We had a great time here (end of march '26)! Delicious meals with beautiful presentation. A special mention goes out to the pastry chef for the amazing presentation and also Giovanni who is a great server and went out of his way to make our dinners there a special occasion. Thank you!

The best restaurant in the area for food and service. Top-quality ingredients, incredibly fresh fish, a superb chef, a refined atmosphere, and highly professional staff. I highly recommend the spaghetti with clams and bottarga, the best in all of Sardinia (I've been all over the island in my 55 years...). Why? Because the Cabras bottarga isn't just a minor appearance, but the star, present in abundance. The spaghetti is al dente, and the garlic, oil, and parsley are carefully blended. The appetizers are also excellent. Highly recommended.

Ristorante Da Thomas was our favourite place to eat in Santa Teresa di Gallura. The food was very good, with the cruditè di pesce standing out for its freshness. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but the quality makes it worth it.
