We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.

06/03/2026: Hi, yesterday for lunch I ordered two takeout pizzas. Unfortunately, I relied on the reviews; I found the pizzas inedible, rubbery, and undercooked. I think the young pizza chef is inexperienced, and I don't think he's the same pizza chef I saw a few months ago. Disappointed.

23/03/2026: An absolute gem. If you desire excellent traditional food of Alto Adige, and yet also a bit of modern flair, Arome Thaler is the perfect restaurant. The tartare di manzo might be the best I've had. The salad of asparagus and scallops was bright and fresh. Roast veal, succulent and tender. Wonderful Lagrein. And, perfect waitstaff. An excellent experience.

15/03/2026: Great experience! We had a nice table upstairs to the left - perfect for privacy within a small group. The service was exceptional, same with the food. The T-Bone Steaks were on point as requested. Very, very good. Totally recommended.

01/04/2026: A typical trattoria in the heart of Nervi, a small, clean, and welcoming atmosphere. The service is fast. We chose the fish-based menu. There were nine of us, and we chose different dishes; everything was excellent. The wine list is varied. Prices are average. We'll definitely return.

05/04/2026: An exceptional restaurant for the quality of the food and service, the style, and the location overlooking the vineyards and the Piave Valley. The food is simply fantastic, and the chef takes great care of every detail. My wife couldn't eat the peach sorbet because "the chef had finished his work and left." That's never happened before, and I'm not being confrontational; in fact, I'm saying it to emphasize the care they put into a dish that seems so easy to put together. Their prosecco is also fantastic, especially the extra dry. Finally, the staff is extremely kind and professional. We'll definitely be back many times!

05/04/2026: Nice place with a lovely veranda. The dishes were good, pasta al dente. The main courses were well cooked. I was disappointed with the tiramisu (too soggy, mascarpone barely perceptible, and other things...not presentable). In a place like this, it should be served individually with a nice cream. Good service, the girls were nice. The apathetic lady at the cash register didn't even smile, by mistake.
