24/11/2025: I was at the La Pompa restaurant yesterday. It had a wide variety of Piedmontese appetizers. Friendly, good service. I'll be back.

23/11/2025: The food was very good and plentiful. The place is very quaint, and the waitresses are kind and very helpful. The only difficulty is booking by phone, which is a real challenge since the phone is always off, and I often give up.

28/09/2025: We ate VERY WELL, but the service was truly unpleasant. It took several minutes to get our appetizer without bread/water/wine to accompany it. One waiter was a novice (we've all been there, so it's no big deal) and the other was experienced but grumpy and looked like he'd just had a cat funeral. I give the food my all to make up for the service's ordeal; in the end, we're still waiting for water ;)

27/09/2025: Everything was excellent! And the person who served us explained what we were eating; the food was exquisite. 😁

30/10/2025: Good hot chocolate (€6 with cream). Terrible service: they officially close at 7:30 PM, but they kick customers out as early as 7:00 PM. They start cleaning and mopping the floors around 6:30 PM, obviously with the smell of detergent and with the door open (at the end of October). They even locked the bathroom before the last customer had even left! And they were quite annoyed when I asked for the key. The bathroom is so tiny that so many people would have a hard time getting in; it beats all the historic bathrooms in Turin. The regulars/friends sing very loudly without even thinking about disturbing anyone else, and evidently this is normal for the owners. I'm quite speechless about all this in a historic bar in the city center.

04/10/2025: It's gotten much worse since a rude, unpleasant girl started serving. The cappuccino was almost cold, the toast was inedible. The place was dark and extremely depressing. The tables outside were poorly maintained, everything was terribly subpar, especially the manners. Close it down, it's better.

23/09/2025: On my way to Milan, I passed by the station waiting for the bus. It was just opposite Aq. station, so I came to this restaurant to replenish my energy. I originally ordered only a burger, but the charcoal-grilled beef filling was so delicious... I ordered another one... If I have the chance, I will come back to try other dishes!

13/12/2025: I often go for a piadina at Caveja in Chieri, in the Il Gialdo shopping center. Their piadinas are truly delicious, made with fresh dough and ingredients every day! Giulia and her entire staff are knowledgeable, polite, and always know how and what to recommend. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: It's not the first time I've been there, I've always had a good experience, but today I have to leave a negative review, unfortunately. I took a piadina to take home and immediately noticed an acidic taste in my mouth from the ingredients inside. I didn't pay much attention until a couple of hours later, I felt sick all afternoon with abdominal cramps and constant urges to go to the bathroom. I'm sorry that in a place like this, the right attention and care is not paid to the food. Maybe we should be more careful about what we feed people, otherwise there's a risk of feeling sick in a moment and even of closing down as a business.

15/08/2025: Stop by to grab some sandwiches to eat in the mountains. They have a wide selection of high-quality cold cuts and cheeses at moderate prices. There's also a bar with appetizers and platters, or dishes like gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, a local product. Attentive and friendly service. Recommended.

19/11/2025: Good food as always, kind and helpful staff, BUT THERE IS ONE THING that really bothers me, are the often dirty trays, it's unacceptable.

12/11/2025: Small restaurant inside the shopping center. Good food, but no table service. Very noisy due to the other restaurants in the same area.

19/11/2025: Although it's quite small inside, it's a great shop where you can get food and drinks and also find a wide variety of board games. I attended a Pokemon prerelease, and the atmosphere is positive and friendly, like Davide, the owner.

23/09/2025: Never order pizza there again... Prices are made up by them and aren't written or read anywhere before ordering. For example, a Margherita pizza with cooked ham and fries will set you back €10, so that's €9.50. Does that seem normal to you? Are we out of line? Shame on you.

06/12/2025: Beppe makes excellent pizza in every way, even for celiacs! 👌 It's also fast, and the family atmosphere is super welcoming, with fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!!! 🔝❤️

02/11/2025: The coffee was more than polite. I asked to use the restroom after having consumed my regular drink at the table, and was indignantly told it was in the courtyard. I obviously declined to use the restroom. I won't be returning.

12/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop that rivals French croissants. Super friendly owner, pleasant, and full of good advice. And of course, excellent coffee. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2025: Tasteless food, tiny portions, and let's forget about the plating. Dirt, dead bugs, and cobwebs everywhere.

13/08/2025: The food is good, the problem is that the evening menu is too limited. I've never seen such a limited all-you-can-eat menu in my life; you can only order shrimp skewers, sashimi, and many other dishes twice, while other restaurants offer unlimited options in the evening. In fact, to remove the limits, you have to pay an extra €10. "I could understand" the sashimi, but the shrimp skewers in all restaurants are unlimited, even at lunch. I recommend removing the limits because people, as soon as they come in, think they're going to pay less at other restaurants and eat more. I'm not celiac, but my friend is. Unfortunately, when we came in, we left right before ordering because there was gluten almost everywhere, so if you have a gluten intolerance, it's best not to come here. I will continue to order sushi at home because I really like it, but without going to the restaurant itself; The only flaw is that they are a bit late with orders, sometimes 30-40 minutes late.
