12/05/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at Trattoria il Bargello, pasta that left me speechless, the kindest service. It was our last night of a 2 week visit to Florence and I wish we would have eaten there earlier in the trip because we would have returned. Good excuse to go back. Go hungry and order everything!

The service was elegant yet warm and genuine, making everyone feel at ease. The food was extraordinary: carefully crafted, creative dishes made with the highest-quality ingredients. Meeting the chef made the experience even more unique. Highly recommended!!

11/05/2026: You are paying for the service and atmosphere, not the food. Food was good quality for a 50 euro meal but it cost over $500! We were much more impressed by his brothers restaurant-“Futura Osteria di Abbadia Isola”.

17/05/2026: Business dinner with a vegetarian colleague. In Florence, it's a real challenge to find a restaurant that offers traditional vegetarian dishes other than just pasta dishes. Here, I found appetizers and pasta dishes, with cheeses, vegetables, and traditional dishes like ribollita and acquacotta. Classic desserts with a twist. Appetizers, pasta dishes, and dessert, plus house wine and water, cost €90. Very friendly staff and a classic atmosphere.

21/05/2026: Wonderful server Bruna. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Very patient explaining the menu and attentive after our food arrived. Fresh is the first word that comes to mind. The next is plentiful. Four of us left with full stomachs and two boxes we just couldn’t find room for. A liter of red wine and four meals for less than 80€. Don’t miss this place.

21/05/2026: This restaurant was recommended by one of the staff at the Wyndham garden hotel across the street. It was absolutely fabulous in every way. Bruna was an excellent waitress and the food was the best we had in three days. So Fresh, and perfectly delivered to our table. We also enjoyed the red table wine.

15/05/2026: Incredible pasta. I eat pasta quite often and love it, but this was the best I've ever had. I tried three different kinds and they were all fantastic, but the potato and ginger tortelloni were the best. Creative and incredibly well prepared.

01/04/2026: Excellent lunch with friends, we booked about a month in advance. My friends really enjoyed the tortelli, but they already knew the place. They were very well prepared for gluten-free dining. I managed to eat a mixed antipasto with gluten-free bagged bread and a well-made first course, tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. The sauce was good, and the pasta was well-cooked. If not homemade, buy fresh. I saw they also have gluten-free craft beer in the fridge. The pizza also looked good. Recommended.

27/04/2026: We're now at home here. The food is excellent, both gluten-free and gluten-free. There's ample parking, and in the summer you can eat outside in the cool air. If you're passing by, stop by.

Gerardo's attentiveness and friendly service, the quality of the fresh, expertly prepared ingredients, the quality and variety of the wines... We'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: A small seafood restaurant in the heart of the San Niccolò neighborhood. Outdoor seating and a few indoor dining areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent raw seafood and baked fish. Extensive wine list. Average prices. I returned after a year and found the quality of the dishes to have improved. A place I'll return to often when I'm craving a good seafood dinner in a pleasant atmosphere.

01/06/2026: Without a doubt, my favorite place in Florence. Every time I go, I feel so pampered, both by the good food and by Roberto and Monica's kindness. Going to lunch there always combines the pleasure of eating something rich, authentic, and healthy with the pleasure of being there, with them. It's also worth mentioning that I'm now addicted to the tuna sandwich. But I'd also say that, with the love they put into the food, the coffee, the desserts, the stuffed potatoes, the drinks... everything, really everything, is delicious. I don't want to make this too long, but in a city like Florence, where downtown neighborhoods sometimes don't feel like neighborhoods anymore, this café feels just like home. Every time I leave there, I leave with a big smile. Thank you Roberto and Monica ❤️

07/04/2026: Discovered by chance a very welcoming location with a stunning sunset. They offered a few express options, all of which were truly high quality. Very friendly service. They forgot the bread, but they quickly and kindly fixed it. Well done, we'll definitely be back.

05/05/2026: 😋🍕 Molte buone! Very good food. Loved the spaghetti (we tried the pomodori, ragu and carbonara and they're all very delicious). Also enjoyed the very good pizza's and very good wine. We ordered more than we normally would, because of our last night in Italy, so the price per person is a bit higher. Would definitely recommend eating here 😊.
