I tried this new restaurant and had a very positive experience. The atmosphere is refined and pleasant.
Among the dishes, the CBT egg was very interesting, well-executed and with a truly pleasant texture. The spaghetti with clams and bottarga was also excellent, flavorful and well-balanced, unique and delicious.
The prices are reasonable for the quality offered, in line with the experience offered.
A place worth trying.
We will definitely return to try other interesting specialties.

An outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The food was exceptional, but the pasta ai vongole e bottarga truly stood out — it was pure music to my taste buds. Every bite was perfectly balanced and full of flavour.
The service was just as impressive. The staff and even the chef made a point to check in regularly, ensuring everything was to perfection, which added a very personal and genuine touch.
A place with a great atmosphere, authentic charm, and a clear passion for what they do. Highly recommended.

"Il Percorso dei Sapori" isn't just a place where you can feel pampered and at home. It's an excellent restaurant where the dishes, expertly prepared and explained by chef Andrea Melis, unfold in a multisensory experience. Your final thought is: "When I return next time, what delicious dish will I try again?" Highly recommended for anyone who loves the freshest seafood (I personally tried the Plateau Royal, consisting of only raw seafood, and was absolutely thrilled), especially the tuna, whose tenderness is unparalleled.

My three friends and I had dinner there and I have to say everything was excellent: delicious food and super service. The maitre d' recommended an excellent wine which he served impeccably. We will definitely be back.

If you love fresh fish, this restaurant is a real find!
The quality of the ingredients is simply exceptional: every dish tastes of the sea, with authentic flavors and attention to detail. From appetizers to main courses, everything is prepared with great care and passion. The raw fish is incredibly fresh and melts in your mouth, while the first courses are rich yet balanced.
The staff is friendly, professional, and always available to recommend the best pairings, including wine pairings. The atmosphere is welcoming!
The quality-price ratio is more than fair for what's on offer. Definitely one of those places you'll want to return to.

I had dinner at this beautiful restaurant. I think they opened recently. The place is well-kept down to the smallest details. The food is sublime, from the double-cooked octopus to the raw seafood, the fish is very fresh. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed the first courses, which are elaborate and memorable. The service was excellent, and they pampered us and made us feel at home.

Wow, the restaurant has only been open for a few days and its cuisine is truly worthy of attention. Raw seafood and first courses are prepared with phenomenal ingredients, 5-star plating, attentive service, we felt at home, I am convinced that this restaurant will be very successful, seeing is believing, we will definitely be back.
