09/03/2026: A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors. We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated. The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated. One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile. That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨

04/03/2026: We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! 03/04/2026: The place is meticulously cared for down to the smallest details, very clean, and the kindness and courtesy are undeniable. Excellent food, and the wait between courses makes you realize that everything is delivered quickly. Mind you, I don't mean to say the wait is long. The starter was excellent, with a revisited version of the classic pappa al pomodoro. Today is Christmas Eve, so eggs cooked at a low temperature, followed by Tuscan-style cod. 01/04/2026: On our way back to Florence from San Gimignano, we stopped by this wonderful restaurant in a quiet beautiful town. It was Sunday and they were busy but accommodated me and my family graciously. The food was delicious and after so much of the same food in the touristic areas, this was a nice change. We tried different dishes but the rabbit was the star.

31/03/2026: We booked using the hotel's website, and our first experience at this property was truly fantastic. The room was new, large, and elegant, with impeccable daily cleaning. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The owners are very kind and always available. You can also eat very well in their restaurant-pizzeria. Highly recommended.

07/03/2026: A very nice hotel in a perfect location – just steps from the sea and right in the center. Restaurants, shops, and the promenade are all within easy walking distance. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful – such warm service is truly rare. You immediately feel welcome and very well looked after. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

The portions are generous and authentic, and the quality of the ingredients is top-notch. We loved everything, from the appetizers to the desserts, especially the snails, which were divine. Low prices, highly recommended.

16/04/2026: This was our first time at this beautiful restaurant, accompanied by our three dogs. The staff were very friendly, the dishes were delicious and carefully prepared. The ravioli, baked goat's cheese ravioli, and panizza were excellent, and the desserts were excellent. Average prices. We'll be back.

23/03/2026: La Galleria isn't just a restaurant, it's a place to indulge, a way to relax for two hours while enjoying excellent fish or meat dishes. Michele and the rest of the staff are always on point and make you feel right at home, without ever feeling like a mere "customer." Their must-haves are definitely the raw fish, the tagliolini alla Mirko, the fried fish, and not to mention their seared tuna. I personally recommend the tagliolini with lobster (reservation required). The best I've ever had. The apple pie and vanilla ice cream are sensational desserts. Galleria, a favorite place...always.

11/04/2026: We called the restaurant to arrange takeaway (tired kids and all). The staff were so thoughtful, everything was ready within 15 minutes and more importantly very tasty. The meatballs were good with great tomato sauce. Try the mushroom and tortelli in veal, cream and porcino sauce.

On the recommendation of some colleagues, we discovered this restaurant and can say without hesitation that it is truly excellent, distinguished by its quality, elegance, and customer service. The location is splendid, and the warm and refined atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Being in the center of Perugia, parking is not the easiest thing to find, but I recommend the Saba Piazza Partigiani car park, which is easily accessible via escalators; from there, it's a truly pleasant walk. The telephone reservation was quick and handled with great courtesy. The service, impeccable from start to finish, deserves special mention: the waiters were competent, discreet, always attentive, and capable of guiding the customer with precise and interesting explanations of the dishes. The cuisine is simply extraordinary. The truffle-based dishes were excellent, prepared with great care, balance, and quality ingredients. You can sense a great passion for cooking and an authentic attention to detail. Each course was a true pleasure, truly memorable. A high-end restaurant that combines professionalism, hospitality, and truly memorable cuisine. Sincere compliments to the entire staff for their work, which is evidently passionate and highly skilled. A place absolutely worth a visit, and one we will be delighted to return to.

12/04/2026: Food and service were amazing. We had dinner there and we had so many options of food with black or white truffles. Totally recommend it. Tartar and beef fondue were put of this world 😍
