26/08/2024: We just wanted to eat a little something and were wondering why the waitress was asking us for food every 2 minutes and was so insistently trying to recommend something to us. Finally, the highlight: For the bruschetta for €12, they charged us €2x4 for Buffalina. What a disgrace!

Luckily we only ordered bruschetta. The waitress let us order with mozzarella on it. We thought this was the standard offering. The price for bruschetta with mozzarella was €20 (€12+2x4€)?!? It didn't taste good, luckily we didn't order more. Even though they harassed us the whole time. The staff were very aggressive and kept asking us to order more. Fortunatamente abbiamo ordinato solo bruschette. The cameriera is fatto ordinare with the mozzarella. Pensavamo fosse un'offerta standard. 17/08/2024: Toevallig bij dit restaurant terechtgekomen toen we zochten naar een plek om te dineren. Wij waren onwijs verrast door de traditionele plek en de vriendelijkheid van zowel de bediening als de kok. We hebben hier erg lekker traditioneel Italiaans gegeten!

07/07/2024: Serata con amici di gattinara. Ristorante con tanti tavoli e molte salette, personale MOLTO accogliente e attento ad accontentare la clientela. Pesce e pizze ottime. Prezzi molto alla mano. 👌👌👌

27/05/2024: I miei genitori sono clienti abituali del locale ed abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 7 , domenica 26 Maggio alle ore 12:30. Questa è stata la mia prima , ed ultima, visita “al Mille” La cameriera prende l’ordinazione in tempi abbastanza rapidi, dopo 10 minuti. E fin qui tutto bene. Ordiniamo 2 antipasti , specificando che li gradiamo come prima cosa ( e come dovrebbe essere normale in qualsiasi ristorante, da qui il termine ANTIpasto) e che dopo avremmo mangiato tutti insieme le nostre portate principali. Dal momento dell’ordinazione, quindi attorno alle 12:40 , aspettiamo fino alle 13:30 per ricevere qualcosa da mangiare. Al tavolo arrivano contemporaneamente i 2 antipasti + le 5 portate per i commensali che non avevano ordinato l’antipasto. (Primo errore) Facciamo notare che avevamo chiesto prima gli antipasti e poi i primi. Il cameriere ci risponde (secondo errore) che cosi “avremmo mangiato tutti insieme”. Non si risponde al cliente dopo che ha fatto una specifica richiesta che tu (ristoratore) non hai soddisfatto. Mangiamo comunque quello che ci viene portato. Terminati i nostri piatti, una cameriera giunge al tavolo verso le 13:45 per raccogliere i piatti chiedendoci se avessimo finito. Rispondiamo in maniera affermativa, sottolineando che avremmo solo dovuto ricevere i due primi per le due persone che avevano mangiato solo i loro antipasti. Uno di quelli dell’antipasto sono io che ho appena messo le posate utilizzate per mangiare nel piatto. La cameriera si rivolge a me in modo perentorio con un “tenga le posate” (sporche) . Terzo errore. Se ti metto le posate nel piatto, me le cambi. Alle ore 14:10 le due portate mancanti non sono ancora arrivate al tavolo. Abbiamo ordinato alle 12:40, ricevuto qualche cosa da mangiare alle 13:30 (50 minuti dopo) ed alle 14:10 (un’ora e mezza dall’ordinazione) dalla cucina non hanno ancora finito di servire un ordine che comprendeva 2 antipasti e 7 primi. E chissà quanto altro tempo avremmo aspettato se non avessimo deciso di rinunciare. Chiamiamo il cameriere e chiediamo che i piatti mancanti vengano cancellati dall’ordine ( e dal conto ovviamente) e per concludere chiediamo il conto. Al momento del pagamento, il proprietario ci dice che in quella giornata avevano 150 coperti e che se qualcosa non ci andava bene , di non tornare più. Quarto e quinto errore. Caro ristoratore, se hai 150 coperti devi premurarti di avere abbastanza staff in sala e cucina per garantire il servizio, inoltre, ad un cliente qualsiasi non si risponde di cambiare ristorante (a maggior ragione se viene ogni sabato ed è quindi un cliente abituale, come i miei genitori) Consiglio accettato comunque. Mi sento di consigliare, a mia volta, qualcosa anche io al proprietario : cambia mestiere, la ristorazione (l’hospitality in generale) non fa proprio per te. L’unica tua fortuna è di avere una clientela abitudinaria e vecchia. Poco educata alla ristorazione fatta bene (non mi riferisco ad una cucina stellata eh ma manco a quella da 10€ da surgelato). Ti auguro di sparare altre giornate da 150 coperti per garantirti una serena pensione, cosi avrai il tempo di recarti ogni giorno nella chiesa lì vicino ad accendere un cero in segno di ringraziamento. Esperienza imbarazzante , ma mai quanto il proprietario. Fuori classifica.

30/09/2023: Servizio scadente con aperitivi privi di accompagnamento di solite patatine, pizzette o altro come consuetudine. Un'insufficienza ingiustificata, mai successo in altri locali ! ! ! Da sconsigliare vivamente

30/09/2023: Ci siamo fermati in questo locale speranzosi di fare un buon aperitivo, date le recensioni. Il locale è abbastanza anonimo, ma è un gusto personale. Ci siamo seduti e, per fare un po' il simpatico, ho preso una sedia da parte perché aveva i braccioli e sono caduto dato che era rotta.. Va bene che era messa da parte, ma almeno scriverci di non usarla... In bagno la luce non è stata trovata da 2 persone che erano con me.. Forse la lampadina? Costa 2 euro.. Si può anche cambiare!!!! Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare un aperitivo e siamo stati accolti come la cosa più ovvia. Ordiniamo 3 San bitter, 1 coca e uno spritz. Lo spritz, a mio gusto non era una granché, ma l'aperitivo non comprende anche dei salatini, patatine o noccioline?? Nulla. Abbiamo pagato 17 euro, con la richiesta espressiva della ricevuta fiscale perché il personale se lo era "dimenticata". Se avessimo evitato di andare in questo locale forse sarebbe stato meglio. Me lo ricorderò per non tornarci.

13/08/2024: Dilapidated place, non-existent service even if it asks for 1.5 euros for table service and indecent food. The owner had praised his product as the best in all of Sicily but frankly the one from the Milan supermarket is far superior. Very bad experience

12/08/2024: I'm not questioning the quality of the food, but it's unacceptable to pay €1.50 cover charge for wooden tables without tablecloth, in the middle of the sidewalk with simple umbrellas for shade. Rough and improvised service. 35 minutes to get three arancini, at absurd prices. €8 at Arancina. Price not justified by anything, even if the food may be qualitatively good. €35 three Oranges and two waters and a Fanta, definitely too much. I don't recommend it, even if it is AIC certified, and my wife has celiac disease. Prices not justifiable.

19/02/2024: Un primo commestibile e un secondo frugale, acqua e caffè per 50 euro in due senza scontrino e solo in contanti. Non esiste menù scritto con prezzi e si è alla mercè del proprietario.

19/03/2024: Everything has changed. A few years ago it seemed like the best value for money. Now the costs have increased excessively and above all the quality is terrible... I spent 19 euros on 2 piadinas and 2 beers... the savory piadina had the worst cooked ham I've ever tasted and not even the flavor of the brie cheese... as for the piadina with the Nutella which some time ago was full of cream..this time it was just dirty with Nutella..never had such an experience happen..usually the portion of Nutella is at least double..a few years ago in this piadina shop it was probably triple or quadruple ..I didn't protest on the spot because I risked missing the train. Shame on you.

04/04/2024: It's the first time I've ordered pizzas at home from Fiori, I had a good time, good pizza, punctual delivery and normal prices, definitely worth repeating

26/08/2024: It would be better for everyone's safety and health if it closed, how disgusting my god. There's not much else to say if I'm honest. P.S. The owner is used to having his employees work illegally, changing them very often so as to avoid contracts.

17/08/2024: I'll try to be as concise as possible 2 days 5 people 2 rooms In total they have 4 rooms Check in at 2 we got the room at 6 Dirty and the beds without sheets but only the bedspread Bathroom with customer remains before Having said this, the lady came to ask verbatim "but do I have to make the bed for him?" Breakfast: raw croissants, coffee that looked like dirty water with spit in it The next day we go back to the room at 3 for a shower and then go out again and instead they keep the room again to clean it until 5pm When we entered the room there was a good smell Too bad about all the contents of the dustpan under the bed We point this out by sending a message to the owner since she hadn't introduced herself yet and she replies arrogantly saying that she doesn't see what the problem is The icing on the cake is that we pay and leave without even receiving an apology and risking not being able to take our stuff because they no longer let us into the room to clean it. Without check in With terrible service from the 1st to the last day I am attaching just 2 photos, the others I will spare you
