31/01/2026: I went to Dolce Stil Novo with my girlfriend for a special evening, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant, perfect for enjoying time together without rushing. The cuisine is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and surprising flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, making you feel truly pampered. The atmosphere is splendid, ideal for both a special evening and a high-end dining experience. A restaurant that deserves it.

29/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this wonderful restaurant... Let me start by saying that my expectations were very high and they were met in the best possible way. The service was exceptional, kind and welcoming but never intrusive. The dishes were prepared with respect for tradition but never banal, with techniques and innovation, research, and a lot of love for the primary ingredients. I was truly amazed because Chef Alfredo Russo welcomed us to the table and wished us to enjoy the evening and the experience. At the end of the dinner, he came over to thank us and ask how we had enjoyed it... He is an elegant man, just like his restaurant, rigorous like the career he has built, but kind and gracious like his dishes. In short, an exceptional experience. I thank the restaurant, the team, and the chef for this magnificent evening.

08/02/2026: I accidentally booked a table at this unfamiliar restaurant, trusting my instincts. I discovered that under the previous owner, the restaurant had a Michelin star. Now run by three young men, it has certainly lost nothing: service, cuisine, presentation, ambiance, and menu are absolutely up to the level of a Michelin star. The prices, however, are not, and are at a normal level. I really appreciated the presentation and description of the dishes I ordered; this only happens in high-end establishments. So, in my opinion, the value for money isn't excellent, but it's amazing. It will definitely be a point of reference to consider when in the area.

08/02/2026: A truly pleasant discovery! Extremely well-maintained and clean location. Excellent food, made with top-quality ingredients, crafted with love, experience, and professionalism. The service was courteous and attentive. The icing on the cake was the privilege of visiting Neviera, guided by the owner, Mr. Dario, who explained the history of this "Abruzzo gem" to us. We'll definitely be back.

08/11/2025: Refood was one of our favorite places we ate at during our trip to Sorrento! We ended up eating there twice it was so amazing. We had the calamari, clams linguine, lasagna, and gnocchi a la Sorrento. The calamari was tender and tasted like it had been caught that same day, and the gnocchi was made using potatoes from the owner’s farm. Both times we went the service was great and we loved getting to know the amazing family who owns the place. I highly recommend! Be sure and check out the owner’s wine cellar while you’re there as well.

30/10/2025: We were a bit pushed for time with our toddler with us so only had time for a main and quick desert I feel I must leave a review. The traditional local dishes were perfect and even our smallest family member approved! We had the Gnocchi alla Sorrento and a Spaghetti alla nerano that was perfectly balanced (when a cheese dish like that could have ended up cloying). The service was also very friendly. Although the building is spacious it has a really nice and relaxed atmosphere. Grazie millie!

24/02/2026: This restaurant is amazing. We found it by chance, but the view is breathtaking and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. We ate lemon pasta with fish and it was one of the best pastas we had in two weeks Italy. We were already super positve when we left the place. But besides that, I forgot my handbag including my passport in the restaurant and only discovered that four hours later, when we had continued our road to Sicily. He sent the handbag as a package to our next hotel in Palermo, very helpful and friendly!

10/12/2025: It was a flawless meal. The paper-wrapped vongole is a must-try. This is my seventh day in Italy, and so far, it's the best restaurant I've ever had. It was even better because it had parking, which is rare in this area, and I was really touched that they guided me to my car when I left. If I ever come back here again, I'll definitely come back. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I visited again after two years, and the vongole was still the best. I actually wasn't a huge fan of vongole, and I've tried Choi Hyun-seok's vongole in Korea, but I can't say it compares to this place. I'd definitely visit again if I were to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I ordered the course again this time and was satisfied, but I really wanted to order two bowls of vongole. The bread before the meal was also really delicious.

22/12/2025: I've known Pane e Vino for quite a few years: i.e., since it was located in the valley (maybe it was still the last century? Oops!) The quality has always been amazing. Flavio and co. are a kind certainty. Tajarin? Braised beef? Raw meat? Everything always delicious!

15/02/2026: Yesterday, February 14th, we held our son's baptism reception, and we received so many compliments from our guests. We chose the seafood menu, the dishes were served promptly, and the waiters were very friendly, patient, and professional, as was the owner, and always ready to accommodate our every need. The dishes were so good that we asked for seconds of some of them—the fish was incredibly fresh, and the cuisine was innovative and sophisticated. We will definitely be back, and we recommend everyone to try this wonderful culinary experience. Compliments to the owner and all the staff!

08/02/2026: Today's lunch at "La Forchetta" was one of the best we've had! The food is incredibly fresh (especially seafood) and cooked by the great chef Antonello Mura, who, besides knowing his craft, doesn't overwhelm it with sauces that would ruin the flavor. We started with an (endless) array of hot and cold appetizers, including octopus, salmon, swordfish, calamari, mussels, panadine (a kind of fried pasta), and fried culurgiones (a type of sweet and sour dough). The first course was spaghetti with clams and bottariga (a type of bottarga) and paccheri with zucchini flowers, clams, and perhaps almonds? Delicious! The lobster, for the second course, was dressed in the Sardinian style—basically, with just oil and lemon—but anyone who knows what it means to be in the kitchen and cook up dishes that are both tasty and light will understand the value of this small but exquisite restaurant. The desserts were also a surprise: a cassata and a nougat semifreddo, all homemade. I'd also like to thank the attentive and friendly staff. Well, what more can I say? Long live "La Forchetta"!!!
