22/07/2026: A wonderful experience in Riva del Garda. A historic restaurant in a magnificent setting. The dishes were excellent, both the first and second courses, with meticulous attention to detail in both the presentation and execution. The fruit gelato was a truly perfect finale. It's a shame the outdoor seating is in the middle of a sea of ​​tourists. The price is more than fair.

29/05/2026: Although the food was good, the waiter was not of the same standard. He didn't ask if the food was tasty, just asked "finished?" He wasn't very friendly. He didn't even ask if we wanted dessert after clearing the plates from the main course. Tip for the owner: freshen up the place, make everything a bit lighter.

18/05/2026: WOW. This was our favorite restaurant in Sorrento! And we tried some of the most popular ones while we were there. I stumbled upon this place walking down the alley and luckily there was a couple eating outside and their food looked and smelled incredible. We went the next night and so glad we did, the service was impeccable, our server Tony kept us laughing all night and kept our wine glasses full. The burrata was the creamiest I’ve had in my life and their vegetables come straight from their farm. The lobster with linguine was perfectly Al dente and so tasty. I can’t believe this place wasn’t packed, it was so calm compared to some of the other restaurants in Sorrento. Forget the places with the hype and crowds and come here for a better meal and experience.

24/06/2026: I have experienced the most amazing lunch in a breathtaking atmosphere, immersed in a beautiful lawn surrounded by secular trees. The chef proposed an array of plates like they were pictures and that was fine dining at its best. We had a quiet calm ambience, with no city noise, yet we were in the city centre. Very exclusive indeed. I loved the scalops accompanied with twirls of coconut milk puree and a lime dressing. Simply divine. I also appreciated the space we were given to enjoy ourselves with the waiter at a discreet distance and never annoyingly stuck to us. I would go back in a heartbeat. Compliments to the chef!

The best Tuscany vibes and relaxation you can find around You can also sleep at the Le Volte ! Lots of great destinations within reach ( Bolgheri , Pisa and so on…)

17/06/2026: I organized a lunch for my birthday, they were great Luca the owner is super helpful and kind he satisfied all my requests, the chef is very good and very kind he puts a lot of passion into his work, the quality of the fish is very high, the pastry shop made a very good and beautiful cake aesthetically, very kind and professional waiters, not to mention the view which is phenomenal overlooking the sea I could not ask for better

10/06/2026: We don't think that we can find the right words for Villa Margherita, or to find words to do them right. We're from Germany and had our wedding on the 6th June 2026 at Villa Margherita in Quercianella and from the first look here on Matrimonio to our first visit in person and to our wedding a few days ago, we're left speechless. The Villa itself is obviously incredibly beautiful and a dream location, it's even more beautiful in person. But what we want to point out the most are definitely the people and the staff of Villa Margherita. They're incredibly competent, friendly, well organized and just all-round awesome and amazing people. Even though we live in Germany and married in Italy, we were never worried about a single thing and just felt at ease, because we knew that Elisabetta, Luca and their team would give their everything to ensure we have an unforgettable wedding. They took care of everything and whenever we needed anything or had questions, they were there for us. At the beginning, Villa Margherita was simply a wedding location, but now after we've been there and had our wedding, Villa Margherita is our second home and definitely a place we're going to visit every year from now on. The people around Villa Margherita have become our friends and being there feels like paradise on earth with your closest family. We also want to point out the service and especially the food. We're pretty sure the chef could have a few Michelin stars if he wanted to. Food in Italy is always amazing, but food in Villa Margherita is simply fantastic. Our wedding cake was from another world with how good it was. Never in our life have we tasted such amazing food. I could go on and on but as I said in the beginning, no words can do Villa Margherita right. If you want an unforgettable wedding, please do yourself a favor and go to Villa Margherita. Thank you again everyone, truly. Thank you Elisabetta, Luca, Giuseppe, Salvatore, Frieda, Isabella, Claudio, Antonio, Sara, Giorgia, Evelyn and everyone else. 17/05/2026: I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The proprietors are so kind. The hotel is quaint and centrally located. We were visiting with family in the area and they took good care of us and our family. The food is superb. My father is a chef in his own right and said the pork was the best he had ever tasted. The pasta is excellent. The wine is delicious. They have homemade wines and aperitif. You really don’t want to miss this place. I travel a lot and this place is on the top of my list to visit again. Very affordable. Great atmosphere. Lively and fun. Very clean.
