The pizza is larger than average, the toppings are good, and the dough is light and easy to digest. It's an excellent option for a "save-your-dinner" meal. I recommend training your delivery staff properly, as for the first time in many years, I've encountered a rather arrogant and rude individual! Usually, all your staff go upstairs, and I've always left a tip higher than the expected €1. This time, alas, I was forced to collect the pizzas outside my front door, as the delivery staff had arbitrarily decided. When I asked him why this was the case, he started yelling at me. I complained about his attitude, explaining that customer feedback is important, and in response: he escalated the controversy, even taking on a threatening tone! I complained about the incident by calling the pizzeria again, confirming that the staff had specific instructions regarding this matter, which was to go up to the next floor (I should point out that I live on the first floor). Good. At this point, I'd like to ask for more attention in training your staff, as incidents like this don't do you good publicity. Terrible delivery service!
