We started with a mixed appetizer, varied and beautifully presented, featuring high-quality ingredients and balanced flavors. Among the first courses, the Gorgonzola risotto with pears and saffron was creamy and well-blended, with an interesting contrast between sweet and savory. Perhaps a little delicate in flavor, but still very enjoyable. The real star was the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: a rich and abundant dish, featuring a variety of meats, vegetables, and more unusual preparations. The fried food was crispy and fairly dry, although some pieces were a bit heavier. Overall, however, it was traditional and satisfying. The desserts were also highly appreciated: the fresh and well-balanced sorbets and the delicious fried desserts, perfect for ending the meal. The friendly service and quiet atmosphere were ideal for a relaxed dinner. The prices were average, consistent with the quality and quantity. A positive experience, especially recommended for those who want to try traditional Piedmontese cuisine, with a delicious mixed fry.

27/03/2026: Very beautiful and quaint location, excellent service. The food was generally very good, but I was a bit disappointed with the sliced ​​meat; I would have expected a different dish. The excessive sauce made the meat look like it was boiling, which I personally didn't like.

23/03/2026: An absolute gem. If you desire excellent traditional food of Alto Adige, and yet also a bit of modern flair, Arome Thaler is the perfect restaurant. The tartare di manzo might be the best I've had. The salad of asparagus and scallops was bright and fresh. Roast veal, succulent and tender. Wonderful Lagrein. And, perfect waitstaff. An excellent experience.

15/03/2026: Great experience! We had a nice table upstairs to the left - perfect for privacy within a small group. The service was exceptional, same with the food. The T-Bone Steaks were on point as requested. Very, very good. Totally recommended.

The personal of this ristorante is gentilissimo with the new family when it was organized and a grande event that ieri sera. The cibo era was perfect, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was perfect. In total Hanno prepared a banchetto for 48 people, including otto children with significant food particolari. Everything is sad. Lo consigliamo vivamente. The staff at this restaurant were so kind to our family last night when we held a large family celebration here. The pizzas and schnitzel were very good, and the price-performance ratio was also right. The only downside was that the large, somewhat plain, and cold dining room wasn't very comfortable.
