22/03/2025: I have never seen such a pathetic place. The waiters have no elegance when serving or presenting the dishes. They have a haughty attitude worthy of a cheap restaurant. No sense of taste in the decoration. Absolutely avoid this place. A place that deserves to be closed permanently.

22/03/2025: First of all, I don't think this place is elegant at all. The cutlery and wine glasses are very ugly (you can say it's my personal opinion, but I'm definitely an authority). Secondly, I'm very disappointed with the variety of the appetizers. There's bread everywhere. If you want to experience more authentic Tuscan cuisine, there are better choices.

26/03/2025: I went to dinner with a friend of mine on Tuesday. The place was full and they made us wait 15 minutes, even though we had a reservation. Very nice staff, super friendly, helpful and smiling. However, we were at a table in front of a door, and every time the waitress passed by she made my jacket fall. I ordered the glazed lamb: good, soft and tasty. Excellent cooking. However, I did not appreciate the crispy onions on top. The other person ordered the braised beef with polenta, good and tasty. The meat was soft. Very good desserts: full-bodied tiramisu, soft and dense. Panna cotta with caramel really excellent, with the addition of crumble. Perhaps in some ways the tiramisu was too sweet.

06/01/2025: Ci siete piaciuti . Buoni i salumi , non buonissimi, ma buoni davvero . Le tagliatelle con il ragù bianco di cinghiale meritano la lode . La trippa è cucinata bene , saporita , equilibrata , bravi ! I cantuccini e vin santo … ghiotti ! Io scelgo un erborinato locale , ricoperto di cioccolato . Formaggio buono , servito fin troppo freddo ma buono , la copertura invece non mi convince e non esalta questo particolare dessert . Avrei voluto un fondente assoluto , con maggior carattere e particolarità. Poiché siete davvero bravi , avete un bel locale e uno staff gentile , torneremo con gioia a trovarvi .

The menu is full of creativity and pairings that I had never seen and tried in my life that I found very experimental, bold and truly delicious.

The food is good, perhaps the mixed starter was a little overpriced but overall I ate very well. The quality is there and you can feel it. The service is good, but it can be improved, it is still an excellent restaurant.

16/02/2025: Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale dopo una gita a Castell’Arquato. Locale ben curato, dotato di parcheggio e al di fuori del borgo. Abbiamo optato per due fuori menu di antipasto e primo: buonissimi. Ottime anche la giardiniera e l’insalata russa. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

16/01/2025: Storica trattoria che ha mantenuto negli anni uno standard qualitativo molto elevato. Frequentavo questo luogo già sessant'anni orsono con mio padre e non sono mai rimasto deluso. Salumi eccellenti, saporiti e stagionati al punto giusto, primi piatti della tradizione ottimi così come i secondi. Cantina ben fornita con ricarichi corretti e conto onesto. L'unico appunto riguarda il servizio che pur molto cortese non è stato celere, almeno in questo caso, ma era un sabato sera col locale pieno. Concludo dicendo che il ristorante a mio avviso è vivamente consigliabile non ve ne pentirete

15/01/2025: Although the restaurant does not offer vegan options on the menu, the dining room staff was very kind in trying to satisfy me even with a simple dish of pasta with tomato sauce which was nevertheless much appreciated. Overall satisfied with the experience.

06/01/2025: Excellent experience! We tasted the octopus on a bed of yellow cherry tomatoes, the seafood lasagna and a pasta with saffron cream: everything was really excellent and of high quality. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the location is easily accessible

17/03/2025: If seafood is your game. Definitely go here. The service is so fun. There is a 70 plus year old gentleman who does the service along with two twin boys. They run a tight ship and an amazing service. Food sphageti with clamps. 9/ 10. Mixed seafood grill 10/10. Friend artichokes. Amazing 11/ 10. Octopus in tomatoes sauce 10/ 10. Plus an amazing bottle of white wine. All for 68 Euros. Great value for money. Busy restaurant. So book. I booked through fork.

15/02/2025: The breakfast was very classy and unusually prepared. Great concept, also "buffet" but a la card. The dishes were also something very special, I'm sure you won't get something like that twice. We'll definitely be back. The service was very courteous and spoke very good English. Breakfast is until 12 o'clock, which is great.

17/11/2024: We stayed in their cottage at the end of October. A lovely little villa with a private pool just steps from the main building. What can I say, a marvel! Hotel with attention to detail, breakfast with a spectacular lake view. Restaurant with refined cuisine, a wide selection of wines and top-level staff.

05/11/2024: I had a really good rest. It was quiet and the breakfast was full of raw fruit and vegetable juice and plenty of fruit. I was very satisfied with the dinner as well. I am grateful to all the staff for their kindness.

06/01/2025: This review is based on my personal experience and therefore is absolutely not intended to damage the image of the place. We booked on The Fork attracted by the good reviews and the interesting menu, where the sea reigns supreme but where there is also no shortage of excellent land alternatives. The first thing we notice once seated is that the menu prices are much higher than not only those seen on the app where we booked but also those on their website. Since it is a holiday we decide not to worry about it but we believe that it should still be reported to avoid unpleasant surprises for those who choose which restaurant to book in, perhaps also based on how much they will then spend. Let's come to lunch. We started by ordering a bottle of white wine listed on the menu but another one was brought to us. We were told that it would be paid in the same way but here too we were deprived of the possibility of choosing a little because if we had been told straight away that it wasn't there perhaps we would have opted for something else, instead we found ourselves as forced to accept that. As for the food, nothing to complain about. Excellent seafood spaghetti, well-treated fresh turbot and crispy, dry frying. The dessert didn't make me so crazy but more for my personal taste and not for the goodness of the product. Let's get to the sore point, the one that mainly affects my review: the service. A first course, a second course and a sweet waiting time of 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was really too long. Numerous tables present near ours (there were only 2 of us) were served first despite having arrived well after us. I don't think I've ever waited so long for a dessert and a coffee. I felt like pointing this out to the owner who partially remedied it by apologizing and applying a small discount to a bill that was still too high. I don't know whether to recommend it or not, personally, for the reasons explained above, I won't go back.

05/03/2025: Princely treatment. Fantastic staff (and really very nice girls at the reception, if one can still say so). Large, elegant rooms, bathrooms with shower and bidet, SPA accessible with a few euros extra. We also had lunch there: the food was super good (my fillet with pink pepper was excellent... my only complaint, but really nothing, is that if I ask rare, I really mean rare). Beautiful view from the rooms. Let's see the only "inconveniences" found (which take nothing away from what has already been said): 1) Even in this case (a vice of many hotels), although there was space available, they placed the bidet a little too close to the wall, forcing "seats" that are completely peaceful for twenty-year-olds but, for those over 60 like me, a bit annoying 2) The breakfast, wonderful, pharaonic, supported by very kind staff ready to help you without being intrusive, did not have nice crispy bacon to pair with the eggs. Or maybe my colleagues and I weren't able to find it. 3) The location of the hotel, beautiful and housed in a historic villa, is perfect for those like me who had to go to the scientific center of the university, but it could be a bit inconvenient for those who wanted to have the center of Trento within walking distance. That said, I'll finish by reiterating: super recommended, incredibly good value for money and...insanely honest minibar prices!!! In 40 years of traveling, I had never seen this yet.

04/03/2025: Villa Madruzzo is a wonderful place. Attention to every detail and elegant. A dream place. My partner and I sometimes take refuge here to escape from everyday life with a romantic dinner. The service is impeccable and the quality is excellent. I believe that the price is extremely acceptable due to the extremely high quality proposal. To see and to try.

08/02/2025: A truly splendid restaurant. Small, but beautiful. Michelin star dishes. Top service and the menu is worth the trip. You would never imagine finding a place of this level in a small village like Radicofani.

19/01/2025: Truly a great experience!! I had lunch at Mimmo's at Ginestre in January and everything was excellent and looked after! Homemade bread, excellent pici with wild boar and very tender cheek for a second course which I highly recommend!
