20/10/2025: A nice, typical Sardinian restaurant, but it's a shame about the quality of the food and the mediocre service. We came here with the intention of eating quality Sardinian cuisine, as the reviews boast, but we were very disappointed... Of the dishes we ordered... see the "receipt" (if you can call it that)... all you could taste was the tomato sauce, which covered the other flavors. The atmosphere was cold, not to mention the unfriendly and inattentive owner, who ignored us. Alas, an experience not to be repeated.

16/12/2025: A lovely place where there are still traces of the stable it once was. We tried three starters, all of which were delicious: the duck ragù was excellent. The pumpkin tortelli and cappelletti in broth were delicious. The waitress was good at explaining the dishes and the salami to us.

12/12/2025: There are many reasons to choose this restaurant. The lunch menu (menu fisso) offers a generous selection of first and second courses for €15, along with water, wine, and coffee. See the attached photo from today. In terms of quality and variety, it far surpasses the offerings in the neighboring town of Poggio Renatico. The evening menu was also impressive, but naturally not as inexpensive due to local pricing. The clientele is predominantly local, who don't seem to mind the narrow road. I always hope I don't encounter a truck on the road. The ambiance is excellent, and the service is very attentive. In short: highly recommended!

29/11/2025: The perceived value is far higher than the actual value. The dishes are generous, well-prepared, and of high quality. A break with excellent food costs €16. I come here when I want to make a good impression, I highly recommend it!

29/11/2025: Dinner for two to celebrate my birthday. We already knew the place, and perhaps that's why our expectations were high. We certainly enjoyed excellent quality seafood, but there wasn't a WOW effect. The house appetizer is meant to be for the whole table, so I also ordered some oysters, which I confirm were very fresh and delicious. If I may make a suggestion, I would have liked the 14 small plates of cold and hot appetizers to have been served in multiple portions. They were brought all together by two very kind waiters and listed in three seconds... they don't do justice to the dishes, and more importantly, personally, when I tasted them, I couldn't remember exactly what they were. My husband then ordered the seafood carbonara (paccheri), and I had the gurnard stew. The gurnard was good, and the portions were certainly plentiful but also quite heavy. Overall, a good dinner, in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, but nothing more.

26/11/2025: I visited this restaurant after a recommendation. The waiter was friendly but not very helpful with the menu—he didn’t offer any suggestions. I ordered spaghetti with seafood and waited almost 25 minutes for my food. Unfortunately, the dish was mostly spaghetti (about 85%), with a very watery sauce (10%) and only a few shells (5%). My stomach couldn’t digest it properly, and I felt uncomfortable all night.

04/11/2025: We happened to pass by this very quaint little restaurant, read the menu, and made a reservation without hesitation. There were four of us, including two children. The homemade dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere was very quiet, not far from the hustle and bustle, even though we were there.

25/09/2025: Fantastic restaurant, excellently cooked and absolutely fresh fish. The staff is exquisite; it's my favorite restaurant every year when I go to the beach. The owner is exceptional both as a person and as a musician; he resembles Gino Paoli, and together with his partner, a Pino lookalike, Daniele, they entertain us with divine music. You eat overlooking the sea. Highly recommended.

20/11/2025: Traditional cuisine from neighboring towns, updated with a touch of flair and a few twists, partly based on the ingredients found at the market. The preparation is excellent, the flavor is excellent, and the service and presentation are almost impeccable. We'll definitely return! The prices seem appropriate for the quality of the food, as well as the hard work and dedication put into it by the owners and staff.

11/11/2025: In the center of Ortigia, a restaurant where raw fish is a must. From the outside, it might look like a typical tourist restaurant, but after I ordered the tagliolini with shrimp tartare, red onion, and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs, I have to say I changed my mind. The pasta was perfectly creamy, and the shrimp tartare had an excellent flavor. Dish 10

18/12/2025: I'm surprised I've never left a review for this restaurant; I've been going here since I could barely walk. It remains, and has remained, one of my favorite restaurants in Rome over the years. Located in the charming hamlet of Ostia Antica, it's a MUST if you're in the area. The owner knows how to run a restaurant, is friendly, and never comes across as offensive. The menu features those unwavering dishes and others that change; always ask for the special of the day; it's almost certainly worth a try!

30/11/2025: The food was incredible, very friendly people, a great experience from beginning to end. They were very sweet to my young niece and gave her pastry before leaving. She ate it the next morning, said it was very very good.

09/11/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An excellent experience at Il Grecale Restaurant in Anzio Last night I dined at Il Grecale Restaurant in Anzio with a friend, and I can say it was a truly extraordinary experience in every way. We started with an impeccable cooked and raw seafood appetizer, meticulously prepared and rich in authentic flavors. The oysters, incredibly fresh and of superb quality, were a true delight. It was all accompanied by a light, fragrant local white wine that perfectly complemented the dishes. For our first course, we chose gnocchi with gorgonzola, creamy, balanced, and truly irresistible—a seemingly simple dish, but executed with great mastery. For our second course, an exceptional salt-baked sea bass: perfectly cooked, precisely cut, and tender, flavorful meat. A dish that captures all the freshness of the sea and the chef's expertise. Heartfelt applause goes to the chef, who showcases each ingredient with balance and sensitivity, and to the owners, who kindly granted us a welcome discount. The value for money is truly exceptional: top-quality dishes at more than fair prices. The service was impeccable. We were looked after by Severina and Loredana, the latter possessing rare professionalism and sophistication: attentive, smiling, helpful, and endowed with a natural elegance that enhances the entire experience. In my opinion, Loredana deserves to work in Michelin-starred establishments. The family-run business is clearly evident, with a warm, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere that makes guests feel at home, despite the high-end setting. In short, Il Grecale is a true gem in Anzio: excellent cuisine, impeccable service, a family atmosphere, and a value for money that's hard to beat. Sincere compliments to the entire staff—and especially the chef—for making our dinner an unforgettable evening. 🌊🍷✨

27/10/2025: Fantastic experience at this restaurant. I had the tagliolini with lobster and a Prosecco reduction, and they were truly delicious. I also tried my friend's seafood dish: that, too, received top marks. The service was exceptional. The waiter even opened the lobster for me, a truly appreciated touch. An added bonus: they offer a welcome aperitif and even a amaro/sorbet at the end of the meal. The food was top-notch, and the staff was impeccable. I highly recommend it and will be back soon!

26/10/2025: Superlative service! Extremely patient. We had two dogs, two children, and a newborn, and they didn't make any faces or comments whatsoever. We requested a menu change, and they accommodated us. The prices were completely reasonable; in fact, the menu saves you a lot! We'll definitely be back!

18/10/2025: My husband and I went on the evening of October 16th. The fish was good and fresh, as were the piadinas. The desserts (cheesecake and millefeuille), however, weren't great. The guy at the cash register didn't issue a receipt.
