La Posata Bianca In Abano terme

My husband and I visited this restaurant on Saturday evening and were truly thrilled. The atmosphere is very peaceful and meticulously crafted, perfect for a relaxing evening. The menu amazed us: anything but predictable, highly refined yet still retaining authentic, delicious, and wholesome flavors. The high quality of the ingredients used is clearly evident. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to our every need. We had a wonderful time, highly recommended!

I went to eat at this restaurant this evening and I must say I was surprised by the kindness and attention paid to every dish and every need. It was truly excellent and I would have stayed for more. Delicious. The restaurant is very nice inside.

We went to this little corner, carefully curated down to the last detail. I didn't appreciate the fact that, being vegetarian, while the other diners were served a complimentary appetizer, I was served nothing at all, a small piece of cheese accompanied by a crostini. It wasn't complicated, but watching whoever was eating and having an empty plate isn't nice. We had first and second courses, which were excellent, maybe four tortelli, which are a bit too few, especially since they weren't tortelloni but regular tortelli. The second courses were excellent, and those who ordered dessert commented it was excellent, but the bill was a bit salty. Bottom line: on the way out, we stopped at a bar for a bite to eat. I recommend raising the prices on the courses and adding a little more food. Very clean and well-kept place, the food is fresh and very well prepared, the combinations and plating are excellent, and they made a bit of an effort to ensure customers didn't leave hungry.

You simply can't get a better meal! This restaurant truly deserves at least one Michelin star! Everything is just right: the ambiance is beautiful and harmonious, and the service is absolutely perfect. Every plate is a feast for the eyes and an explosion of flavor with the highest quality! This is what dining should be like. Exceptional compositions, beautifully presented and unsurpassed in taste – we can't stop raving about it. You absolutely must visit this restaurant! It's a shame we were only there for one evening.

We returned for the third time in a row, and La Posata Bianca never disappoints. The food was divine! As always, the owner was kind and helpful. A well-deserved 5 stars.
