The constant search for new labels and emerging producers is designed to offer quality in the glass, not commercial products. 🌮 A warm appetizer (4/5 items) that varies according to the season, and a platter of cured meats and cheeses to start, accompanied by jams. 🍝 For pasta lovers, the first courses are perfectly prepared by the Chef. I recommend the "authentic" Genovese, the Gorgonzola and walnut parcels, and the pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. For traditionalists, the ragù is cooked to perfection. 🥃 Excellent distillery, quality white and aged grappas, bitters, and other herbal extracts. 🫂 Onofrio and his staff are always available and attentive to customer requests. 💰 Excellent value for money.

We came to Cimitile for a relative's wedding and tried this property for the first time. The stay was super comfortable, the rooms were very well-kept and clean, and we even had the opportunity to try the restaurant for lunch. All the dishes were delicious. The first courses were generous and delicious, and the second courses were of excellent quality meat and fresh seasonal vegetables. Onofrio, the owner, is a very kind person who assisted us with every need with warmth and friendliness. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Onofrio.

I've been frequenting this restaurant for years now. Onofrio, the meticulous and professional owner, always knows how to make you happy at the table. I've had lunch and dinner several times with relatives from the north, introducing them to various traditional Neapolitan (and other) dishes, masterfully executed (see Genovese). The meat, however, is a whole other story. Excellent, expertly served and cooked. The quality/price ratio is decidedly favorable. A wide selection of full-bodied and fruity wines to pair with every variety and marbling of the meats offered. Highly recommended!!!
