08/04/2026: A super-stocked bakery and café. The amaretti are spectacular, in my opinion the best of all their delicious products, because they're also perfect as a gift, and it's also very kind to be offered an amaretto or cookie with your coffee. Both the savory and sweet treats are delicious and well-stocked. The staff is quick and helpful, and they even enjoy chatting, which puts you in a good mood. The selection also covers a wide range of regional specialties: you can find Piedmontese desserts as well as Neapolitan ones like pastiera and sfogliatelle, or Sicilian cannoli. In my experience, they're second to none. Congratulations!

01/05/2026: We went as a couple on May 1st. It wasn't easy to find a seat given the large crowd, except at this wine shop where the wait was minimal. The service was very helpful and courteous, although the selection is limited. The cold cuts and cheese platter for two was a bit sparse, but still good. Plus, a half-liter bottle of water and a glass of Arneis, for a total of €35... well, that's about it.

Next time, we'll try somewhere else.
26/04/2026: Our favorite place. Excellent wine selection, great platter, and excellent bruschetta. Our daughter loves the bagna caoda. The staff is lovely, and Andrea is fantastic as always. I think we've loved this place for about twenty years, located in a wonderful location, Orta San Giulio.

The atmosphere and service were top-notch. The cuisine was superb. I hadn't left a restaurant this impressed in a long time. As I told the owner, the three Gambero Rosso ratings were no coincidence. Highly recommended!

The chef carefully selects the dishes, using top-quality ingredients selected with meticulous care. The service is impeccable, and each dish is accompanied by a brief explanation.

27/04/2026: We went here with friends. The service was friendly and quick, with great customer service. I had delicious mussels and a great fried fish dish, which I highly recommend (even as a main dish because it's so filling). My friends had good pizza, but they didn't like the whole-grain pizza.

22/03/2026: The pizza was excellent. This time, I wasn't as happy with the food. The baked potatoes were too burnt. The vegetables were too richly gratinated compared to the vegetables and tomatoes.

The food is excellent and plentiful, with refills for every course, something you almost never get anymore! The sauna and whirlpool are also excellent, with attention to detail.
