26/07/2026: This place has a tomato and vegetable soup served with bread, and it was absolutely incredible. Seriously, one of the best things I've eaten! If I remember correctly, it's a classic Tuscan dish called ribollita. But that's not the only reason this place stands out. Every waiter here looks like a male model! My mum and all my female friends were completely captivated. 😂 There was one waiter named Ari who was especially unforgettable. Not only is he incredibly handsome, but he's also unbelievably muscular—you could literally tell through his clothes! 😆 I'll definitely be coming back if I get the chance. I'm already getting close to becoming a regular! 😂😂 This restaurant serves a ribollita, the classic Tuscan soup of tomato, vegetables and bread, and it is absolutely delicious. They greeted me with a smile, answered all of my questions with patience, and checked in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the pepperoni pizza, which was one of the best I have ever tasted. 11/07/2026: We came here as an alternative to the schiacciate shop across the street. It was an excellent choice. We ordered two schiacciate, and the lady making them was really kind. Given the heat, they invited us inside. Everyone was very kind and friendly.

Leggenda dei Frati offered us an exceptional evening: refined cuisine, impeccable service, and staff who were incredibly attentive from beginning to end. A magical setting overlooking the Bardini Gardens, with a warm and authentic atmosphere. A true gem, we'll definitely be back. A must-try if you're ever in Florence!

14/06/2026: Five stars all the way, if I could give more I would! From beginning to end this dining experience was one of the most memorable. The wonderful welcome from all the staff, the combination of flavours in every dish, the ingenuity and the attention to every detail and the very knowledgable sommelier, all this combined to make an outstanding evening. And a special thank you to our host and chef for his very warm welcome and special surprise tour! We hope to return soon.

14/07/2026: I stopped by for a light lunch here. The owner recommended the chicken salad, and it didn't disappoint. It was simple, delicious, and had homemade feel. What really makes this little, cozy restaurant special though, is the genuinely warm and wholesome staff. They made me feel welcome. A lovely experience.

20/06/2026: Lunch with friends, featuring first courses and second courses with desserts. The first courses were very good, especially the stuffed tortelloni and a risotto. Various second courses included very tasty stuffed rabbit, fried meat with good quality French fries, and a dry dish. The dessert, fresh yogurt with chopped fresh fruit, was excellent. Recommended.

24/11/2025: An incredible experience. We were recommended this restaurant by friends from Florence, and honestly, we were so lucky to discover it. Gerardo's attentiveness and friendly service, the quality of the fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, the quality and variety of the wines... We'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: A small seafood restaurant in the heart of the San Niccolò neighborhood. Outdoor seating and a few indoor dining areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent raw seafood and baked fish. Extensive wine list. Average prices. I returned after a year and found the quality of the dishes to have improved. A place I'll return to often when I'm craving a good seafood dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

07/04/2026: Discovered by chance a very welcoming location with a stunning sunset. They offered a few express options, all of which were truly high quality. Very friendly service. They forgot the bread, but they quickly and kindly fixed it. Well done, we'll definitely be back.

28/05/2026: Very beautiful cosy Tuscan restaurant. We ordered the stuffed rabbit, the wild boar tagliatelle and the baked terrine. All were cooked amazingly and we just wanted to try more dishes. We will have to come back next time we are in Florence. The service was very good and the staff were warm and kind. Try the Tirimasu! You won’t regret it.

28/06/2026: Nothing to complain about. It may be a small place, but the staff is welcoming, the food is excellent, the service is quick even on busy days, and it's about 5 minutes from the historic center. The prices are also reasonable, let's hope they stay that way ♥️

01/04/2026: Excellent lunch with friends, we booked about a month in advance. My friends really enjoyed the tortelli, but they already knew the place. They were very well prepared for gluten-free dining. I managed to eat a mixed antipasto with gluten-free bagged bread and a well-made first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was good, and the pasta was well-cooked. If not homemade, buy fresh. I saw they also have gluten-free craft beer in the fridge. The pizza also looked good. Recommended.

If you're deciding between restaurants in the area, I'd recommend Nuti - Il Grande Nuti Trattoria instead for much better food, service, and overall value.
