07/05/2026: This 4⭐️ hotel is located almoast at the top of the hill. It has one of the famous giro cycling climbs going next to hotel. The view from the view terace is majestic. The hospitality of the employees is also very nice👍 But i guess, they fell asleep a bit. There are many little things, that could be improved. In the room, thi wifi signal is unusable-to weak. The small TV in the room is not smart TV🤔 The bed is folded up bed and therefore very squeaky. At the entrance of the hotel there are still Christmass decorations i guess🤔 And now the restaurant: it had one Michelin star from 2023-2025. We were dissapointed i must say. The appetizer with six different seafood was ok-tasty👍 The main course i ordered was a steak with green pepper and acceto balsamico sauce. I got a small 200g steak served with a big chunk of lemon, one parsly leave and on slice of carrot on it!?! What is a big lemon slice and carrot doing on a plate with a steak? There was not a trace of green pepper sauce... And the side dish. Backed potatoes, omg were they hard to swallov! Pre-backed, heated to serve in microwave. Untasty, bad. And my wife was fighting with an untasty octopus served with sour vegetable. I hope it was just a chefs bad day nevertheless. But for 150€ we were not happy with the dinner!

01/05/2026: It's our favorite place. We bring friends for an aperitivo in this beautiful location. And it seems there's not even 5 square meters to sit outside and enjoy a prosecco. DISAPPOINTMENT

08/07/2026: I was pampered from start to finish. Lunch with friends was a culinary delight. Amazing charcuterie, delicious risotto, and sensational pasta. The team is unbeatable. Dessert was another highlight! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

05/07/2026: Everything was perfect. Tasty dishes made with excellent ingredients. Friendly and efficient service. Well-structured wine list with reasonable markups. This historic venue is well-maintained, although there were a few minor flaws in the bathroom, including a lack of paper towels. A dining experience not to be missed.

02/08/2026: Superb food, a quaint location, and impeccable service. The Florentine steak was a spectacle, perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The first courses, desserts, and spectacular wine were also excellent. The hospitable staff made you feel right at home. Fantastic experience!

26/07/2026: There were six of us for dinner. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the main courses. The white wine was also top-notch. Not to mention the desserts, and even the sugar cubes dipped in alcohol and flavored with flavored fruit. Special thanks to the guys who served us: friendly, attentive, and excellent.

09/05/2026: Super elegant place from the outside, but inside it's a beautiful rustic kitchen. The service, besides being super nice and helpful, you can see that they really care about their products and customers. Seven of us came from Milan, and I have to say that for what we ate and how much the price was, it was truly excellent. I repeat, SPECTACULAR food. Highly recommended ❤️

15/06/2026: Today we had a reservation for 6 people, and you closed the restaurant without letting us know!!! If this kind of behavior seems normal to you! We obviously won't be returning because I had to rearrange a business lunch, much to the shame of the guests who weren't expecting this surprise!

10/06/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and quaint, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food is very good, offering Trieste and local specialties. The prices are reasonable considering the excellent quality and quantity. Highly recommended.

24/07/2026: For food at Paso 10/10, if you're Argentinian they treat you even better, everything is delicious, the saltimbocca is top-notch!

04/07/2026: I walked in at 9 oclcok today and ordered margarita pizza takeaway , the lady at the cashier looked at the chef and noded her face very angry like they didn’t want to serve takeaway pizza as they have a menu outside , and because it was one pizza she said 20 Minutes just to decline my order , shame on her

It's truly worth seeing the interior for yourself, as this take on the retro style evokes incredible associations and recalls the atmosphere of the Polish People's Republic. 03/05/2026: We saw this place on Google Maps after we left the Ship Museum so we decided to go. We were only planning to stay for a quick bite and a Sprtitz. Service was amazing. We got small bites and multiple cocktails because we felt so welcomed and the atmosphere inside and out was cozy. Even got a free fan from ordering two Venturo Spritz (a deal they were doing during our visit) and with this heat, as a tourist, that is a must!! In the end everything was phenomenal!

11/07/2026: Four friends and I stopped by for dinner without a reservation; it was a weekday and there weren't many people. The service was excellent and efficient. We ordered pasta dishes, which were spectacular. The quality was also a strong point. A very pleasant and spacious restaurant. In short, we'll definitely be back.
