23/02/2026: I waited an hour and a half for a pizza. I sat down at 8:15 and the pizza arrived at 9:45. The pizza was nothing special, I only ate it because I was hungry.

02/01/2026: We went there 3 years ago for a pizza tour. I promised myself I'd return, and lo and behold, I spent New Year's Eve there 😍 The pizza was good 3 years ago, but the New Year's Eve menu exceeded my expectations ♥️. Compliments to the chef 🫠 and the staff were truly attentive and professional. If anything was missing, you didn't even have to ask; everything was replaced before you spoke. The place is very spacious and, above all, very clean. I'm sorry I lost my emerald pendant, but they'll definitely call me if I find it. Anyway, I had a great time. The music was really nice. I really recommend it (maybe we'll see each other there).

22/11/2025: I discovered this place in an emergency situation, as I was in Monforte, but no one else had a table for one. I called the restaurant and they told me there was room. Upon entering, the restaurant is small but charming, and there's also an upstairs. I ordered: burrata with black truffle (an explosion of flavors, impeccable); tajarin with truffle (classic, but with an amazing flavor, especially the truffles); beef braised in Barolo with puree (a generous dish, delicious); green salad, dessert, and coffee. The service was impeccable, the dishes were gorgeous and well-portioned. In total, I spent about 50 euros. The location is excellent, as the restaurant is located at the foot of the Church of the Madonna della Neve. I'll definitely be back!

The food is excellent, with authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes. What's more, the atmosphere is pleasant and the service is friendly; even though we didn't speak the language, the staff went out of their way to understand us and make us feel comfortable. Without a doubt, a restaurant to remember and return to.
