06/09/2025: Poor organization, the staff is incapable of managing orders. In fact, the pizza arrived an hour and a half after ordering, but we were served after the other tables, even though we were the first to arrive and order. To top it all off, after waiting for our table, because the pizzas didn't come out at the same time, I ended up with a completely burned shoe sole, with ingredients that looked like they'd been thrown away in a hurry. An experience not to be repeated, and I strongly advise against it for those from Alessandria or those who appreciate food and understand what they're eating. Last but not least, they managed to screw up the reservation right from the start: two fewer seats than indicated on the phone.

06/09/2025: We arrived on time, having booked for 7:30 PM. The order was taken over an hour later, and the pizzas arrived with an intolerable delay! I think there's a huge management and organizational problem. At this point, the kitchen is being put on the back burner, since you can't arrive at 7:30 PM and leave after 10 PM. It's a disgrace!

15/08/2025: Excellent pizzas prepared by Claudio, thin and digestible, cooked in a wood oven, the place is also nice especially in the summer with tables in the outdoor tent where there is also a beach volleyball court

09/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria for the gluten-free pizza, and everyone who tried it complimented the pizza chef on how good it was. A great option for celiacs in the Cuneo area.

30/04/2025: Restaurant, pizzeria, pub, mélange des genres qui en fait peut-être un endroit chaleureux selon l'heure mais étant arrivé à l'ouverture et en semaine, un peu perdu dans l'espace restaurant. Steack hamburger Angus excellent pour mon épouse, gnocchis frits crudo di parma pour moi tout aussi excellent. Si la qualité des mets et le prix sont dans la moyenne, la qualité du service et l'accueil assez froid gâchent un peu l'expérience, à voir un soir plus animé...

11/05/2025: Something really unpleasant happened to me today. A person I don't know refused me table service, causing me to lose customers and embarrassing me in front of them. He said that "we're all the same" and that I would "salute" him, but then again, I don't even know who he is! It is unacceptable to be treated like this for no reason. I hope situations like this don't happen again. #respect #professionalism

28/02/2025: It's very sad for the owners who have always put effort and dedication into it, but now it's in the hands of 3 slackers. Zero service. Actually less than zero since whatever is asked seems to distract them while they play in their bedroom. The most adult, therefore also the least justified, is a rude, braggart. Better not to do table service if you have to ask for everything every time and I'm not talking about the moon, but about the teaspoon and sugar when they throw coffee on the table. Or maybe they don't take the glass from the edge to bring it to the customer who will have to drink from it, after they've been out smoking and messing around with their friends. Cleanliness, a distant memory. I repeat, I'm very sorry for the owners. Maybe they should choose better staff, and given the level, that's not a good thing.

17/05/2025: The atmosphere of the restaurant is religious, no background noise and an unpleasant feeling of insecurity, the service is welcoming but behaves in a very special way and the worst thing is the meals, the preparation of certain dishes is not even done in the kitchen and we are served a quantity of children with products taken from the freezer even the bread seems to be defrosted.

13/08/2025: Non-existent table service, they give you a remote control that rings to let you know that the "pizza" is ready so you can then get it yourself, the so-called pizza had a horrible dough, dry and not soft as it should be, the mozzarella most likely of low quality had no flavor, don't go there

13/09/2025: The person who served me was professional and very kind, and offered me a fruit tart made that same day (just what I was looking for). The café (thankfully) is no longer there. Excellent pastry shop at reasonable prices.

14/08/2025: Our whole family and friends, we ordered 9 pizzas and paid slightly less than 50€. The pizzas were gooooood. The staff and the chef very friendly. We’ll come again.

07/09/2025: I stopped by this bar in a truly enviable location, right next to the Gran Madre. Unfortunately, despite the charming setting, the experience was disappointing. They recently repositioned the coffee machines and other equipment, which made the counter more usable. The service from the staff didn't exude professionalism at all: it felt more like a tired shift at a service station than a downtown bar. No smiles, no customer service. I ordered a whole wheat croissant around 8:15 in the morning, but the quality was terrible: hard, dry, practically inedible. I left it there on the counter, right next to the register, thinking someone might take an interest or ask me why I hadn't touched it, especially since I was paying for it. But nothing: total indifference, as if they couldn't wait for their shift to end. A real shame, because with a location like this and a little more attention, it could be a truly pleasant place. But for now, it definitely needs reconsidering.

10/04/2025: I ate for lunch today and I must say that I strongly advise against this place. Poor quality food, poor service and place with a very bad smell. The mussels looked unwatchable, the fried calamari was very salty and not at all crunchy. To top it off, they will never see me again. There were three of us and we practically gave away €78.50

26/04/2025: My husband went to get the pizzas and we ate them at home. When I saw my trousers, I confess, I thought "my goodness, this whole edge will be as hard as a shoe sole"... but instead!!! It was melt-in-your-mouth soft, my goodness, what a dough show! Tastes good, has a wonderful texture, and I have to say that the quantity and quality of the filling ingredients are really excellent! You have hit the mark in my heart! The other 3 guests were also happy! See you next time for sure! 😃😍

09/02/2025: Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta in questa pizzeria molto rinomata in città. Siamo arrivati alle 20,00 e il loro parcheggio privato era già strapieno per cui abbiamo parcheggiato nelle vicinanze, essendo in periferia non c'è problema nel trovare posto. Dopo circa 10 minuti abbiamo ordinato una pizza e un piatto di agnolotti al sugo di stufato alla piemontese, birra, acqua (non minerale ma del loro distributore). Nonostante che il locale fosse pieno dopo circa mezz'ora ci hanno portato tutto velocemente. La pizza era passabile, solo un po' troppo ricca di mozzarella ma nell'insieme come gusto sufficiente, gli agnolotti buonissimi e saporiti cotti al punto giusto. La birra era passabile. Preso due caffè macchiati che erano caldi e perfetti. I prezzi sono nella media. Il personale è gentile, giovane e sveglio. Consiglio di prenotare perché é facile non trovare posto specialmente al sabato.
