14/02/2025: A very good Valentine's Day 😍 Very cute and all very good!

11/12/2024: This was our first trip to Italy. We stumbled across this place while trying to find a laundromat of all things. Roberto and Monica are the friendliest owners we have met. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable, although I would have paid more for the experience we had. As our short stay came to an end, Roberto thanked us with something akin to an Irish coffee, except with espresso instead of regular coffee. He told us they don't often get tourists, but if you are reading this, please do your best to change it. We will definitely return to this hidden treasure of Florence Grazie Monica and Roberto!

27/02/2025: Nice stopover for a night with a cozy room, perfect bedding. A dinner at the restaurant in a very beautiful vaulted room, impeccable service, delicious dishes, Italian wine in keeping with a fair price. And breakfast in continuity. Free parking on the property. Don't miss the monastery church next door. A nice surprise next to Lake Como.

10/02/2025: Today we went for lunch at the Marascia restaurant to use a gift voucher, we were pleasantly surprised and satisfied, excellent food, impeccable service and kindness, welcoming and clean place

09/03/2025: We went to this place for dinner. Very good quality food... me, my husband, our little daughter and a couple of friends. Perfect dinner and friendly and kind staff, definitely worth doing again.

23/02/2025: Extraordinary experience at the La Scala Restaurant in Abano Terme I had the pleasure of dining at the La Scala Restaurant and I must say that it was an unforgettable experience. The evening was special and the impeccable service made everything even more magical. The barman was simply exceptional, with perfect cocktails that enriched the evening. As for the cuisine, the Catalan was fabulous, with very fresh ingredients and a truly remarkable balance of flavours. The spaghetti with clams was superb, perfectly creamed and tasty at the right point and the mussel soup was delicious. A restaurant that I absolutely recommend for those who love good food and want to have a high-level gastronomic experience. I can't wait to go back!

22/03/2025: I am not exactly part of the upper middle class and I do not often experience similar environments. I wanted to try to go to this splendid setting, being already used to it because I am from Lake Maggiore and I stopped at Villa Crespi for a tasting of dishes and wines. Canavacciuolo's dishes are simply wonderful, for the eyes and for the palate, I would have liked to personally meet the chef but unfortunately he was not there... too bad

01/03/2025: Truly excellent restaurant. The cuisine is traditional, executed to perfection and with a lot of care. The cheese and dessert trolleys are extraordinary (you can choose multiple tastings!). Precise and friendly service. The price is in line with the quality of the experience. I recommend booking well in advance!

01/03/2025: Siamo stati in questa splendida location per il nostro anniversario, volevo precisare la bellezza complessiva del ristorante puntualizzandone la bontà espressa nelle pietanze e nel servizio. Lo chef insieme a sua moglie sono stati degli ottimi padroni di casa, sapendo indirizzarci nel percorso degustativo piu adatto a noi. Il menù Gran Gourmet carta bianca ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente, primi piatti fantastici ed equilibrati, snack di benvenuto molto interessanti. Visto il nostro anniversario siamo stati serviti al momento del dolce con un piccolo pensiero celebrativo per consacrare quella che è stata una delle cene più sorprendenti dell'ultimo periodo. Non mi dilungo piu di tanto per descrivere la bellezza della location, terrazza fantastica che si affaccia su i giardini della reggia.

20/03/2025: I organized a lunch to celebrate an important anniversary with my family at Purgatorio and I was completely satisfied with the choice. Together with Mr. Pier we composed the menu and all the dishes were excellent, well prepared and presented. The service was excellent as were the arrival times of the dishes. I absolutely recommend this restaurant for those who want to taste traditional Sardinian dishes revisited with originality but without distorting the flavors.

20/03/2025: Excellent cuisine, also in gluten-free versions. Fresh fish and a wide selection of wines. Very kind and professional service. Characteristic and well-kept environment. Fair prices. Definitely recommended.

25/01/2025: Auf Grund der Empfehlungen in Tripadivsor waren wir zum Abendessen. Wir haben ein highlight erlebt und einen grossartigen Abend genossen. Die Bedienung und der Service waren individuell und persönlich, das Essen frisch zubereitet und ausreichend, man kann dieses Lokal einfach nur empfehlen. Würden wir hier leben, wären wir hier regelmässig zu Gast.

08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

02/02/2025: Una stupenda domenica in famiglia trascorsa tra buon cibo, ottimo vino e atmosfera assolutamente familiare e accogliente. Marco porta a tavola non solo l’essenza e l’autenticità della Toscana ma soprattutto l’animo e il brio. Se volete mangiare come a casa e sentirvi a vostra agio, bambini compresi, questa taverna è la scelta migliore!

Few tables, menu full of both fish and meat options, a dish that I recommend is the truly exceptional linguine with cuttlefish ink. Courtesy of the owners, price consistent with the proposal. Highly recommended after a relaxing day at the spa! very good!

29/12/2024: On a Sunday when we were passing through, the desire to discover authentic and satisfying flavors led us to Rapolano Terme. Attracted by the reviews on guides and dedicated platforms, we chose to stop at "Osteria Il Granaio", in the small village which alone is worth a detour. We were welcomed in a warm and professional atmosphere, thanks to an impeccable staff who made us feel immediately at ease. The environment of the tavern is elegant and with attention to detail, with an aesthetic attention that anticipates the quality of the gastronomic experience. The lunch opened with two Chianina tartare which proved to be impeccable. The meat, of excellent quality, was expertly chopped with a knife and embellished with simple but decisive condiments: capers and a local extra virgin olive oil that deserves a special mention. We then continued with the first courses, a true tribute to the Tuscan tradition. The pici with Chianina ragù, with an intense and enveloping flavour, made the "scarpet" inevitable. Equally memorable are the tortelli filled with ricotta and spinach, served with a rich sauce of sausage, potatoes and cheese, a well-calibrated explosion of flavours. Even the desserts chapter did not disappoint: each proposal proved to be a perfect conclusion to the lunch, demonstrating that the attention to detail does not stop at the main courses. The wine list, well assorted and thoughtful, celebrates local products without giving up a selection of national and international labels. A heartfelt thank you to the friendly and always helpful staff, who helped make this experience even more pleasant. “Osteria Il Granaio” is a stop that we recommend without hesitation, and which will certainly see us as protagonists again in the future.
