He and his fantastic colleagues, Riccardo and Andrea, are the heart and soul of this place. Because of these amazing people, you don't just feel like a customer; you feel home. This is the authentic Venetian spirit perfected. Do yourself a favor: if you are ever in Venice, make sure you stop by and say hi to Francesco! ​Bacaro ae Bricoe is truly an unmissable gem. Not only do you get this incredibly warm, familial service, but the location is spectacular—it’s a beautiful waterfront spot, perfect for sipping an ombra and watching the boats go by. The atmosphere is cozy, rustic, and constantly buzzing with happy locals. ​And let's talk about the food and value. Their cicchetti are miniature masterpieces of Venetian flavor, but the prices are highly reasonable, especially considering the quality and the prime location. You can enjoy an evening of phenomenal wine, delicious small bites, and unmatched hospitality without breaking the bank. ​This is more than a wine bar; it is an authentic, soul-soothing slice of Venice, run by three of the best hosts in the city.
