14/10/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs! Totally unprofessional! We found ourselves standing in front of closed doors this afternoon, even though Google said the restaurant was open. There's no indication on the website that the restaurant is closed today. Can't be reached by phone either!

14/10/2025: I've been to the Grotto St. Anna a few times over the past few years, but each time I felt less hospitable and less welcomed as a guest. The sign on the gate in German stating that only drinks are served with food isn't exactly a welcome – it could certainly be addressed differently. And today, the absolute low point. As always, we walked to the grotto and unfortunately found ourselves in front of a locked gate. Even though Google and the website said it should be open from 12 p.m., we waited in vain for 40 minutes in front of the locked door before heading back. No "closed" sign, no voicemail, no information... and we weren't the only ones; they probably didn't need it.

14/02/2026: This review is solely and exclusively directed at the rude and incompetent girl at the drive-thru this evening. We forgot to add a bag with handles when ordering, and once we got to the payment window, we asked her if she would kindly add one, obviously at a cost. Her response was, "I don't feel like it," and then, very reluctantly, she grabbed a bag and handed it to us in a rather unkind manner. My dear, I've been doing the exact same job as you for several years. Your lack of desire may be understandable but unacceptable, and the only thing I can say, besides advising you to learn some manners, is to stay home if you don't feel like doing your job and what you're paid to do.

06/04/2026: Like many customers, I didn't have a good experience. I booked for 5 and was treated terribly by the staff who were not up to the task, I'd say they were hired at the last minute and served without any waiter experience. Rude. I certainly read the reviews, and I'm not the only one complaining; I'd say the owner is also aggressive. I absolutely wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I'll start by saying that the tables were close together. The Easter menu was awful.

Finally, I found the option of having pizzas with wholemeal or cereal dough very interesting.

07/09/2025: This bar is excellent both for an aperitivo in a refined setting and for grabbing dinner while traveling by bus or from the nearby Porta Susa station. Unfortunately, the food on display was sparse upon entry, but the piadina with cooked ham and cheese, reheated and promptly bagged, proved excellent even half an hour later. Highly recommended.

12/04/2026: We came to this place for lunch, already knowing what to order, because I wanted to try other traditional Piedmontese dishes... For starters, we ordered the Albese, served with celery and Castelmagno shavings, which was good. For first courses, we had agnolotti with arroz sauce and potato gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, both good. Finally, for the second course, the finanziera, made with specific parts of certain animals and pickles, which was something very unique and a bit strong in flavor, but I didn't mind it... Very clean and nice place, very kind and professional staff.

18/11/2025: Very convenient hotel located near the highway exit with ample private parking. The building is aesthetically unpretentious, but the interior is very well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and efficient. Recommended for business travelers and anyone passing through the area.

30/10/2025: I must say that the cleaning is done really well, the rooms are clean and smell good, compliments to the service, the only flaw is that breakfast should perhaps also include a little savory food like eggs and cold cuts with a toaster.
