11/05/2025: It has existed for at least 30 years, it is the classic traditional Chinese restaurant, excellent with very friendly and helpful managers. We often return to the table or for takeaway. It is excellent. I highly recommend it.

15/04/2025: Ho preso un fritto misto ed è più facile masticare e ingoiare un biglietto Babol che gli anelli di totano! I gamberi sono avvolti da 5cm di pastella poi vedi 4mm di gamberi totale 5 anelli di totano e 4 gamberi 5€ vino bianco frizzante sgasato e non parliamo del digestivo grappa alle rose in un bicchierino da 3€ con 4mm di grappa mai più

30/06/2025: Very nice place, both inside and outside with tables overlooking the first square of the Oropa complex. Many waiters, adequate for the intense influx of people. Breakfast: Good brioche, shame that they serve after the coffee is finished, for no reason given that there was a lot of staff and few customers. Price 2 euros, a little expensive. Aperitif: they don't serve medium beer, even though they have a draft, only a small one at 5 euros (expensive). We then had a Pinsa margherita to nibble and, let's say terrible, perhaps frozen. 10 euros, very expensive. For the rest, very kind staff.

16/06/2025: Highly historic and typical bar, sitting inside you feel like you're in the early 1900s, very elegant and stately as it once was, and among the treats to try it is pleasant to taste and drink a good coffee from a local Biella roastery, small businesses, like you don't find anymore. It is also pleasant to stop for an aperitif in company outside under these enormous arches and with a view of the monastery that is not bad, certainly do not expect the usual complete plates from Happy Hour in the city. Very complete list with local liqueurs and different ways to taste chocolates. You absolutely have to try the "Mucroncino" biscuits, a very tender hazelnut biscuit created by them, in their pastry shop. Fair prices in average for tourist resorts. excellent choice

10/03/2025: Entrati per chiedere se potevamo fermarci a fare colazione ,il signore che ci accoglie ci dice di accomodarci e che dovevamo aspettare circa 10’ perché infornava le brioches,accettiamo.Dopo 10’ circa ritorna da noi dicendoci che al momento ce ne poteva dare 2 alla marmellata e una al cioccolato,la quarta sarebbe arrivata dall’ infornata attesa.Quando io ho obbiettato che pensavo arrivassero tutte e 4 calde dopo l’attesa lui quasi seccato mi risponde “eh no signora no”per poi mettere tutto il vassoio caldo di brioches fumanti in esposizione per clienti che ancora non c’erano(il locale era vuoto) e consegnarne a noi solo una calda Credo che la professionalità sia altro

26/04/2025: Ottimi antipasti, consiglio la delicata battitura di fassona ma buono anche l'insalata di polipo, La Chitarruccia con crema di pomodorini gialli, ricotta salata e pinoli è ben fatta e soddisfa le ns aspettative. Dessert : il bonnet non mi ha impressionato...comunque locale gradevole e personale cordiale e preparato. Prezzi nella media di torino

27/03/2025: Siamo stati qualche giorno… Devo dire il personale molto accogliente Servizio cordiale e veloce (Il locale era quasi pieno….) Cibo nelle media…alcune portate molto buone altre un po’ meno…. Prezzo un pelo alto vista la proposta… ma siamo sempre in piazza solferino…. Comunque se capita ci tornerei volentieri

05/11/2024: Nightmare experience. We went on Saturday 2 November for the Saints' fair. When I booked I asked if they had a fixed menu or à la carte, having confirmed the à la carte menu I decided to book. I didn't give weight to the NEGATIVE reviews and decided to trust. At 12 we arrive at this "restaurant" which looked like a tigurio, I was VERY perplexed, we sat down and asked for the menu.....it wasn't there, today it was he eats with the fixed menu. My husband wanted to leave also because in the reservation I specifically asked for the menu as it would be. I would like to point out that in total there were 15 people in the restaurant. At 1pm, the starters arrived, 5 slices of salami, 1 slice of cotechino with a spoonful of puree on top (I have never seen a presentation like this) 1 slice of veal with tuna sauce, NUMBER 2 local olives. At 2pm the first courses arrived. for me the Cisrà, for my husband tagliolini with fassona ragù INEDIBLE, in fact he left them on the plate. ENOUGH it was really a waste of time, we asked for the bill and left, I forgot 2 glasses (not a glass), of dessert and a bottle of water, for the modest expense of eating NOTHING of €51....We went out and went to Montezemolo, to the bar in the square to eat 2 toasts I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE, A PLACE TO AVOID.

16/06/2025: For those who enjoy peace and quiet, right on a large terrace on the edge of Lake Maggiore, I recommend it. The staff is extremely welcoming, helpful, and kind—they're genuine, not artificial. Parking is nearby, and you're a 10-minute walk from the center of Verbania. Not very crowded, unfortunately for them. If you have a furry four-legged friend, you'll be happy to go trumpeting with them in the lake right next to the terrace. Cheers and lots of fun.

22/05/2025: It's a simple bar, with a standard menu, neither praise nor infamy. I didn't expect anything more: Sunday, 6:30 pm, sun, outdoor table on the terrace overlooking the lake. 1 medium draft beer 3 little things to accompany the beer, nice, well presented, 7 euros. Honest, but without any particular merits. Location... free and large parking 20 meters away... bar on the lakefront, terrace on the lake, in the immediate front of the var there are lots of public games for children... What more do you want?
