16/11/2025: With the sky-high prices of motorway service stations and unsightly bathrooms, it's inconceivable that there's no adequate cleaning service to keep such a place in order!

10/10/2025: The 2 stars are because, overall, the rooms are very spacious and clean. However, is it possible to have a room temperature of 26 degrees Celsius in mid-October? And above all, without providing a concrete solution to the problem, since if the excuse is "the sun is shining," this problem must have been there for as long as the hotel has existed! Add to that the fact that the minibar doesn't work...
02/10/2025: The hotel was very old, and the rooms were poorly maintained. Many things were damaged and broken.
It wasn't soundproof at all; you could hear a lot of noise at night, people talking, climbing the stairs, and trolleys going back and forth.
The breakfast wasn't replenished, so if you ran out, you wouldn't be able to eat any more.
It was close enough to the metro to walk to.
I wouldn't return...

07/11/2025: A shop selling pods and other products, including sweets. Just one person served me at the counter, knowledgeable and fast. Convenient and ample outdoor parking. We've already tried the coffee, and I have to say it's good. So, with a lighthearted smile, four well-deserved stars. And so I'm off again, always seeking new corners and styles to satisfy our discerning palates. See you soon, my dear readers.

01/07/2025: A la carte menu, NO ALL YOU CAN EAT, tasteless shrimp ravioli, soy spaghetti with shrimp and vegetables decent, shrimp with asparagus good, french fries good.
All in all the food is not bad, decent value for money.

Tutto sommato non si mangia male, rapporto qualità prezzo discreto.

28/09/2025: We ate VERY WELL, but the service was truly unpleasant. It took several minutes to get our appetizer without bread/water/wine to accompany it. One waiter was a novice (we've all been there, so it's no big deal) and the other was experienced but grumpy and looked like he'd just had a cat funeral. I give the food my all to make up for the service's ordeal; in the end, we're still waiting for water ;)

23/08/2025: In the historic center, amid the splendid setting of Lake Maggiore, a bar with outdoor and indoor tables, where you can enjoy hamburgers, sandwiches, toasted sandwiches and focaccias, reasonable prices, friendly staff, I recommend it.

18/11/2025: Hesitant but hopeful, we stayed at this historic hotel in the city center. I don't understand the average rating. I have no complaints at all. It's a good place to stay, with nice, clean rooms. Good value for money. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The owner could smile more 😁. We'll definitely be back.

07/05/2025: This was our first time ordering pizza from this takeout pizzeria, and it was a pleasant surprise!
The pizza is thin-crust but still very good. The staff is friendly.
The prices are average, and there's a wide variety of pizzas to choose from, including a few unusual options in addition to the traditional flavors. Highly recommended!
