Sure, there are nicer places right on the lake in terms of location, but the pizzas were delicious, the staff polite and attentive (even though they were fully booked, they made room especially for us). We were accustomed to the same service, which was a distinctive feature of the place: a set menu with all-you-can-eat polenta accompanied by various sauces and cheeses until you were full. Drinks included: water and wine. After that, dessert and coffee were served, all included. This time, we were disappointed because the service had changed: an à la carte menu, less reasonable prices, and smaller portions. In particular, a dish of polenta concia with stew, served all together in a terracotta bowl. I would have preferred at least for everything to be separate and not in one bowl. I pointed out the difference in the change. But I was told that the management has decided to modernize, and that customers are satisfied with the way it is. Maybe we're old-fashioned.

04/07/2025: Deeply DISAPPOINTED! Today at 5.30 I went to buy lunch to take to work, I specify the time to point out that I am one of the first customers of the day, in fact I do not deny that inside the shop it was full of freshly baked food, both sweet and savory. The problem was this, I wanted to get a focaccia stuffed with salami. I INDICATED ☝️ the product I wanted and the saleswoman at the counter with the excuse of "I'll give you this packaged one so you can eat it more easily" gave me, yes, the focaccia with salami, but the quality of it made it clear that it was not fresh that day, definitely from the day before (and I hope not later). I didn't notice it at first, also because I paid the same price as the freshly baked one... and I had to go to work as soon as possible. I had confirmation that it wasn't fresh when, at lunch, I noticed that the salami was pale in color and the focaccia was a bit rubbery, no longer soft and a bit moist on the base (most likely due to the fact that it was kept closed in plastic) and the smell wasn't the best, also because it had taken on a bit of the smell of plastic. *attached photo* I can understand that you don't want to throw away food, in fact I'm in favor of this choice, but selling a product with such a quality at the same price as one freshly baked a few hours before is wrong in my opinion... instead, a "discount" could have been applied (20-30%) or through Too Good To Go to encourage customers to buy them and avoid throwing them away. If I have to choose to spend the same amount between a freshly made product and one packaged yesterday, after having most likely been on the counter all day... I would obviously choose to buy the fresh one of the same day. Also because if I go to a bakery I do it to buy good food made on the same day, if I wanted something packaged I could have easily gotten it at the supermarket or at a food and drink distributor. I don't give 1 star because I didn't feel bad and it was edible and also because I'm a fairly regular customer, I know the products they have and I can say that they have good and valid stuff. In addition to the focaccia I bought a croissant for a colleague and she appreciated it. I kindly ask that this review be taken into consideration as a way to improve the service. Have a nice day.

07/06/2025: Overall a nice place. Fixed price menu, a good variety of pizzas. A cacio e pepe that didn't satisfy me but was still edible, a sufficient vitello tonnato, a dish of cooked vegetables adequate. It didn't leave its mark...

04/09/2025: Everything was good...the people were friendly, it was a lunch for two, and we spent a fair amount. I'll gladly go back as soon as I can, and I recommend it to everyone. I don't have any photos of the beautiful dishes, but others will surely post them.

15/06/2025: Simple and homely but very welcoming environment, we have already been here twice and both times we had a great time, the price is absolutely right for the quantity and quality of what is offered, there is no à la carte menu but a sort of fixed menu (simple but effective, with very generous portions and the possibility of asking for more), fast service and friendly staff, at the end of the dinner after paying we were offered a house liqueur, an experience to be repeated

19/10/2025: A little disappointed. We didn't use the hotel, but the bar service. The first day I ordered and was served a cake that was really not fresh. It was a baked cake without any cream or cream filling, and I ate it out of politeness, but when I found myself paying 5 euros for a measly slice of stale cake, I was a little annoyed. The next day I gave this place another chance. I came in around 6 pm and sat down with my partner. They served the tables near us, having two different waiters take the order from the table next to ours. So much so that the group of young people told the second waitress they had already ordered. Good. The lady in question didn't even look up to look at us. We weren't heard until quite some time later. Much later. And the place wasn't full. I should point out that at 2:30 pm I went in to try to drink a coffee and at 3 pm I left without having drunk it because no one paid attention to me.

01/10/2025: Cappuccino is good. The cocolate cake was very tasty and had a chocolate turron base, some kind of ricotta (i guess) cheese cake in the middle and a dark chocolate glazing, perfect match for a coffee. The frola was very good too with a nice aroma. Friendly staff.
