This hotel truly deserves higher than a 5-star rating! My husband and I stayed here for 2 days in Early April and we beyond amazed by the entire experience. Not only does this hotel have a beautiful property, the staff are the best in the industry. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels but this one tops them all. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always open to answer any questions we may have had even prior to our visit. The room was elegant, immaculate, well-stocked with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking sea view. I cannot think of a single complaint. Simply impeccable experience. Thank you all, the service was unmatched. We highly recommend Il San Pietro di Positano to anyone looking for a luxurious home away from home!

THE BEST PLACE ON EARTH with literally THE BEST STAFF. Perfect Service, perfect food, perfect view, everything’s 100/10, couldn’t be better. I only hesitated to review because I am selfish and would want the place for myself 😂 My very best wishes to everyone of the valet, the shuttle service, the management, both of restaurants, the beach and pool service, the cleaning ladies and of course the front desk. Nothing short of amazing! Friendly and welcoming staff the property was like a dream.

We were blown away by the entire experience! From the moment we stepped out of our car, the staff was incredible and treated us as if we were royalty. Every single person at Il San Pietro could write a master class on customer service, they clearly love what they do. The hotel itself is stunning and is in the most idylic setting you can imagine. We ate at both restaurants, enjoyed drinks at the bar and played tennis on their court that overlooks the sea. The rooms were each curated with gorgeous furnishings and a very comfy bed. We will definitely come back!

We had the most beautiful and romantic stay here. The hotel and the views are stunning. The staff were wonderful. I would say, if you stay here, maximize your time at the hotel and just relax and enjoy it. Join some of their activities. Eat at the restaurants. Dip in the pool. Do some yoga at the gym under the lemon trees. Lounge around in your room. Chromecast your favorite shows to the TV.

I will never forget staying at this hotel. The attention to detail is remarkable- everything from the food to the stunning views is top notch. The best part, however, is the staff— attentive, meticulous, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. We were a little sad to leave them! If you are coming to the Amalfi Coast, this is the place you want to stay.

The San Pietro is not a hotel, it’s a world within worlds. Old world hospitality and elegance meets fresh, Italian chic. The attention to every detail and the kindness of the staff and personnel is unlike any I have met anywhere in the world.

Stumbled on this cafe at lunchtime while exploring Positano, and found a table outside where we could people watch and enjoy a cold beer and an excellent panini. We very much liked that it was a little off the beaten path and away from the very busy touristy places closer to the beach and amongst all the shops. Recommend!

We were strolling up lots of stairways, looking a little lost when we asked two locals where we should eat lunch. They told us about this restaurant in Positano and to ask for Angelina, the owner. The restaurant was very busy but when we asked for her by name she bounced to our attention, made room for the 3 of us on the upper patio and checked on us to see if all was well. It was an amazing experience in the way the staff and all treated us like we and others around us were old friends. food was delicious and it was nice to be a little away from the business down on the harbor.
