12/06/2025: Thanks to the chef and all the staff. We had an important event last night. Everything was perfect, thanks again to everyone. For the great professionalism and excellent level of cooking.

08/06/2025: This Michelin restaurant was recommended by the owner of our lodging. We arrived in Bari rather late and decided to do ala carte (the preset menu would be my recommendation). We were lucky that they allowed us to come in near to their closing time. We started with Sea bream tartare with guacamole, caviar and herb (highly recommended). Cappellacci with prawn, sheep ricottas and truffle was fresh and flavorful. Risotto with pork and ricotta cheese was good even though was not as special as the Cappellacci. Btw they gave us complementary various apulian pettole and appetizers. This is a must visit when you are in Bari

The environment is very well-kept and welcoming. A special evening away from the tourist racket, a place not to be missed

What can I say except that the welcome, the staff, and the hotel manager were always kind, attentive, thoughtful, professional, and attentive. I'd also like to add that we had a wonderful time. A lovely breakfast and a delicious meal at the Zass restaurant. An enchanting interlude. A huge thank you to the entire team.

11/05/2025: I entered the restaurant “A maidda” by chance because I didn’t know it had reopened and I discovered that you can have the pleasure of eating there only on weekends. The place is suggestive and very romantic! I had the orecchiette scented with fennel… Amazing dish… Impeccable cooking and delicate and tasty fennel cream. The chef who is also the owner of the restaurant is very knowledgeable as well as very kind and friendly and the staff is very kind and very friendly He explained to us that the menu varies according to seasonal products. I also learned that the place offers experiences and culinary journeys of a certain depth. I promised myself to return more often!

26/04/2025: We had dinner here on a Saturday night and had a very good meal. Well-prepared traditional local foods, excellent flavors and very inviting combinations. The appetizer is highly recommended. Very friendly staff, particular place with some tables inside a small cave. Absolutely recommended!

10/04/2025: Ristorante su via Nizza, vicino a fermata Metro Marconi. Ha un gradevole dehors tutto vetri, aperto nelle stagioni più calde. Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

28/06/2025: I've been to many restaurants during my 3-week trip to Italy, but this is by far the best. I'm writing my first review for reference. I had dinner here for 3 days and all the food was delicious. How is that possible? I ate it before I took the last picture because I was so excited. The service was great and perfect. It's a true restaurant that I regret not being able to go on a day off.

21/06/2025: We stayed here for 3 nights and ate at the restaurant 3 times. Our room was very spacious, clean and had a nice view of the lake. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was excellent. Everything we ate was delicious and fresh, you can tell they use high quality ingredients.

The timing between dishes was perfect, so we could really enjoy the whole meal. Even though we stayed past their closing time, we never felt rushed at all. 05/06/2025: Today we had lunch at the Antico ristoro Perditempo, overlooking the enchanting Ponte Vecchio. A quiet and clean environment, quality dishes and Tuscan tradition really well cooked and tasty. Impeccably managed and cared for. We shared the mixed platter and then ate ribollita and tripe. To finish the real torta della nonna and the inevitable cantucci with vino santo. Very honest quality/price ratio
