16/03/2025: Peccato… un locale con grandi potenzialità, sia per la storicità che per lo spazio ridotto, che potrebbe creare quel senso di familiarità. Il disordine e l'abbinamento poco curato dell'arredamento danno l'impressione di un ripostiglio, piuttosto che quella di una trattoria, come dovrebbe essere. Il cibo… si potrebbe fare di meglio, e con poco. Troppe offerte di contorni in stile gastronomia e materia prima scadente, oltre al fatto che viene riscaldata al microonde, o peggio, con spaghetti spezzati. La pulizia in cucina è meglio non commentarla. Pagare poco non è sinonimo di onestà, rispetto per il proprio lavoro e, alla fine, nemmeno di qualità del cibo. Peccato, perché basterebbe davvero poco per essere una trattoria come quelle di una volta, anche nel 2025.

28/03/2025: I had the opportunity to try this restaurant both for lunch and dinner. The food is good, in line with quality-price The environment is elegant and very spacious and apparently clean. The only flaw, the service is a bit slow; especially during the lunch break where people tend to go back to work and don't have much time available, it should be speeded up. Overall between good and excellent, I will return

30/06/2025: As a restaurant worker I never leave reviews but the rudeness with which the manager simultaneously welcomed and kicked us out certainly deserves these few lines: 2.45 pm, the place is 50% empty, outside among the signs inviting people not to enter such as "restaurant full", "no toast", we spot one with "sandwiches from 3 pm". Arriving by motorbike, we try, willing to wait for X hour to strike anyway. Not even the chance to speak, the answer "No, no at this time we don't do anything anymore, there's nothing left. There are signs outside!" while with broad gestures he accompanies us to the door. I don't like to judge food because it's very subjective but there is one thing that cannot be missing in a restaurant: a sense of hospitality! I advise you to look for it elsewhere.

30/06/2025: Panoramic position but very little attention to the customer who, even if he arrives on time, does not give a "sandwich or tramezzino" and is not welcomed in any way to offer an alternative. Kitchen closed, sandwiches finished... written outside and underlined. Let's say that hospitality and kindness are never taken for granted.

03/07/2025: Very bad service, artificial chaos at a not so crowded hour and tags that could not be delivered in 40 minutes

27/06/2025: No service, waited for 15 minutes and left. The waitress was minding her own business and seemed uninterested in serving anyone.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to give 3 stars and not more because even though the waitress realized (when she came to ask us) that they burned practically the whole calzone of my companion, she did nothing to fix it! Too bad because you can tell it's a nice dough and a good product!

09/07/2025: Positives: Quality food, 15% cinema discount Negatives: I went in and they came to take my order at 7:25 PM despite there being very few people Very slow service They offer aperitif or aperitif dinner service, so in my opinion they slow down the waitresses' service a lot... it's either one or the other... Average price Conclusion: I found the place a little below par compared to my last visit... the table service has gotten significantly worse, which is a shame... I'll definitely go back, but not when I'm in a bit of a hurry... 1.5 hours for a first course and a dessert seems a bit too long... and I went at 7 PM!

04/07/2025: Nice place, very good pizza. If you like Neapolitan pizza you have the possibility to choose 3 different doughs, also good desserts and beers. I am satisfied with the service which is fast and therefore I recommend it as a pizzeria.

04/04/2025: We, the Panissa company, every 15 days we go to taste panissa in various restaurants. This, to our taste, was not up to par and we are sorry. We found the bill a little expensive. But it's there.

16/02/2025: Cordialità e semplicità, in un ambiente perfettamente conservato com’era una volta. La signora serve i piatti della sua tradizione familiare con la passione e la dedizione di chi ama il suo locale e spera che gli ospiti apprezzino. Noi abbiamo apprezzato molto. Torneremo sicuramente. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto favorevole.

21/06/2025: Today I bought 2 chantilly and a sfogliatella frolla...dry chantilly (probably from the day before) sfogliatella distant relative of a real sfogliatella frolla, too dry, more similar to a biscuit. Disappointed, negative experience. Not to mention the high prices, probably they changed management, quality worsened and prices increased.

21/06/2025: I have been going to Beatrice for years, it's a shame about the change of management. Before, you were greeted with smiles, the prices were more affordable and you felt at home when you came in. Today: Terrible coffee Cold staff. You have to pay the owners at the cash register to make you smile. Incompetent waiters, the owner who walks around like a ticket inspector. Put the bald man back on the sandwiches, which was the strong point... but obviously you have no marketing skills; much less charisma. Even during covid, when everything was black, you came in here and they gave you a smile! You seem like the bosses of ceremonies to me. I remind you that we are in Turin!

07/07/2025: Old hotel but comfortable and quite well kept. From the reviews I gather that there are different types of rooms: ours was large and although not new it was clean and comfortable, equipped with courtesy set, new towels and slippers. Rich breakfast even for celiacs like me. The location is not particularly pleasant but for us functional, given that it is very close to the Certosa Reale park.

01/07/2025: Stayed one night, hotel and room very dated in terms of furnishings, in the room there was also a sofa bed that was showing its age. What is not acceptable is that the bathroom was in terrible condition, the sink block moved even if supported with supports added later, the shower riser broken, we had to take a shower holding the shower head because it did not stay in place. The central jet of the shower box unusable because full of limescale. Not a glass to take medicine. Honestly it is not a 4 star hotel.

04/06/2025: We ate here for lunch. The first courses were good with good quality ingredients, the mix of cured meats was a bit disappointing. The service was polite, not very fast but attentive. We also bought some house wines at a competitive price... very good

03/04/2025: A small place with the possibility of a summer terrace! Clean room and toilets! Friendly and helpful staff! Quick and very good dishes… I only recommend serving the accompanying sauces at room temperature and not cold to enjoy them better. Low prices.

25/06/2025: It must have been the special evening of the San Giovanni concert but the prices were definitely too high for the quantity of ice cream, two mini cones with a single flavour for €2.50, with a quantity smaller than a scoop. I was shocked, my partner took another fruity flavour, good but not enough to justify the price and quantity. For both cones with an extremely neutral flavour and not at all unforgettable. The two stars are for the unjustified quality/price ratio

17/06/2025: The deliciousness of the ice cream is in tune with the splendid setting of Piazza Vittorio where you can appreciate the variety, from the most classic flavors such as gianduia to the more sophisticated ones such as salt caramel, to arrive at delicious experiments such as sesame ice cream, second but not to be missed. For those who want to dare there is then the gorgonzola ice cream that I recommend (because I tried it) even before a dinner among the aperitifs. Last but not least, do not miss the ice lollies...fruit bites!
