The best hotel in Positano and genuinely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in (as a seasoned luxury traveler). Staff go out of their way to make you feel like family, and the spectacular views and whimsical, gorgeous decor give it an unparalleled sense of place. Loved being tucked from the chaos of the main Positano area while still being just a short 5-minute drive away (with the hotel's complimentary shuttle), and having access to the area's only private beach. Wouldn't hesitate to come back next time I'm on the Amalfi coast.

My wife and I recently had an incredible time at Il San Pietro in Positano. It was our first time visiting and it’s the finest hotel experience we’ve ever had. We highly recommend to anyone to treat themselves by staying at this 5 star resort!

05/07/2026: The view is fantastic, the service was incredible, and the food was good (though not amazing). It’s a bit pricey, but comparable to other restaurants on the Amalfi Coast. Overall I think it’s worth it.
04/07/2026: We were so lucky to have lunch at this beautiful restaurant. This was honestly the most memorable restaurant experience we’ve had during our whole trip. The staff was so much fun and personable. We loved every moment here, views, amazing food and lovely hosts! Thanks you for the hospitality you have shown our family. We will never forget you!

09/06/2026: we were just passing by, and wanted to have some meal, randomly stoped and here was best Italian food experience! staff was so kind and helpful. food is amazing! definitely take their advice and order something authentically for region and for Italian cuisine.
