23/05/2024: Ci rechiamo spesso presso questo ristorante, (il nuovo in zona Carrefour di Vercelli) la maggior parte delle volte per asporto; capita che, ormai avvezzi agli errori, controlliamo il contenuto di ciò che ci viene consegnato prima di uscire e manca inevitabilmente qualcosa, che sia panino, bibita, patatine o altro….ma il meglio è stato qualche giorno fa, prendendo 4 menù large ci siamo trovati le patatine quasi a metà….non si pretende che sia un ristorante gourmet, ma ciò che si paga è giusto averlo….c’è sempre qualcosa che non va!!!!!!!!

28/09/2023: Dinner during the week for a pizza. Only when the lady was taking the order were we informed that the pizza chef was not present and that we would therefore have to order the restaurant menu. Mediocre dishes, dated presentations and very long waits. Distracted and uninteresting service, at times distressing given that there were two of us in a room with no one and very fast on the television. I don't recommend it!

09/10/2023: I ate here twice and I was sick for a week, because in my opinion they use old oil to prepare the fried foods. In addition, the service leaves something to be desired: we waited outside for half an hour waiting for the table to be prepared, with the place half empty. We sat down at 7.10pm, then another half hour to order and after 40 minutes still nothing. There are two guys serving, but the problem lies with the owners who no longer employ staff for weekend evenings. It's not the kids' fault, they are kind and do what they can, but they have to manage everything themselves.

09/10/2023: Prenotato per un compleanno a sorpresa in 15 persone. Arriviamo e il cameriere ci espone la modalità dell’apericena, 5 minuti dopo la collega ce lo espone nuovamente in modo diverso. Iniziano ad arrivare bevande e taglieri, piatti non pervenuti siamo dovuti andare a prenderli noi in cucina e apparecchiarci. Un’ora e mezza dopo mancano ancora 3 cocktail e altrettanti taglieri, mentre a clienti appena arrivati viene servito tutto sotto al nostro naso. All’ennesimo sollecito perdiamo la pazienza e i camerieri chiamano al telefono il titolare col quale riusciamo a parlare: totalmente incurante, indifferente, scocciato, chiedeva a noi quali fossero i problemi al suo locale, una conversazione surreale. Titolare assente, personale allo sbaraglio. Non so come faccia ancora ad essere aperto…. Siamo andati al Mc Donalds.

30/06/2024: "focaccia" with buffalo mozzarella (which obviously wasn't a buffalo, but then 6 pieces which isn't even half), RAW, without a drizzle of oil or salt. At €9.50!! I didn't eat it... I got pissed off Very bad

12/05/2024: Pizza da asporto funghi e porcini, arriva pizza con corriere in orario: funghi, rucola e senza alcun ingrediente di tartufo e un’ oliva nera su un pezzo per sbaglio. Pizza arrivata tiepida e con un odore di vecchio e sporco. Pessima esperienza, mai più. Servizio veloce ma ingredienti davvero scadenti e maleodoranti al rischio di nausea …speriamo di non sentirci male. Non consigliata assolutamente

02/06/2024: Conosco Benissimo il mondo di Teo Musso, ero già stato altre volte prima del covid, lasciando perdere le ottime birre Baladin, trovo che il locale sia sceso un po’ di livello, meno curato, sia nel cibo, che in tutto! Personale gentile, ma me lo aspetterei un po’ più curato, anche nell’abbigliamento!

24/04/2024: Locale semplice, alla mano. Ingredienti comunque di qualità. Ottimo per trascorrere una serata piacevole in gruppo. Prezzi onesti

30/05/2024: Buon locale in centro di Casale, con possibilità di mangiare da trattoria o pizza. Per quello che ho potuto provare, gli gnocchetti viola sono gommosi e in un bagno di formaggio che non ho particolarmente gradito. Il servizio anche non è stato il massimo, dal momento che dalla cucina è arrivato tutto subito (addirittura ad un amico primo e secondo sono arrivati insieme). Le pizze purtroppo, dopo che ai nostri amici sono arrivati i piatti da cucina, sono arrivate dopo una mezz'oretta abbondante. Il servizio tuttavia è stato salvato dalla massima cordialità e professionalità della camera e dal titolare molto alla mano. Calzone ripieno invece molto buono, ben condito e abbondante.

IL PERSONALE, TUTTO DISPONIBILE, E MOLTO CORTESE, OLTRE CHE PROFESSIONALE. SICURAMENTE, UN POSTO CHE MERITA UNA PROSSIMA VISITA!! COMPLIMENTI, E GRAZIE PER LA BELLA ESPERIENZA!!

10/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour suivre un match de foot. Le patron, en sachant que nous venions pour suivre notre équipe nationale, nous a sélectionné une table face à la télévision. Equipe jeune, dynamique et joyeuse. Resto idéalement situé avec vue sur le lac. Les plats sont assez copieux et savoureux. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, les prix sont tout à fait corrects

26/06/2024: Wir kommen schon seit Jahren hierher. Personal ist immer sehr nett, das Essen ist gut. Was uns stört, daß keine Reperaturen durchgeführt werden. Das Schloss der Toilettentür ist schon seit ein paar Jahren defekt und ist mit Paketband repariert, die Toilettenspülung ist mit Panzertape fixiert, diese Kleinigkeiten kann man doch ohne großen Aufwand ausbessern.

Super quick, very kind, a very light and crumbly dough, the tomato sauce really satisfied me, not like most other areas which are either raw or badly cooked. Keep it up! You have acquired new customers! Thanks again it was a good surprise. I remember that the aforementioned also offers gluten-free pizzas. Top.

15/04/2024: Bar where I go for breakfast when I go to work, good croissants and the coffee for the cappuccino loses a few points but fast service so practical for me who am in a hurry in the morning

21/08/2024: Che dire tutto buono ho mangiato la polenta con le varie ciotole piene di assaggi buonissimo locale anche bello con vista nelle montagne mi ha portato qui la mia consuocera lei nativa di Malesco,il personale molto gentile e premurosi appena ritornerò a Malesco ritornerò di nuovo .

11/08/2024: Posto molto bello, dopo essere stati accolti il personale arriva subito per ordinare le bibite. Antipasto con buonissimo affettato, e formaggi. Ordiniamo la polenta con i contorni e 3 minuti dopo abbiamo tutto sul tavolo! Veloci , gentili e prezzi buoni!!
