Cervo Bistrot In Scopello

While stopping on our motorbike tour in the mountains of Valsesia, we stopped at this outdoor bar. Clean tables, above all the very hospitable service and the quality of our aperitif was more than excellent.

Found on the way back from Alagna Valsesia. Nice place. Both the polenta concia and the pizza are excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Weekend in Scopello with friends, and for dinner we opted for takeout pizza at this historic establishment that doubles as a bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. The pizzas were prepared on time and reasonably priced. They were delicious, filling, and filling. My only complaint was that they were supposed to have burrata, but they only had buffalo mozzarella, and it was a bit greasy from the mushrooms, which perhaps hadn't been drained properly.
