It's without a doubt the best restaurant we've been to since the beginning of our stay in Puglia. And what about the welcome? 12/10/2025: The food was good, and the pasta was homemade. Service was okay. The outdoor terrace, with cars driving by, wasn't particularly inviting, and it didn't invite anyone to linger.

15/10/2025: I'm sorry, maybe we had an unlucky evening, but honestly, my partner and I were disappointed even though we'd been wanting to try this place for years. Our table was under the air conditioning, with the cold air blowing hard on our necks. I almost embarrassedly asked to be relocated (which was done halfway through the meal). The lady taking orders arrived after 30 minutes, and while we were ordering, she was chatting with other tables or the waitress without even looking at us. We ordered a Franciacorta, but it was sold out, and instead of offering us an alternative, she looked at us as if she were missing the train and we should have already planned a second wine (?!?!?). The Franciacorta we ordered arrived warm, and we had to ask for a cooler. Perhaps this precondition prevented me from enjoying the meal, which I didn't find exceptional at all (seven-course appetizers, seafood carbonara, and spaghetti allo scoglio), but honestly, I wouldn't return. I've worked in restaurants too, and I understand that you can't always do everything perfectly, and that with a full restaurant there can be some mix-ups, but it seemed a bit too much. Oh, and the final bill was €180.

15/10/2025: The food is excellent, not only for its cooking style but also for the quality of the ingredients. Every dish is delicious, and you leave feeling satisfied and full thanks to the generous portions. The desserts round out the experience perfectly. The staff is also quick and friendly. The restaurant opened recently, and unfortunately, it's not wheelchair accessible; that's the only downside. We hope this can be corrected soon, as this restaurant is truly worth a visit.

06/10/2025: We ate several seafood-based courses at the restaurant. The quality of the ingredients is excellent...the tuna tartare with mango is truly delicious. The wine selection is excellent, especially the local ones. The young man assigned to our table was very kind and knowledgeable. Thanks to the owner, Patty, for the warm welcome she gave us. We will definitely be back.

06/09/2025: Got a takeout from them last night around 23:20, the food was good but the interaction was the winner for us. The owner was nice and tried to hold a conversation with us despite the fact that our Italian was not good enough. :))

28/09/2025: The place is very beautiful and well-kept. The service is attentive, professional, and the timing is more than right. As for the food, unfortunately, after an excellent start, the quality gradually declined. The entrees, with homemade breads, butter, and three truly interesting tastings, were very welcome. The three standard dishes had two main problems: - the small portions. We left hungry despite having three courses plus a dessert, in addition to the initial freebies. The main course had no side dish (a potato slice). The appetizer was half a Portobello mushroom, with the stem removed. Too small. We also noticed unintentional portion differences (especially for the first course and dessert) between different diners. - the courses (first and second courses) arrived cold. The dish was cold, the sauce poured over it was barely warm, which meant that after two bites the dish was objectively cold. Too bad. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a decline. We'll try it again.

09/09/2025: I visited Pontedera during my vacation to Italy and hotel receptionists recommended this restaurant. I had the best experience of the trip. The food was amazing. People were very friendly and welcoming.

30/09/2025: Great experience! The views are amazing in this tri-leveled restaurant. We waited a little when we checked in and then we were brought down to a lounge area where they took our drink orders. Then we were brought to our table downstairs. We had a nice table and the servers and staff including Nuncia and Vincenzo, the sommelier, and Antonio were all wonderful. We even got a nice anniversary treat! Food was exceptional and we would recommend this wonderful place!

25/09/2025: Extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. Their attitude was petulant, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Despite presenting ourselves respectfully as content creators with proven engagement and international collaborations in over 20 countries, we were met with dismissive and condescending responses. A fine dining restaurant should value professionalism and respect above all, and unfortunately, Palazzo Petrucci showed the exact opposite. Definitely not a place I would recommend for those who expect proper hospitality and serious treatment.

04/10/2025: Excellent! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the service is impeccable and fast. I ordered pasta a la norma, which was delicious, and the swordfish rolls were super fresh and tasty. The salads were delicious and fresh! I loved it!

12/10/2025: A truly positive experience at this restaurant, which offers excellent home cooking. We ordered a mixed platter of crostini, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, and coccoli, which alone was worth the meal. The pappardelle with stew sauce were delicious, and the peposo melted in your mouth. Prices were below average. A truly pleasant discovery.

09/10/2025: The antipasto is €13, but it's worth it. It's a large, varied dish that's very filling. The picio with nana and Chianina beef sauce is very filling, but I expected it given the rustic setting (which is still pleasant). The portions are also generous, and the price is reasonable. I'm not giving it five stars because, in my opinion, it's unacceptable to have a menu written on A4 sheets of paper on various tripods right at the entrance. I can't stand for five minutes choosing what to order; they need menus at the table where I can easily choose what to order. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend a pleasant evening while staying true to tradition. In Arezzo, for example, there are fewer and fewer affordable restaurants that offer traditional Italian cuisine.

30/08/2025: We found this place on Google. We had an appetizer and a 1kg Florentine steak, as delicious as butter. The restaurant's interior is creatively decorated and full of history... it makes you feel right at home. We'll definitely be back!
