Their energy creates a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere with authentic cuisine. Unlike other restaurants geared only towards tourists, here you feel their pride in what they serve. The pasta is excellent, they have daily specials, the kitchen is open so you can watch the preparation, and best of all: the price is excellent. If you're looking for a genuinely Florentine experience and want to support a local business, this is the place. It's worth a visit.

The sauce was rich and flavorful without being overpowering, and the cheese was melted to perfection. Every bite tasted fresh and satisfying. 03/02/2026: It's not a terrible place, but we weren't blown away either; it was definitely an average spot. It's a quiet place. The pesto pasta was absolutely delicious, but the mushrooms in the mushroom pizza and pasta were too heavy, be careful. The desserts were average.

The food was excellent, a Florentine steak that melted in your mouth and a clam dish worthy of a seafood restaurant, not to mention the sublime desserts, a millefeuille that I will dream about until my next stay in Florence. Excellent wines, extremely kind staff. What can I say, a dream location with an equally delicious menu.

The owner of the place was very kind and It explained us exactly how the food we will take It will be. It even suggested us a place for the breakfast and we appreciated that a lot. They had great pastry and coffee.

15/01/2026: Stopped in for lunch after reading good reviews about this vegetarian cafe/shop. We both ordered from the lunch special which allowed you to get a pasta, a side and a special. The food was good but a little on the salty side. Still nice to have a vegetarian restaurant option!

14/01/2026: A lovely place not far from the center of Florence (a 5-6 minute walk), which is both a well-stocked bookstore and a vegetarian-vegan restaurant serving excellent dishes at affordable prices. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, the service attentive, the menu is good, including the wine selection, the portions generous, and the quality is above average. A truly delightful place, worth considering as a better alternative to the usual tourist spots. Luca

The venue is simply enchanting, located inside Villa Bardini and boasting a breathtaking view of the city. Hard work, research, and thoughtfulness create a wealth of flavor. The cuisine is deeply rooted in the local area, and the wine selection is the result of long and meticulous dedication. Some courses are already missing as soon as you finish them, but the crescendo of flavors in each dish makes you want to see what else the chef will delight you with. The bread, too, is incredible, masterfully presented in all its forms, creating the perfect pairing with the dishes. The desserts are simply a triumph of flavor. Every detail of the dishes exudes love and care. The service is truly impeccable. An experience truly worth experiencing.
