Everything felt thoughtful, authentic and made with heart. But what really makes this place special is the warmth and hospitality. The restaurant is run by Walter and his wife, and their passion, kindness and attention to detail are felt everywhere – in the service, in the atmosphere, and of course in the food. A charming, incredibly sweet restaurant right in the heart of Florence.

15/01/2026: A historic, recently renovated pizzeria in the heart of Florence. They make excellent thin pizzas and delicious pasta dishes and salads. The desserts are also very good. The waiters are attentive, friendly, and fast. Simone and Gemma, a young, enthusiastic couple, are the talented owners who deserve all the success they're enjoying.

10/11/2025: Great welcome and excellent food. There's also room for vegetarians, but it would be nice if it were expanded. These days, I would have appreciated not finding products and drinks related to Israel. A San Pellegrino instead of Fanta? 😉

08/01/2026: My boyfriend and I went into this restaurant with good expectations because it is rated highly. The ambiance and service was good. However, we were very disappointed with the food. When we got the bread it was stale, dry, and tasteless. We figured maybe the main dishes would be better and make up for it. I got the pheasant ravioli and my boyfriend got the seafood pasta. When my dish came, it was barely lukewarm, which was extremely disappointing and I ended up not wanting to eat it. My boyfriend's dish was fine, warmer than mine but lacking in flavor. Overall, we were just disappointed with everything and honestly can't recommend it and won't be going back. Response to Owner: Hello! We showed up around 9PM and you do not close until 10:30PM. We did use the bread for the prosciutto but it was dry and tasteless, so we thought we would try to improve it with oil and balsamic, hut that didn't work. We have been to many traditional Tuscan restaurants, and this was not a good example of what good Tuscan food should be. Your response to these reviews says a lot about you as the owner of this restaurant, and how you can't take criticism.
