Hands down, the best sushi in Turin, and that's an understatement. The food is delicious and varied, the fish is incredible, the rice is Japanese-style, and overall, the cuisine is very similar to Japanese cuisine compared to the usual European sushi—in my opinion, the perfect blend of the two. Very friendly staff, good prices.

11/03/2026: Very good and fresh sushi. The ramen wasn't full (it was supposed to be a mix of meat and fish, but there was no meat) and was made with pre-cooked saikebon. The staff was apparently friendly. But when I paid, they charged me as if it were a holiday. I noticed this when I looked at the receipt (which I had to ask for because they didn't give it to me). When I pointed it out, they gave me two euros (the difference) without apology.
