27/11/2025: This place is inconspicuous from the outside, but very lovely inside. The pizza and pasta we had was full of flavour. The pizza was cooked perfectly in their woodfire oven, and the pasta sauce was divine. The prices were very reasonable. We'd recommend this place!

02/12/2025: Under the warm Sorrento sun at Tirabusció, Luigi and his wife turned our pizza-making class into pure magic. Luigi’s infectious energy and masterful tips on perfect Neapolitan dough had us laughing through every stretch and toss, while his wife’s gentle guidance on sauces and toppings made novices like us feel like pros. We left with full bellies, recipes etched in memory, and a craving for an encore—unforgettable!

18/10/2025: Is so expensive for what you get and you need pay for child BUT they don't have courtesy drinks for kids . And they pay FULL PRICE as adults. 🤡 Is a joke!

17/11/2025: We’ve spent much time in Florence and adore the restaurants. This particular establishment rates as our absolute best! The building itself is gorgeous, especially the interior which is simple, tasteful and beautifully done. The food. . . ah, the food! Hubby had the Meat Lasagne. . . the flavor was incredible! No tomato, just meat, cheese and pasta. . . it burst with flavor! Magnificent! My lamb chops with potatoes were perfectly cooked and exquisite! The grilled vegetables were also amazing, fresh, lightly herbed and wonderful. We’ve discovered our new favorite place to enjoy the flavors of Florence! We’ve already booked another meal there.

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

30/11/2025: The prices are unbeatable, the food quality was excellent and the service and atmosphere were great. We had the house made pizzas and soup, topped up with the house wine. Everything was perfect, I would recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. They also have a really nice view of the Palazzo Ducale, accross the water. We will definitely not forget it and will be returning. Thank you for having us!

19/11/2025: A lovely little restaurant away from the usual tourist crowds. The view, especially at sunset, is fantastic. It's certainly not a gourmet temple, but that's not the point; it's a nice little corner restaurant like you can find in any city. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

06/10/2025: The spaghetti alla carbonara di lago with smoked tench was good, the freshwater cod with char and fried polenta was excellent, I would have liked it better with soft polenta, if you are in the area I recommend it.

17/11/2025: Must try at least once in your life. Minimalist, modern, very clean and well-kept, quiet atmosphere, not at all noisy, soft lighting. Reservations are definitely required, and there are shifts to do so; it seats a maximum of 55 customers. I came with my boyfriend, pizza lovers that we are, and I must say it absolutely did not disappoint—in fact, quite the opposite! The ideal would be for two couples to come to sample the various options, but we decided to eat and sample as many as possible. There are pizzas for 4 or 8 slices; we ordered four of them because we couldn't stop to try them all! The Margherita is a must, as it allows you to fully appreciate the top-notch dough and the carefully selected ingredients (the tomatoes tasted just like grandma's homemade ones, straight from the garden). The other pizzas with unique doughs (corn/barley/whole wheat) are also very popular, and if I really had to point something out, I'd recommend mentioning them on the price list because the dough type isn't specified. I'd read some less-than-favorable reviews about the staff, but I have to say they were really friendly and knowledgeable, especially the girls who served. The welcome drink was also very much appreciated. I highly recommend it! Congratulations, it deserves all the positive reviews.

11/10/2025: I've been coming to Catania for work for five years, and Taverna del Grande Albero is a regular stop. First of all, I find quality and courtesy here, but above all, I feel like I'm at home. The owners have become like family to me. I GO TO FILIPPO'S, I say every time!!!! Always friendly, always hospitable, they never fail to chat with the customers, and I highly recommend it!! I've attached photos so you can fully understand my satisfaction. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture of the spectacular seafood appetizer!

The restaurant was spectacular: delicious dishes, high-quality ingredients, and excellent service. A place we will definitely return to. Highly recommended!

I was in Mandello for a visit to relatives, looking for somewhere to have lunch, and without a reservation (Sunday lunchtime), they sat me at a comfortable table near the counter. The dishes are few, but truly well-made, featuring local flavors (Minsoltini, Persico, Lavarello, etc.), but with a contemporary twist. The portions are fairly generous, the wine list is decent (it's an Osteria, after all), and the service is fast and always smiling, despite the restaurant being full. My compliments!
