’unica esperienza positiva la gentilezza del cameriere che ci ha accolti che per lo meno cercava di sopperire alla maleducazione dei responsabili. Siamo ancora in attesa di sapere se il gelato al mirtillo è disponibile ma presumiamo sia esaurito.

19/10/2025: Horrible. I've been to this cafe before (expensive but convenient). I'll never go back. I had the honor of being served by the hostess for the first and therefore last time. The feeling of being treated like a dog, with no respect and no questioning. For €11, I came away from the experience feeling empowered, my body trembling with stress at the lack of respect from this so-called manager. Shameful. I'll skip the details, but do yourself a favor and don't go there.

19/10/2025: Horrible. Don't go if you can avoid it. Unacceptable treatment. As soon as we entered, the owner told us we couldn't sit where we were. Zero courtesy, she made us take our order standing. She got my simple order wrong (a peanut), I pointed it out to her, and thankfully I was able to correct it. The specialty coffees arrived: they were just syrup, extremely sweet and expensive for what they were, with very little coffee in sight. Then, the icing on the cake: we ordered a cream brioche, they gave us an empty one, and when we complained, she told us we were the ones who made the mistake. A shocking scene; the owner doesn't know how to treat customers at all and never admitted her mistakes. We will never return.

10/09/2025: Small and cold portions, a while ago the food was better and then not exactly cheap for a self-service restaurant.

23/07/2025: Not recommended. The quality has dropped significantly in the last few months. Before, the food was decent, served on glass plates and with unlimited drinks. Now, it's cold, tasteless pasta, a cake that tasted like extremely dry sponge, and paper plates. And there are no longer unlimited drinks. For €9, you can eat better elsewhere!

28/07/2025: Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante e devo dire che ci siam trovati molto bene; ringrazio il servizio che ci e stato offerto e sopratutto la qualità del cibo ottima.

05/10/2025: Was thinking to have a nice breakfast, unfortunately, they served us with reheated overnight leftover brioche. With such a price, it doesn't seem right.

05/10/2025: I went for a good Sunday breakfast and found myself with a reheated, dry brioche from the day before, with the vanilla sugar visibly cooked. Not recommended if they continue to treat their customers like cash machines!

24/07/2025: Fine and sophisticated wines. All in a warm, open, and welcoming atmosphere. Good vibes. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Zero stars for rude and ill-mannered waiters. I strongly advise against spending even a single euro here.

04/09/2025: Lunch break, so it's okay to wait a bit... but not that, with an hour's break, I'm going to be eating after 40 minutes. We asked for the air conditioning five times: each time a button was pressed, but it never worked. If we ask you multiple times, a minimum of checking is necessary. Three requests for straws, and in the end we had to go get them ourselves, because it was clear they would never arrive. Finally, the dishes arrive: one without a side dish, two others with plates with the side dish thrown in just for the sake of it, so dirty it looked like a child had plated it. The Club Sandwich, which I was eagerly awaiting because it looked inviting in the photo, was the biggest disappointment: no sauce, dry ingredients, and a salad that was anything but fresh. I only ate half because I hadn't eaten since yesterday. I'm also pissed off that I wasted my only lunch of the week at this place. The only positive note? The fruit juice. Otherwise, my colleagues and I had a terrible meal and were decidedly disappointed. I'll also refrain from commenting on the fact that some of the food is highly processed and the cashier service. The waitress didn't have the order, she hadn't written it down... but whatever. As if that weren't enough, she looked at us annoyed.

31/05/2025: Very nice place, I went during the week and I had a great time, but I didn't like the girl at all, she seemed angry

30/08/2025: Helpful staff. The owner lacks kindness; a smile for customers wouldn't hurt, nor would a greeting from him. Exorbitant prices, very limited selection, and the coffee cream wasn't cold enough and melted immediately. I will never set foot in this place again; I don't recommend it to anyone. I give the owner a piece of advice: treat all customers equally; good manners never hurt.

27/08/2025: Lovely out of the rain/sun. Staff were attentive, e8 for a spritz and basically lunch 😅

01/10/2025: Many ingredients were missing, the piadinas were under-stuffed with very low-quality salad, and there was too much disorganization. I won't be returning.

28/09/2025: First, he only asks for cash. Then, when you order just a coffee, he moves the tissue holder, which hides a sticker, and tells you that the table is actually reserved. Avoid unless you want to be dishonest.

10/07/2025: Wonderful service from one of the most friendly gentleman we encountered on this trip. Food and wine was also outstanding!

26/10/2025: The manager was very kind, the food was very good and of good quality, we hope to return!

14/09/2025: Friendly, but that's all they have! The bathroom is filthy with no running water, and the countertop screens are pointless if everything else is just a wandering germ, making the place look even dirtier and gloomy.

04/10/2025: The pasta was too salty and the service wasn't the best, and the price wasn't what we were told when we ordered; in fact, it had gone up at the till.

04/10/2025: The service was just okay, the pasta was so salty it was almost inedible. The worst part was that we were initially told two dishes would cost 15 euros, but when we got the bill, one dish came to 18 euros, and the attitude was also very rude.
