17/05/2026: A very nice restaurant. Great, friendly, and attentive service. Very stylishly decorated. The wine selection is excellent. The food was exactly to my liking. Anyone who enjoys Piedmontese cuisine will feel right at home here. We've been here several times and are always delighted.

16/05/2026: A stunning location in the green Langhe countryside, excellent food, and friendly staff. The prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommended for lunch after a wine tasting at a local winery.

02/05/2026: Excellent Trattoria Restaurant! We ate very well! Highly recommended! Very nice and elegant place. Excellent hospitality: smiling and happy to serve you! (A plus that hasn't been taken for granted lately). We had excellent carpaccio and a rib-eye steak served on a stone grill. The quality of the meats was top-notch! All washed down with a Cumarò from Umani Ronchi (an excellent wine). The dessert at the end was very tasty. Well done!

01/06/2026: Yesterday at Quantum we had an incredible experience. Quality, service, innovation, professionalism, and genuine passion: everything you'd expect from a great seafood restaurant.
But the most surprising thing is discovering that behind all this are three extraordinarily talented young people, capable of transforming their expertise and dedication into a top-notch gastronomic experience.
I'm happy to have eaten so well, but even more so to have found confirmation that there's still great hope for the future of the restaurant industry...Great job, guys!

The food is delicious; everything I tried—squid salad, Iskitan-style rabbit, dessert, and wine—was delicious. It's easily accessible by public transportation. It's a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. I was there on June 6, 2026.

17/05/2026: I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. The proprietors are so kind. The hotel is quaint and centrally located. We were visiting with family in the area and they took good care of us and our family. The food is superb. My father is a chef in his own right and said the pork was the best he had ever tasted. The pasta is excellent. The wine is delicious. They have homemade wines and aperitif. You really don’t want to miss this place. I travel a lot and this place is on the top of my list to visit again. Very affordable. Great atmosphere. Lively and fun. Very clean.

The owners shared some stories about the restaurant's history with us. The food is excellent, with a blend of tradition and innovation. 20/05/2026: We discovered this place while wandering around the village of Triora, and it really made a great impression. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, everything is very clean and well-kept, with friendly and helpful staff who immediately make you feel at ease.
The menu isn't very extensive, but precisely because of this, every dish seems prepared with care and quality. We particularly enjoyed the excellent first courses and the desserts, which rounded off the meal perfectly.
The prices are absolutely in line with the quality offered. A genuine place we'd gladly return to.

31/05/2026: But in your opinion, if the priority, having a house in Albisola... is going to lunch (even on foot...) at the Vesuviana, what does that mean???? What can I say? From the manners of Luca and his partner, to the focaccias and pizzas, to the place that seems like a jewel box, to the De André background music... everything is splendid!!!
30/05/2026: I've tried 5/6 in Varazze and this is undoubtedly the best. The focaccia is the best and they're honest. Highly recommended.
