09/10/2025: Our waiter was great! Spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We both had the crunch burger which was tasty as were the fries. Our wine and beer were very good and the view was spectacular. The price was fair for the location. €49. I'd go again.
28/09/2025: A delicious place right on the lakefront. There are many options, and they are all excellent. I highly recommend it.

16/12/2025: I've already had two occasions where I've ordered pastries on the spot (and therefore not ordered them) and found them soggy and flavorless. They were probably leftover pastries from several days ago. I recommend ordering only at the very least.

11/12/2025: I was a regular customer, I went there very often.. almost every weekend to enjoy a pizza but lately the pizzas are no longer good, quite raw they give you a stomach ache I do not recommend
07/12/2025: I'm giving it 2 stars because the food quality needs to be improved.
I've been going to this restaurant for years and have always had a good experience, but lately... Let's start with the pizzas, which are undercooked twice, so check before eating.
Then the dishes arrive cold, which is really absurd because the wine is warm—THE OPPOSITE.
The last time I ate there with two of my friends, and all three of us had a terrible time. The prices have gone up, too, but the quality has gone down. I also don't understand the rush of some waiters. I sit down, and after two minutes they ask me if I've made up my mind. This is what I hope this place can fix before it goes downhill.

15/09/2025: A charming place, both for the restaurant itself and for the spectacular view of Monviso and its mountain range, recently run by a small group (four or five) of young people (all under 25, I'd say), who are capable, courteous, and, given the times, even courageous.
The dishes we tasted, mostly traditional Piedmontese, were all highly appreciated for their quality, quantity, and even presentation, more reminiscent of a city restaurant than a mountain restaurant.
What more can I say? Congratulations, and let's hope their courage and (undoubted) skill pay off.
They deserve it.

16/08/2025: A must for anyone visiting Biella!! The gelato is truly superb and artisanal (you must try their cream and zabaglione). For breakfast, the cappuccino is excellent, with a truly delicious homemade brioche. The staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. This chalet is the "good" story of Biella!

23/10/2025: Forget the bar decor (a bit cold and uncharacteristic) and focus on the food: good and above all rich; not just the quantity, but the richness, like a pappardelle with wild boar swamped in ragù, like a mixed antipasto with Russian salad and so much veal with tuna sauce that it became a dish in itself... oh... even the pappardelle filled my stomach and served as lunch for the next day!
21/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, recently changed management, where they offer dishes from various menus, I had dinner in this place and I had a very good time, excellent meats, good first courses, exquisite platters of various qualities, upon reservation they also do Piedmontese mixed fried food, tasty desserts, fast and very friendly staff, nice place and above all tidy and clean, in short I recommend it, if you like to eat well, try it and you will not regret it, compliments to the staff.

05/01/2026: Everything was delicious, from the classic pizza to the "cloud" pizza to the desserts. The restaurant dishes served at other tables were very inviting, both for their presentation and aromas.
The place is small, clean, and well-kept, although the furnishings and color scheme make it feel cold and unwelcoming at first glance.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always smiling. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area again.
23/11/2025: Burnt pizza for the umpteenth time, enough, I won't take it anymore in Carru, there are better ones.

11/12/2025: We stopped for lunch, having booked well in advance. We ordered charcuterie boards, and they were awful: thickly sliced, tough, and "thrown" on the board, so the presentation also left much to be desired. The stew was dry, and the polenta was good, especially since the main courses were ALL polenta-based.
Let's just say there are definitely better places to eat.

01/01/2026: I had lunch with my dear friend and colleague Mae, who occasionally visits me in Turin. She took me to this lovely pizzeria in the center, where I ate truly deliciously! I chose the daily menu, €13 excluding dessert. The portions were truly generous and plentiful. Five stars for the atmosphere: welcoming, tastefully and simply decorated for the holidays (I don't like too many frills and dust). Five stars also for the restrooms, which were clean and well-kept.
The typical Vercelli dessert: tartufata was excellent.
The staff was courteous and hospitable.
19/12/2025: The pizza place is pretty empty, the desserts definitely aren't, the waiters are very polite, kind, and good! Unfortunately, the owner treats them badly, she's disrespectful, and this really upset me because I felt bad for the waiters... Pizzeria rejected because of the owner's meanness towards the waiters, a real arrogant harpy!

Out of 1 to 10, I give it a solid 3.
I don't think I'll ever return to this pizzeria. There are better options, especially with much lower prices.

17/01/2026: Never again!!!! Look around, there are much, much better options. My rating is less than one star, both for the service and the products.
15/01/2026: The ketchup and mayonnaise are in sachets and are difficult to use to flavor, for example, nuggets and onion rings. (A small dish should be provided or other packaging for the sauces should be provided.) The rest is okay.

12/02/2026: A go-to place for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs, offering high-quality and imaginative pastries (fruit croissants, marron glacé, chocolate, and a wide variety of desserts).
The savory options are also excellent (pizza slices, savory brioche, toast).
It struggles a bit when the place gets crowded and the afternoon hours are a bit short.
