27/10/2025: Pleasant restaurant with excellent pizzas and pastas, with a special mention for the carbonara. The prices are affordable, and the €3 supplement per person is justified by the beautiful view of Lake Como. The frequent traffic, due to the proximity of the road, can be a bit annoying, but the service remains professional and fast.

08/12/2025: 5 stars are not enough! The dishes were meticulously prepared, as was the service, which was never intrusive. The ingredients were excellent. The waiters pampered us on the holiday (December 8th), and were able to advise us on the dishes (the cuttlefish tagliatelle was amazing). The children (including 10-month-old Daniele) ate immediately, even though the restaurant was full. Private parking is available a 1-minute walk from the restaurant. The atmosphere was elegantly and welcomingly decorated for Christmas. I can't wait to return. Thank you for treating us to a wonderful lunch.

We walked in not knowing anything about this place and could not be happier. Food exceptional. Wine was delicious. And the cost was extremely reasonable. Excellent doesnt come close. 15/10/2025: Extremely high rating, 5 stars across the board. I'm giving it 4 stars only for the ambiance, but that's because it's geographically located in a hub of the city that I find unfortunate. Otherwise, the interior is stunning. It always deserves 5 stars. The prices are absolutely in line with the quality of the food served; in fact, I'd almost say they're reasonable. Highly recommended, especially for the fish.

13/10/2025: Discovered by chance, at the end of a FAI day that took us to the historic village of Campiglia Marittima. A delightful, well-maintained place, with courteous and professional service. Excellent cuisine and value, with a carefully curated and well-curated wine selection. An original, yet unpretentious menu. Solid cuisine, excellent presentation, a wonderful experience. We'll gladly try it again in the spring.

28/09/2025: Excellent restaurant with mouth-watering food... we ate fried octopus with gazpacho and tuna with caramelized onions... divine dishes, not to mention the sublime desserts... my husband is celiac and ate divinely!! Compliments also for the service and courtesy. We will definitely be back... the Masini family are guests of Sestosenso Suites.

Prices are around 25€ for a pasta dish or misto di pesce fritto, but they make it worth it with generous portions + by offering wonderful views of the intimate beach, and kindly transporting you to/from Conca upon request. 12/10/2025: We came to Tenute Plaia with modest expectations, after a few disappointing meals elsewhere. What we found instead was a place of quiet balance, the view and stillness alone felt restorative. We dined on the terrace, overlooking the hills and the sea. The air was calm, the setting serene, the kind of silence that feels alive rather than empty. From the first greeting, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel instantly at ease. The food was exceptional: authentic Sicilian cooking with depth and honesty. Every dish carried a sense of place, clear flavors, thoughtful execution, nothing showy. We were the only guests that evening (perhaps because we came early around 7 PM), but the solitude made the experience even more memorable. In essence, Tenute Plaia doesn’t aim to impress, it simply delivers truth through simplicity. A place where food, landscape, and calm coexist naturally.

10/11/2025: Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food or the location...but on the service, or rather the manners, the welcome, yes... Terrible! Reservation made a few days ago, after checking on the info page and asking if it was possible to bring a small dog with us...we were told yes, on the page it says yes, but we checked with the restaurant and obviously we did. Anyway, we arrive at the place at 1.15pm, 6 of us + our dog Toy....." Posted on the entrance door, we find the prohibition of dogs entering........ We enter as 2 and ask about the situation.... a waiter calls us "the Manager" who with an almost disgusted look and air, tells us immediately that dogs are not allowed to enter..... then later even asks us if we had booked, I answer yes! She checks and tells us, I understand but the dog is not allowed to enter..... I try to explain, but she moves away and dismisses us like that........ speechless, we go out and tell the others........ It's 1.17pm, there are 6 of us, we come from Vasto..... what do we do, where are we going? ....... Luckily, not all bad things come to harm...... a light bulb goes on in me and we call a very good location nearby........ Very satisfied in every way ...... obviously we'll be back and we'll recommend it to everyone ...... Your place? Croce ...... a piece of advice ...... update the page ...... write that dogs are not allowed ...... you could have problems ....... we resolved the issue and didn't want to argue but if we wanted we could have had the right people check it ....... So ......... Kindness, good words and humility sometimes make the difference ....... Too bad! THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: LIES HAVE SHORT LEGS! WHAT IS HE SAYING!??? I BOOKED AND HAVE THE CALL RECORDED OF COURSE, AND ON GOOGLE IT SAYS THAT DOGS ARE ALLOWED ...... I HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS. THEN WAS SHE NEXT TO HIS WIFE? THERE WAS A WAITER ....... I WAS SHOCKED WHY, PRECISELY, THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD EVEN MADE A RESERVATION!!!! I DON'T SEE WHERE THE LIE IS ON MY PART. YOU HAVE SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS.....I REPEAT, I COULD NOT GIVE AN OPINION ABOUT THE FOOD, ETC., BUT AS FOR THE HOSPITALITY.....IT CAN ALWAYS BE IMPROVED! GOOD WORK!

14/12/2025: Drawn by the stellar reviews, we went to this restaurant. We booked about a week in advance, arrived, and for some reason we didn't quite understand, there was no table. They asked us to wait a few minutes to be seated—no problem, obviously. We waited, and after about 10 minutes, a young woman, who I assume is the manager, told us that we could either sit down immediately but have to leave the table quickly, or we could wait some more. Her tone was hasty and annoyed, not very polite. We decided to sit down and eat quickly. We picked up the menu. Unfortunately, one pasta dish was undercooked, and another had been cooking for about a week. The portions, however, were generous, so I couldn't eat the main course; I only tasted it, but it wasn't anything special and lacked flavor. We ate in record time and left. The place is large, but they have tons of tables packed together. Honestly, I don't feel like recommending it, but it might be better during less crowded periods, who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️
