22/12/2023: Abhorrent service and mediocre food in a beautiful setting. We had a 7:30 reservation, we were offered a drink at 8, saw the menu at 8:15, the waitress returned to take her order after a member of our party went in to ask after the service... at 8:45. Appetizer arrived at 9:20, meal arrived at 9:50. It's worth repeating this was a 7:30 reservation. Food quality was memorable insofar as it was bland and cold. Expense was quite high. 10 euro tap water. I guess they charge extra to leave you alone so that you can soak in the view while your stomach aches in anticipation. The night before we enjoyed an exquisite local meal at incredible value. Lesson learned: avoid places that advertise themselves as fancy. They will ignore you and treat you poorly and deliver nothing, because they don't care. They're robbing you and profiting and are fueled by the tourist industry. Miserable experience.

26/11/2023: Rather decadent structure, prices absolutely disproportionate to the level of the location and the service. Large room on the third floor without a lift (which is understandable in a period building) but no one took our luggage for us (we are two over sixty year olds). The room was quite cold, no duvet but a not too heavy blanket to which we had to add the one for the third bed; breakfast scandalously not included. The only positive thing, the tour with tasting in the cellars, otherwise absolutely not recommended
