01/06/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Scuderie del Castello di Govone, and I can honestly say it's more than just a meal, it's a true culinary experience. Each dish showcases the region through authentic ingredients, locally sourced produce, and carefully selected ingredients, cooked with passion and respect for tradition. An added bonus that I particularly appreciated was the pairing of each course with a tasting of local wines, expertly presented and explained, which enhanced the flavors of the dishes, making the gastronomic journey even more engaging. The quality, attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere, and love for the region are evident at every turn.
