But what does it mean? Hospitality, welcome, quality. I slept and ate here during a business trip. Above-average rooms, helpful staff, customer service, quality cuisine, reasonable prices. From now on, it will certainly be my go-to place in Albenga. Well done!

I discovered this hotel (even though the sign outside says it's a guesthouse) by chance, but it met my expectations. Very convenient for the train station, being less than a 10-minute walk away. Rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, well-furnished, and well-maintained. Basic amenities are provided (but bring your own soap), although I would add a small clothesline on the balcony, given that it's a seaside location. Mr. Antonio, his wife, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant service (both for breakfast and other meals) was very good. A place to keep in mind.

We ate at the restaurant for my husband's birthday and we had a great time, the food was divine, the dishes were plentiful and the quality of the food was excellent, the service and entertainment were superb, we will definitely be back, the owner was a fantastic person and the waiters were also impeccable and very kind, excellent, I really recommend it to anyone who is in these parts 🎉🎉🎉

We stayed at the Ricaroka Hotel and had a truly excellent experience. We were a group of eight people from Cuneo and were greeted impeccably. The rooms are spotless, extremely spacious, and among the best we've ever stayed in: meticulously designed and truly comfortable. A huge compliment goes to Antonio and his wife, the owners, for their hospitality and professionalism. You can clearly sense their passion for their work and their attention to their guests. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back! Pasquale and Anna.

We had lunch at the restaurant with friends who are regulars. Everything was perfect: the welcome, the quality of the food (and the quantity too 😉), and the service (Marco is very professional and his French is perfect). We will definitely return to enjoy their menu and hope to stay there (the hotel was fully booked during our Italian getaway). It's a fantastic establishment with amazing staff and owners! I highly recommend it!

I stayed at this property for the Albenga Piano Competition, and the experience was excellent in every way. The hotel is welcoming and well-maintained, with rooms that, in my opinion, exceed their stated standard: clean, tidy, and impeccably furnished. The breakfast is generous and excellent, with truly delicious cakes, pastries, and fresh produce. Dinner was also excellent: delicious pizza and pasta dishes, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. We didn't have the opportunity to try the rest of the menu, but it will certainly be a reason to return. The staff stands out for their professionalism, helpfulness, and a touch of friendliness that makes the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mr. Antonio, who with great courtesy and flexibility accommodated a series of requests related to the planning of the competition, a consideration that is not always a given in this industry. The value for money is also excellent, both for the rooms and the food. I can't give more than five stars: this property is highly recommended.
