09/12/2025: I celebrated an anniversary with some friends at this restaurant, where I'd eaten before. The dinner lived up to my expectations... the dishes were carefully prepared and served... the cold fish appetizer was excellent... the super-delicate cannelloni (a true delicacy)... the grill was delicious... and finally, the dessert was homemade, as was the bread! The service was kind, attentive, but not intrusive. You made an evening I really cared about perfect... thank you!

02/12/2025: A welcoming place, enhanced by a truly pleasant heated veranda. The food is good, without any surprises. The only flaw was the service: long waits, one incorrect course, and the first courses taken away only after the second courses arrived. The staff, however, is very friendly and helpful, a detail that is always appreciated. Excellent value for money.

04/10/2025: We were there a few days ago, and what can I say? The cuisine was incredible, meticulously prepared yet authentic. The attention to detail was incredible, yet the flavors were reminiscent of home. The mixed pasta with legumes was perhaps the best dish of my entire Capri vacation!

28/10/2025: We visited Lo Scudiero Restaurant, in the heart of Pesaro, for a family lunch, and it was a truly impeccable experience in every way. The restaurant is charming and refined: you enter a historic building, where the exposed brick walls and open kitchen blend seamlessly with modern design elements and contemporary artwork. The resulting atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, a perfect balance between history and modernity. We chose the white truffle menu, which included a choice of three courses, plus amuse-bouche and dessert, both naturally with truffle. The dishes we tried were: Golden Egg with white truffle, surprising for its intense and flavorful olive powder; Classic tagliatella with white truffle, executed to perfection; Cappelletti with creamy 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and white truffle, a dish that won everyone over with its balance and richness of flavors. The dessert, savory mascarpone with coffee ice cream and white truffle, was a true revelation: an unusual yet perfectly executed pairing. The service is impeccable: professional but never stiff, with that discreet warmth that immediately puts you at ease. Special praise goes to Giovanni, the dining room manager, who is always attentive and ready to guide you through the wine selection. The menu (€140 per person for four courses, all with white truffle) offers excellent value, considering the quality of the ingredients, the quantity of truffles, and the overall excellence of the experience. In short, a top-notch restaurant, capable of combining tradition, creativity, and hospitality. Five full stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended for both romantic dinners and family lunches: a place where every detail is taken care of and nothing is left to chance.

25/11/2025: Family lunch. The menu has interesting proposals. The dishes do not take long to arrive and exceed expectations. From appetizers to first courses, the quality is really high. Extensive wine list. The place is clean and well-kept. The staff is kind and helpful.

08/11/2025: Pampered in taste A trendy place for refined palates. Here, the raw ingredients, namely fish, are treated by expert hands. There are no crying kids or running around with strollers or rowdy families, but rather a respect for the taste of connoisseurs. They still have a long way to go, but the base is enormous. I recommend booking, and the GPS to get there is a bit hidden, but it takes you through the beautiful and baroque center of Nardo'. Update 27-08-2025 Update Unfortunately, the good old days are over; they're no longer in the old place, and everything has become more flat. There are no unknown mussels and clams (only mussels from Spain), which is incredible because we're in Salento. My wife wanted to come back because she wanted mussels and clams, and she had to settle for a fast-food rice cake. The menu is a bit limited, probably because times have changed. 03/12/2025: Today we were guests for a ceremony at Osteria Briganti. The restaurant is located in the inner part of old Gallipoli; a very traditional and typical little place. The staff was formal and well-dressed. The coordination between the various appetizers, first courses, and second courses was excellent, despite the number of people in the room. A particularly polite and friendly young man served us during lunch. What can I say? I highly recommend it.

16/11/2025: This place was discovered online. What can I say? Excellent food, spaghetti with shrimp tartar and crumbled tarallo, the Topppp. The house antipasto was fabulous. The quality of the ingredients was excellent. The staff were attentive and the value was excellent. We'll be back with great pleasure.

09/12/2025: A restaurant with a seafront veranda, a beautiful and impressive view, dedicated parking, a welcoming and unpretentious location, excellent, courteous, well-organized, and timely service! Five of us went for lunch. We had a couple of fried shrimp and calamari appetizers, a mussel sauté, and some oysters (very good and plump). For starters, we had two spaghetti with clams, a scampi cream risotto, and Taaf-style gnocchi. For main courses, we tried a mixed grill, all accompanied by the house wine, a very good sparkling wine! Finally, a couple of berry crumbles (delicious) and coffee for everyone. The bill was very fair. Highly recommended, especially for the quality and friendly service, which is increasingly rare nowadays. We'll be back with more friends!

04/10/2025: We travel frequently for business and/or pleasure. We rarely give a restaurant 5 stars because perfection is difficult to achieve. Taverna del Marinaio in Lanciano fully deserves 5 stars! Unsurpassed value for money. Excellently prepared food, everything is refined and fresh. The service, evening meal pairings, and wine selection are extraordinary. The location is breathtaking. This restaurant demonstrates the entire staff's passion for food and wine. The restaurant is spotless, as are the restrooms. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The dining room staff is very knowledgeable about gastronomy and the entire world of wine. We will definitely be back!

08/12/2025: While vacationing in Ivrea, I stumbled upon this restaurant; I must say it was a pleasant surprise. The waiters were friendly and always attentive to our requests. Tagliolini with truffles were truly delicious!!! The quality/price ratio was incredibly good! If you're passing through Ivrea, a visit here is a must, especially if you appreciate good traditional cuisine. We'll be back as soon as possible!

07/12/2025: Sunday lunch at Ristorante Il Cantuccio in Bacoli was truly impeccable. This family-run restaurant, with a man in the kitchen and a woman in the dining room, is supported by a staff of kind, helpful, and highly professional waiters. The fish is incredibly fresh and the highest quality ingredients are enhanced by a cuisine that showcases the flavors without too much artifice. A special mention goes to the half pacchero pasta with the catch of the day: in our case, a very fresh dish, cooked to perfection. The desserts were worthy of the rest of the meal: the berry cheesecake and the amaretto and caramel semifreddo were simply spectacular. The final bill was more than fair for the quality, service, and overall experience; you leave satisfied and eager to return.
