05/08/2025: An unforgettable experience at Ristorante Da Vittorio in Nucetto I went for lunch last Sunday and couldn't have been more satisfied. I was looking for a place that combined Piedmontese tradition with a touch of elegance, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The welcome was warm, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. The atmosphere is authentic, like that of a family-run restaurant, where every detail is meticulously crafted. I appreciated the selection of dishes, which showcase local flavors with the highest-quality ingredients. Every course won me over: bold yet balanced flavors, generous portions, and meticulous presentation. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to discover Piedmontese cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere with impeccable service. I will definitely be back.

16/07/2025: Este pequeño restaurante escondido en Rivalta a pocos km de La Morra y Verduno se convierte realmente en un restaurante favorito de la zona. Muy bueno el año pasado y sobresaliente este año. Elegimos el Meny por 45 euros. Empezamos con un triple antipasti con una bacala (a base de bacalao) como la gran sorpresa maravillosa , wow ! También los platos tradicionales como vittello tonnato y carne cruda (battuta dim fassone) eran de la mejor calidad. Las avellanas asadas en la carne cruda realmente hicieron la diferencia. Nuestro primi era un tajarin tradicional con ragu , pero con una presentación elegante poco tradicional y un sabor superior. Nuestro hijo amante de la pasta (22 de edad) estaba seguro de que esta era la mejor pasta que había probado. Secondo era un brassato guancia (mejilla de ternera) cocinado en Barolo. He tenido este curso muchas veces en Piemonte, pero nunca tan tierno como este, no se necesita cuchillo. Compartimos una sinfonía de todos sus postres. Todo encantador, pero su Tiramisu casero destaca como extraordinario. Como verdadero amante del vino también estoy impresionado con su selección de vinos. Quizás no la selección más grande, pero una muy buena selección de la mejor relación calidad-precio vinos y favoritos personales de la zona. Todos los vinos a un precio razonable. Elegimos una maravillosa barbera de la mejor cosecha 2021 , perfectt tempered (de la nevera de vinos) . Gracias al Sr. Emiliano Burlotto y a su talentoso equipo por un almuerzo extraordinario. Espero que volvamos pronto.

26/08/2025: A truly excellent all-you-can-eat Japanese fusion restaurant, certainly above average. A beautiful and well-maintained location with a relaxing atmosphere, though it's a shame there were a few flies. The menu is quite extensive, with dishes I've never tried before, like the wagyu rolls (so much variety) and the one with milk cream (good and interesting). There's very little vegetarian options, which is a shame because now it's practically possible to make rolls with tofu or seitan, ingredients that are readily available. The eel and octopus nigiri were delicious, and overall, I really appreciated the attention to detail in the various dishes and the fact that the pieces have the right ratio of rice to fish (the nigiri had nice fish touches). The service is very quick and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I'll definitely be back!

26/08/2025: The quality of the food is excellent; I've probably tasted the best vitello tonnato here in recent memory. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. A small criticism is the arrangement of the tables in the dining room, which, in my opinion, are too close together, resulting in some unpleasant consequences. Besides the obvious lack of privacy, for example, at the end of the meal, after dessert and coffee, you don't want to be inundated with the smells of other guests' dishes, who are sitting too close together. That said, an overall positive experience.

12/07/2025: Good evening everyone, Mrs. Bottazzi is probably used to... Having not realized that the table by the clock is perhaps the best in the place. (It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the place and close to the kitchens...) As for the service, I don't know what she expects; perhaps she's used to having dedicated staff... because what you get here is hard to compare to the local average. Let's not even talk about the quality of the cuisine. Do everyone a favor and stay home and eat what you definitely know how to cook. Thank you.

26/08/2025: I used to come to this place 10 years ago, when I was in college. Once a week, it was my regular stop. Today, I came back by chance, and besides being excited, I realized that nothing has changed here (luckily). The owner is the same, the food is the same, and it was wonderful. Quality and tasty dishes, friendly and welcoming staff. I would choose it again and again. Never change! ♥️
