19/11/2025: I came in on a deserted afternoon for a coffee. The ginseng was excellent, the waitress a little less so. I asked for a table, and she looked at me as if I'd asked for a kidney, rudely. I don't understand the attitude. Businesspeople are born, not made.

30/08/2025: Discovered by chance... A very pleasant surprise. Excellent piadinas, a welcoming place, and very kind owners.

19/10/2025: Unacceptable service. We ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate at 7:00 PM. We were told they couldn't make the coffee because they had already cleaned the machines. After drinking the hot chocolate, we wanted to use the bathroom and were told it wasn't possible because they were already cleaning it for the next day. Note that the place was still busy. I consider this unacceptable behavior.

22/09/2025: This bar is located in a central location and has excellent potential, the food, drinks are excellent, I understand that unfortunately I sell employees I know well that sometimes it is not easy to manage them, like today I was for a work appointment we sat down the girl 5 times and passed by she saw us but did not even deign to ask if she could serve us, I had to go inside to ask, ... and came she brought everything we ordered (all delicious by the way) and we rightly always thanked, very kind, etc. while her attitude was typical of the employee who does not want to work.. and bad, because it ruins your image like that.. you have to learn good manners and professional ethics sometimes!

18/11/2025: Hesitant but hopeful, we stayed at this historic hotel in the city center. I don't understand the average rating. I have no complaints at all. It's a good place to stay, with nice, clean rooms. Good value for money. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The owner could smile more 😁. We'll definitely be back.

10/10/2025: The 2 stars are because, overall, the rooms are very spacious and clean. However, is it possible to have a room temperature of 26 degrees Celsius in mid-October? And above all, without providing a concrete solution to the problem, since if the excuse is "the sun is shining," this problem must have been there for as long as the hotel has existed! Add to that the fact that the minibar doesn't work...

02/10/2025: The hotel was very old, and the rooms were poorly maintained. Many things were damaged and broken. It wasn't soundproof at all; you could hear a lot of noise at night, people talking, climbing the stairs, and trolleys going back and forth. The breakfast wasn't replenished, so if you ran out, you wouldn't be able to eat any more. It was close enough to the metro to walk to. I wouldn't return...

19/10/2025: Our recent stay at this campsite left us with mixed impressions. The location right on the lake was undeniably the highlight, offering beautiful views and easy access to the water—a perfect spot for relaxing by the shore. However, the surrounding area wasn't ideal, as there wasn't much of interest nearby. Unfortunately, the facilities felt tired and in my opinion are in need of an upgrade. On a positive note for families, the football pitch and the playground were excellent and proved very popular with our children. A major inconvenience arose at check-in: we were never reminded by the staff that we needed to pre-order sheets. Discovering this late was frustrating and something that could easily be avoided with a simple heads-up upon arrival. Finally, we felt the price point was quite expensive for what was offered, especially when comparing it to a higher-quality site we previously enjoyed at Lake Garda.

13/10/2025: The value for money is unbeatable. Everything was clean and functional. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation.

16/08/2025: A must for anyone visiting Biella!! The gelato is truly superb and artisanal (you must try their cream and zabaglione). For breakfast, the cappuccino is excellent, with a truly delicious homemade brioche. The staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. This chalet is the "good" story of Biella!

24/11/2025: I was at the La Pompa restaurant yesterday. It had a wide variety of Piedmontese appetizers. Friendly, good service. I'll be back.

23/11/2025: The food was very good and plentiful. The place is very quaint, and the waitresses are kind and very helpful. The only difficulty is booking by phone, which is a real challenge since the phone is always off, and I often give up.

29/09/2025: The place is secure, and the security guards are very kind and friendly. The girl who served me was also very nice; I didn't ask her name, but her smile made me feel sweet. I only had fries, but I really enjoyed it.

27/09/2025: This bad review begins with me asking the service clerk to clean the table, which was covered in crumbs and hair. So he takes the cloth from the trash can and cleans it. He returns to the container and cleans it too, all around the edges. When he realizes he's done, he leaves the cloth there to ferment bacteria. Furthermore, the black and greasy floor, the window frames, and everything around it were teeming with dirt. Unnerved by the scene of normalcy on the part of the clerks, who indifferently watch these scenes of poor hygiene, I report the matter and am told, "Thank you." He then makes the cloth disappear. And that's it. I hope the amount of negative reviews out there is enough for the manager to reconsider his work and do something about his team, because work should be a serious and conscious service, not a favor granted with the desire to live underfoot and the conscience of someone who doesn't care. And then, let's talk about catering and hygiene. Two incongruous things in this fast food restaurant. I recommend that you stock up on Napisan wipes.

30/10/2025: Good hot chocolate (€6 with cream). Terrible service: they officially close at 7:30 PM, but they kick customers out as early as 7:00 PM. They start cleaning and mopping the floors around 6:30 PM, obviously with the smell of detergent and with the door open (at the end of October). They even locked the bathroom before the last customer had even left! And they were quite annoyed when I asked for the key. The bathroom is so tiny that so many people would have a hard time getting in; it beats all the historic bathrooms in Turin. The regulars/friends sing very loudly without even thinking about disturbing anyone else, and evidently this is normal for the owners. I'm quite speechless about all this in a historic bar in the city center.

04/10/2025: It's gotten much worse since a rude, unpleasant girl started serving. The cappuccino was almost cold, the toast was inedible. The place was dark and extremely depressing. The tables outside were poorly maintained, everything was terribly subpar, especially the manners. Close it down, it's better.

23/09/2025: On my way to Milan, I passed by the station waiting for the bus. It was just opposite Aq. station, so I came to this restaurant to replenish my energy. I originally ordered only a burger, but the charcoal-grilled beef filling was so delicious... I ordered another one... If I have the chance, I will come back to try other dishes!

13/10/2025: We discovered this cafe about four years ago. We travel to Rivoli several times a year. They have great coffee and delicious pastries. The afternoon snack is also very good! They have an unbeatable lunch menu, which offers unbeatable value. Don't forget to try Pina's soups; they're delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive, especially Angeles, Pina, and the owners, Alessandro and Marco.
