Excellent restaurant in central Dogliani. Delicious, yet not minimal, dishes, a beautiful location, and very attentive staff. Compliments for the wine list, which caters to everyone and all budgets. We'll definitely be back.

The cuisine is truly excellent. We chose both menus, and both were delicious. This restaurant is definitely worth considering if you're near Dogliani. The price is reasonable for the service and the dishes served. Highly recommended.

13/05/2026: Usually i am reluctant to go to Michelin star restaurants as they are pretentious, oversell and leave you hungry . Not this spot…it hits all the stars, service, food, atmosphere …if you are in the area go here..they work with you for your pure enjoyment,,even met the the chef upon our departure,Pasquale is the best
