09/08/2025: What more can we say than to use the word... extraordinary! ... A typical, local trattoria with perfectly high-quality products. The starter was homemade linguine, and it's true, it was to die for. The gorgonzola/pistachio sauce was delicious. My partner enjoyed a beef carpaccio with truffles. ... the word "delight" isn't strong enough. For the second course, the baked sausage was delicious and the beef was of high quality. And let's not even talk about dessert... I'm still salivating! An ice cream of incredible creaminess. A very pleasant bottle of white wine from the Cinque Terre. We let the owner choose, and it was unrivaled value for money. And above all, the grappa with its hazelnut flavors is the best we've ever had, and yet... we're both fans and connoisseurs of this spirit. And to top it all off, we became friends with the owners at closing time, and the house offered us a limoncello made on site... a delight that makes us never want to drink this unparalleled nectar anywhere else. In short, the best discovery of our stay. If we ever come back within 200 kilometers, the detour will be a must!!! Highly recommended. 20/07/2025: One of the must visit restaurants of Soriano nel Cimino. When local outside restaurant recommends and says "it's really good" it has to be. And it was. Every course I tried was amazing. Don't forget to try dessert too. White truffle ice cream was special.

20/07/2025: Everything was really good, like the meat with porcini mushrooms and the chickpea and chestnut cream soup, worth trying again. The staff were welcoming and kind.

24/08/2025: We had two mussel pans. Half of the mussels were broken in each pan, so we didn't eat them. We informed the staff, but nothing was done about it. The tables are arranged outside, one behind the other, which doesn't create a pleasant atmosphere.

The olive oil they left on the table was so delicious that I wanted to bring some back to Japan, so I asked where they sold it, but they said it's not sold commercially, so I gave up on the idea of ​​buying it (I think that's what they said). I had vongole. It was the most delicious vongole I've ever had!!! Maybe the spaghetti absorbs the sauce well, because the noodles were really tasty! My son had osso buco, and my husband had spaghetti with tomato sauce. Everything was delicious!
