29/03/2025: Ottima esperienza! Siamo capitati per caso all’Osteria dei Catari fidandoci delle recensioni di altri clienti e ne siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti, considerando che era un pranzo del sabato il locale era pieno di persone. Cibo ottimo e vini di grande qualità, accoglienza gentile e preparata e location unica. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

29/12/2024: Stumbled upon it by chance for lunch with my girlfriend. Beautiful place, spread over several mezzanine floors, with very nice and discreet furnishings and music. We ordered the rice with gorgonzola, chestnuts and beetroot: exceptional dish! A glass of very high quality dessert and then the dessert: chocolate cake with raspberries and cream with bergamot and meringue, the latter very delicate. Excellent and very friendly service. Reasonable prices which are absolutely worth the very high quality of the dishes. Promoted and highly recommended!

06/01/2025: Overall we ate well. However, we would have liked to try the white truffle but when ordering we were informed that it was not available despite both the menu displayed outside the restaurant (on the pedestal that allows you to consult the dishes before entering) and the menu brought to the table with the dishes with the white truffles were present and no one warned us that they were not available until the moment of ordering. I believe that if a restaurant in Alba does not have white truffles (displayed on the menu) it should warn a customer in advance who is most likely sitting at one of its tables to try it.

09/03/2025: Beautiful experience that we tried for the first time for my birthday. Very good and delicate food, wonderful view. We didn't use room service because we only had dinner. Only note, not everyone likes to eat in the company of insects. There were at least a couple of bedbugs hanging around between and on the tables and when we pointed this out, we only received a ironic response, leaving them there. I understand that the place is in the countryside, in the middle of nature, but the windows were closed and from a refined and high-class place, I expect the room to be checked before welcoming customers. With the windows open it wouldn't be possible, of course, but since they are closed, a little attention to these details could improve the service.

09/02/2025: Wonderful experience with friends, we'll be back as soon as possible! Clean place, minimal style with designer bottle holders on the walls. The service is fast and the waiters are very kind and helpful. The owner is very welcoming, describing the various courses in detail. The food is cooked to perfection, no flaws, we were bored with dinner with a mixed starter on a platter with typical Sardinian cured meats and cheeses, we then moved on to the suckling pig with potatoes, excellent!!! To finish, a good myrtle sorbet (it has nothing to do with the myrtle that is usually served in pizzerias or restaurants) and coffee. Good choice of Sardinian wines. Excellent quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back, I recommend it to everyone

20/02/2025: Atmosfera intima, tavolo posizionato accanto al caminetto in un ambiente davvero squisito. Il personale davvero speciale e cortese. Abbiamo mangiato il risotto del giorno, un risotto al radicchio e Barolo davvero delizioso. Di secondo dei bocconcini buonissimi di cinghiale sfumato al Barbaresco. Il titolare ci ha fornito indicazioni preziose e molto utili per il nostro viaggio on the road nelle Langhe.

09/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui con una coppia di amici a metà gennaio circa e devo dire che è stata una bellissima serata dove abbiamo mangiato divinamente !! Menù super buono e carta dei vini ampia e completa !! Ci ritorneremo !! Bravi continuate così !!

15/02/2025: sono stato a cena con mia moglie. Locale rinnovato recentemente, arredamento minimalista piacevole, buono il servizio. Personalmente ho scelto le alici imbottite con provola e zucca in scapece, piatto quilibrato e ottimo, come primo cavatelli con fagioli cozze e bottarga anche questo mi ha soddisfatto, materia prima molto buona. Carta dei vini molto ampia, secondo me sproporzionata nell'offerta di champagne (una quindicina di pagine) contro una sola di bollicine italiane, ma pare sia la moda del momento. Unico aspetto veramente negativo la mancanza della tovaglia, solo un blocchetto di ceramica per appoggiare le posate, ma anche questo pare sia la moda attuale, personalmente non mi piace, e non vedo perchè pagare 3 euro di coperto. Complimenti comunque per la cucina. Prezzo leggermente alto ma ad Alba, oggigiorno, è così in ogni locale.

14/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena qualche mese fa in questo bel ristorante nelle Langhe incuriositi dal fatto che lo chef avesse lavorato presso il ristorante tristellato francese trois gros per parecchi anni. Perplessi per la perdita della stella abbiamo confermato il nostro tavolo ed abbiamo fatto super bene! Buonissima cena Buon servizio Squisito il piatto ispirato ai tagli di Lucio Fontana e auguriamo allo chef "di andare oltre" ... noi lo seguiremo in capo al mondo! Bravissimo bravi tutti Veramente incomprensibile a mio parere la decisione della guida francese.

Splendid people that it can already be enough to just have met, quality of food rated 10, refined and high-quality wine list and where you can't reach they will take care of making you drink better than you could hope to do on your own, honest prices that can't be more honest. In recent years I can't remember a place where I had such a good dinner and that I can compare with the evening just passed. I'm happy that they recommended me to have dinner here, the 3 hours spent with these guys were the most real and beautiful ever. Thank you very much, I hope to see you soon

28/02/2025: Beautiful little place in the heart of Barolo, great service, excellent cuisine and wide selection of wines. Being vegan they promptly adapted their menu to our request, we felt at home. The people who work at ROSSOBAROLO were able to give us advice on the area and the wine to choose. An experience to repeat :)

21/01/2025: Small restaurant in the heart of the Langa, the somewhat panoramic position allows the gaze to sweep up to the distant snow-capped Alps, excellent service, excellent Langhirola cuisine, very nice Giorgio, Chef and owner, amazing wine list, highly recommended!!

27/01/2025: A more fancy take on traditional Italian cuisine, served in a stylish interior of an old alpine resort. Great service. The place is more pricey than most other restaurants in Limone, but you can expect more refined dishes. Try the "buttoni" dumplings in cheese sauce.

10/03/2025: Excellent pizza restaurant in Savigliano. I have dined here many times and have always had a great time. The pizzas are delicious and so is the cooking. They also make pizza by the meter. The desserts are also good. The staff is friendly. I come back often very willingly.
