10/03/2026: I had dinner with friends at Riviera yesterday, and I have to say it's the best restaurant in Soverato, in my opinion. We were greeted by Domenico, the waiter, who was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to every situation. He presented us with the freshest fish of the day—truly excellent—and showed us every dish that could be made with the fish that was in front of us, which Domenico had previously explained to us. Everything was truly delicious; the fish melted in your mouth, and you could taste all the freshness and deliciousness. At the end of the bill, I expected to pay more, but I can say that the value for money is truly exceptional. I highly recommend it, and we'll see you again soon.

20/09/2025: A charming place, a little difficult to reach, especially at night as the roads aren't well-lit, but you get used to it. The hotel is well-maintained, in an elevated position that offers sweeping views of the coast and the hinterland. Breakfast features excellent local produce, including gluten-free options. The owner was incredibly kind, waiting for me until 2 a.m. due to a delayed ferry from Olbia. The rooms are clean and spacious. I hope to return; highly recommended for peace and quiet.

10/06/2025: We had lunch here after a visit to the caves. Great service and a good menu, we had grilled calamari and an octopus salad. Took great photos from the restaurant of the view.

08/04/2026: Got severe food poisoning here. There was blue ricotta on our pizza and the sausage was definitely off. Violently sick for 48 hours.

08/04/2026: Whole family got SEVERE food poisoning. Highly recommend not going here!!! BLUE ricotta, the meat was WAY off. I spent 48 hours in the worst pain of my life throwing up from both ends. Same goes for my entire family. STAY AWAY!! The worst part is there are several other reviews reporting food poisoning. The restaurants replied to my review saying “there are no reports”. These are foul lies. This restaurant needs to be shut down. Attached photo of my pants soiled.

06/04/2026: The people at this restaurant were so kind to our family when we hosted a large family event here last night. The food was scrumptious, the service was amazing and the ambience was 10/10. In total they catered for 48 people, including eight children with special/fussy dietary needs. All with a smile on their face. Highly recommend. The personal of this ristorante is gentilissimo with the new family when it was organized and a grande event that ieri sera. The cibo era was perfect, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was perfect. In total Hanno prepared a banchetto for 48 people, including otto children with significant food particolari. Everything is sad. Lo consigliamo vivamente. The staff at this restaurant were so kind to our family last night when we held a large family celebration here. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the ambiance simply perfect (10/10). A total of 48 people were served, including eight children with special dietary needs. Everyone was consistently friendly and attentive. Highly recommended!

01/04/2026: We went without a reservation and still managed to get a table for four. The service was very friendly and quick. The pizzas and schnitzel were very good, and the price-performance ratio was also right. The only downside was that the large, somewhat plain, and cold dining room wasn't very comfortable. However, we would definitely come again. Thank you!

15/04/2026: If you are staying near the Coliseum or if you need a restaurant nearby after a tour (just a few blocks away), you must visit this restaurant. It is your quintessential Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is romantic and rustic. It is not very large. The service is impeccable. Our waiter, Tarek, gave us many food and wine suggestions. The wine pairings were perfect with the different courses. The ingredients were fresh, menu creative, and the wine selection is extensive. We highly recommend.

05/04/2026: We ordered the tasting menu, and the food was absolutely not worth the price. All the dishes were flavorless, and the portions were tiny. The flavors overall didn't seem to pair very well. We left the restaurant still hungry and not satisfied with our meal. It's incredible that it's been on the Michelin list for so many years in a row. The city is pretty, and there are definitely better options.

06/04/2026: I went there because it was recommended by relatives in the area. It's an excellent seafood restaurant on the main street of Santa Maria al Bagno. I found the fish to be very fresh and well-prepared. The service was very attentive. You can eat à la carte or choose from the tasting menus. Recommended for seafood lovers. Prices are reasonable.

04/04/2026: A sophisticated restaurant located in an elegant historic residence overlooking the sea. The decor and service are meticulously crafted. Excellent food quality and exquisite presentation. This isn't our first time here, and each time is a pleasant experience. The friendliness and cleanliness are a constant. It's become a go-to for me. Parking is paid only during the summer months, and you can park on the street. We didn't have to wait because we had reserved a table.

18/04/2026: I had the opportunity to visit this location last night for work and friends, making a last-minute reservation. I really enjoyed it. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented (considering we're in the industry), and the staff was truly friendly and helpful. The place was very tidy and clean, with excellent hospitality and service. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be back soon!

The ingredients were of the highest quality and the wine paired perfectly. We were speechless. It's been a long time since we've enjoyed a restaurant this much. Clean, well-maintained, and pampering. We'll definitely be back because professionalism is the order of the day.

17/04/2026: What an amazing experience one hundred percent recommend more on the expensive side but for all the right reasons. The food was incredible and the service out of this world. The location is intimate and relaxing, they were incredibly accommodating and kept open longer just for us not to feel rushed. The food itself was an experience and the service exceptional with incredible knowledge. Amazing experience will be going again for a special occasion as soon as I can defenetly to try and enjoy if the opportunity presents itself.

18/04/2026: Renowned restaurant. In my opinion, the dish worth highlighting is the grilled meat. The rest of the food isn't above average for the Romagna Riviera. The stewed cuttlefish I ate wasn't particularly good. The service from everyone here was more than good and professional.

15/04/2026: I like it when I find old places, not the new ones that are mostly run-down! Here you go back to the good old days: the classic seafood trattoria of yesteryear, a little music playing, lots of chatter, a menu that's not overly extensive but just right... If I really had to find something, I'd say the prices are a bit high for the quality of the food, but maybe I'm stuck in the old days, even with those!!! 😅 I'll be back.
