21/04/2025: Very nice place and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. We came here for the pappardelle with duck ragù and were very happy. Excellent, very abundant ragù, perhaps just a few more pappardelle would be appreciated with all that sauce 🙂 Fair prices, excellent quality.

27/03/2025: The restaurant we wanted to go to in Equi Terme was closed and a local advised me to go to Monzone where there is this establishment "Da Remo" which is not only a restaurant but also a hotel. We found it easily and to our great surprise, the establishment is very large, very clean and, it was midday, we were quickly seated and offered a menu. The room was occupied mainly by workers, around fifty people. I asked if it was possible to eat quickly and the boss offered us the "worker" menu. For €14/person, we ate a starter, a main course, all washed down with a 1/2 liter of wine, and a coffee. Excellent dishes, unbeatable prices, friendly staff; only good, I highly recommend.

24/03/2025: Typical and quality dishes, Abundant portions ... Quick and attentive customer service.. Excellent prices!!! Quality raw materials (including meat). We didn't take desserts because we were too full but on paper there is a wide choice. Recommended!!!

30/03/2025: Awful service, weird ambiance (just some random tables in an alley with no actual restaurant), sub-par food, and up-charges for gluten free items that were not listed on the menu or disclosed by the waiter (€3/item). The appetizer was cold even though they said it took a long time since they used fresh oil to fry them (they were obviously not freshly fried as they were cold). Pesto pasta and carbonara pasta took more than an hour to make even with an empty “restaurant” (there was only 1 other table occupied with 2 people). Would not recommend, was our least favorite meal of our 1 week trip in Palermo.

26/03/2025: We were there for a graduation party, very characteristic environment and Palermo food with many small tastings, we will return soon on other occasions.

29/03/2025: Historic lakefront trattoria from which you can enjoy a spectacular view, managed by the current owners for around 40 years. Fixed menu based on expertly cooked lake fish. The rice in cagnone with perch is excellent. Absolutely worth trying, better to book.

13/04/2025: If I could give 6 stars, I would! Everything about the experience was truly 5-star — from the breathtaking view to the incredible food and outstanding service. Both of the staff members were absolutely perfect: warm, professional, and attentive. The prices are more than fair for the quality you get. If you’re visiting Como and don’t eat here, you’re seriously missing out.

19/04/2025: Trieste has a hidden treasure: Ai Due Ladroni – Osteria di Pesce is a marvel! There are places that are never forgotten. Ai Due Ladroni, in the heart of Trieste, is one of those restaurants that win you over at first taste. An authentic, sincere tavern, where the sea can be felt in every dish and the welcome makes you feel at home, but with that extra touch that only true passion for cooking can give. The place is warm, lively, with that perfect mix of informality and attention to detail. The service is fast, kind, highly prepared: they explain each dish to you with contagious enthusiasm. We started with the fantastic "Polpo di Fulmine": very tender octopus, served on a tomato fondue that smells of summer, with a fresh and creamy stracciatella, and the crunch of stale bread to complete the dish. An appetizer that is an explosion of balanced and original flavors. Very fitting name: it was truly love at first sight. Next, a first course that won't be forgotten: gnocchi with mojito. Lime, mint, prawns and a hint of rum. Unusual? Yes. But perfectly successful. Fresh, fragrant, creamy. A creative, playful dish, but never excessive. Full, surprising and harmonious taste. As a second course, the mixed grilled fish: perfect cooking, very fresh fish, strong but delicate flavour. All accompanied by an unusual and delicious side dish: fennel and orange, a combination that refreshes the palate and enhances the grill. An unexpected touch that makes the difference. To conclude, homemade desserts (tiramisu above all) and a well-curated selection of wines, with local and Italian labels, expertly recommended. ⸻ In summary? Ai Due Ladroni is much more than a fish tavern. It is a place where seafood cuisine is celebrated with brilliant ideas, excellent raw materials and an atmosphere that remains in your heart. Here you eat well, you feel good, and you just want to come back. Vote? 10 full. If I could, even more.

17/01/2025: Pizza was good. Appetizer sardine was not very nice. They charge you for water and bread (which you didn’t order). Overall service was good. Toilet is dirty. The restaurant has an indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor is directly on the street with so many other restaurants.

26/04/2025: I came to eat with my family last night, we ordered various dishes including starters, first courses and second courses. Among the most popular dishes there is certainly grilled octopus seasoned with stracciatella, envy and dried cherry tomatoes. Busiate with swordfish are tasty. The pasta was tasty, rich and with an enveloping, summery flavour. The sauce was sweet, each forkful enticing the next one. The combination of swordfish and aubergines is always a winner. Also the sea bass fillet (fish of the day) au gratin. The gratin was crunchy and well flavoured. The fish was fresh, well salted, soft and crunchy at the same time, accompanied by a side dish of potatoes with baked onions. As tourists we had a great time ❤️

31/03/2025: I wanted grilled meat and I must say I was well advised. The cockerel and grilled roasts were also excellent. The place is welcoming, very quiet, also ideal for families. The staff is kind. Sure for my stops in Fiuggi, I will return for dinner.

21/04/2025: Bar piuttosto squallido con servizio al tavolo svolto di malavoglia da due ragazzini dopo aver sollecitato la carta . Gelato discreto ma nulla di che. Passati i tempi di quella che era una bella gelateria.
