10/10/2025: I had a great time. I came with some friends and the welcome was excellent. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend coming, especially for the quality/price ratio.

03/09/2025: Low rating due to the receptionist's poor behavior. I called to reserve a table and asked what time the restaurant closed, as the website lists it as 10:30 PM every day. The receptionist (I can't provide more information than this as she didn't show up) quickly told me that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM and that the restaurant is open until midnight, but that if we intended to stay until 10:30 PM, she would have to move my reservation up by at least half an hour, otherwise we would have occupied the table for too long. I tried to imply that since it was a leisurely dinner, there was the option of staying until that time or even finishing earlier, but I couldn't give her that information in advance. I then asked if there were rotas for the tables, which was why she thought 10:30 PM was too late. She was very rude, didn't answer my question, and ended the call by saying, "So, what name should I call for reservations, and give me your phone number." Crazy! Definitely not suited to dealing with customers. I recommend paying more attention to selecting those in this position.

24/09/2025: In the historic center of Vogogna, overlooking the stone rooftops and the mountains of the Ossola Valley. Well-maintained, clean, and tidy rooms. Truly phenomenal cuisine, even the workers' menu. Truly satisfying and a regular stop. Recommended for everyone.

Perhaps I would have preferred the labels to be more relevant to what was on offer, but it was a truly enjoyable experience and one I'll definitely do again. 23/09/2025: I hadn't been back to La Conca in over ten years, since I left Turin. Returning was a wonderful feeling: the restaurant has been renovated, and the menu offers new dishes, but the quality has remained very high. The plating is always meticulous, and the ingredients are fresh and well-presented. What I was most pleased to rediscover, however, was the welcoming, family atmosphere I remembered so well, which makes this place truly special.

10/10/2025: We toured the cellars and had a tasting. The guide (winemaker) was knowledgeable and thorough. The cellar tour was interesting and informative. The tasting was excellent for the wines, excellent for the cured meats and cheeses, but poor for the bread. Overall, a very satisfying and appreciated experience.

19/09/2025: Gabiano Castle is impeccably preserved and offers a unique atmosphere from the moment you arrive. My wife and I chose to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We stayed in the 3 Clocks Suite: spacious, spotlessly clean, with an extremely comfortable king-size bed and a splendid view of the internal courtyard. Don't miss the tour of the historic cellars and the wine tasting, which perfectly completes the experience. A much-appreciated bonus: pets are welcome, which isn't a given in properties of this caliber. A stay that will remain in our fondest memories.

24/09/2025: What a lovely experience. By far our best meal of our holiday to date. Service was exceptional and prompt, even with the restaurant full of other diners. When we arrived before the kitchen was prepared, we were offered a drink and plate of chips and peanuts...we could have eaten theses all night! I had the Battuta Al Coltello which is a local spin on a tartare - absolutely delicious. The only problem was we didn't have room for dessert! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Santhia.
