Sans Soushi In Torino

Very, very good. The à la carte menu is excellent value for money... what can I say? Added to my favorites list 😋

The place is small, but very intimate and welcoming; they also have a covered outdoor terrace. The staff is very courteous and attentive to customer service. I was with my nephew, and we ordered salmon nigiri, tuna nigiri (each consisting of two pieces), salmon hosomaki, tuna hosomaki (each consisting of four pieces), a spicy salmon roll (eight pieces), and spectacular udon noodles with vegetables, shrimp, and smoked tuna flakes, water, and a cover charge for €45. The quality of the fish is remarkable. Furthermore, I booked through TheFork and didn't even have to remember the discount I was entitled to, which is not a given. I will definitely be back. (P.S. The photo of the udon noodles looks small, because when I asked for a portion of udon, the waiter kindly asked if I wanted it already divided into two bowls.) Highly recommended

We went because it was listed among the top 10 best Japanese restaurants in Turin. We know all the others, but... no, absolutely not. The atmosphere is like a fast food restaurant, everything is too fast (and yet it's run by an Italian...). The food is nothing special, and the wine selection is limited. We won't be back!

Sans Soushì has become our favorite Japanese restaurant. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes, including a selection of quality seafood. Mariano and Martina are excellent hosts, always ensuring excellent service. We always love returning because we know we'll leave satisfied.
