04/05/2025: Cena del sabato sera (con prenotazione) in questo ristorante nel centro di Gubbio, a gestione famigliare. Abbiamo assaggiato dei taglieri misti di formaggio e salumi, a seguite tagliatelle con tartufo, burro salato e caciotta, due tagliate, un tiramisù, un semifreddo al caramello salato ed una cheese cake. Un ottimo rosato pugliese da bere. Servizio celere, molto attento, disponibile e garbato. La cucina è solidamente ancorata ai sapori tradizionali, senza inutili fronzoli o abbinamenti azzardati. Le tagliatelle ed i dolci sono stati fenomenali; i miei commensali che hanno gustato la tagliata hanno trovato la carne fresca, tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione. Una chiacchierata con il simpatico proprietario/chef è stata la degna conclusione di una serata molto piacevole e rilassata. Non conosco l'ammontare del conto perchè sono stata ospite, ma i prezzi sul listino mi sono sembrati adeguati al livello del ristorante ed in linea con l'offerta della città.

11/05/2025: Claudio Virgi e tutto lo staff sono unici. I piatti ottimi, abbondanti e ben presentati. L'accoglienza è il top, con una simpatia unica. Ottimi i vini, favolosa la trippa, le pappardelle e i pici. Con il Bar Dante andate a botta sicura!

10/05/2025: Claudio was a fantastic host with solid knowledge of the Wine list. Food was great, as was the atmosphere. Returned for multiple spritzs and night caps. By our last visits, we felt as if we were old friends.

01/04/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed this cozy little restaurant on a recent Thursday night. It was easy to book a table (at the last minute) and the staff was welcoming and friendly (also speaking English). The menu is approachable and the food was outstanding. The onion soup was warm and so comforting. Delish. I enjoyed the mixed salad to start and then devoured the beef with ham and cheese and roasted potatoes. Perfectly cooked, seasoned and delicious. He enjoyed the Dry Aged beef with fries. The meat was cooked perfectly and seasoned with the flaky salt. House wine accompanied my meal and a lovely parfait type dessert was the finale. Would definitely go back when in Courmayeur.

27/01/2025: We celebrated Vincenzo's 18th birthday, everything was exaggeratedly perfect. Manuela guided us in choosing the menu and organizing the evening, chef Francesco delighted us with rigorously succulent fish-based dishes. High level professionalism, in collaboration for the occasion also with the entertainment staff The Tetris Eventi, made the evening perfect at every moment. We highly recommend it. Thanks Manuela and Francesco, see you next time P. S. Francesco also prepares a Serie A porchetta, try it to believe it 😂😂💪💪😎

03/05/2025: Pasta exceptional, wine very good. Appetizers ok. Eaten well, in the outside part I think it is even more characteristic. Prices slightly high. They also have some vegetarian options, always appreciated.

03/05/2025: I agree with what my husband said before... Wonderful place, food too... but the waiter M. should reconsider his attitude for a moment. For the rest, everything was very much appreciated, especially the possibility of a vegetarian dish, never taken for granted. We will return

20/04/2025: One of those restaurants that makes you nostalgic for its service, food and "homemade" environment, taking you back to distant taverns and immediate, authentic, "de core" flavours. Very good chicken cutlet and fried squid, excellent decomposed millefeuille. As someone would say: "What are you saying? You take it on!"

05/05/2025: Traditional Roman restaurant offering staple local dishes of great quality. I discovered the restaurant while living in Rome in 2011 through a local friend and went there several times a week. The restaurant hasn’t changed a bit: same quality, same merriment, same enjoyment. And, big plus, not massively frequented by tourists, yet.

24/04/2025: 10 STARS!!! Stopped for lunch today, had two risottos with asparagus, a sea bass and fresh asparagus with cooked ham and potatoes, a tiramisu and a white chocolate semifreddo, all excellent, very good, our compliments to the chef and all the staff of the restaurant, young guys with a desire to work, very professional, kind and nice especially the one who served us, a boy of infinite sweetness. Last but not least, the impeccable service and the very nice and welcoming place even outside where we were. Highly recommended.

26/04/2025: Horario colocado en línea Y en el tablero fuera de la puerta indicaron que sirven almuerzo hasta las 3 : 00 pm. Revisamos y comprobamos dos veces. Entró a las 2: 05 pm y tuvo una recepción súper fría y siento que la cocina cierra en 2 minutos! ¡Ni siquiera nos sentó en el bar! ¡Muy mal!
