I dined at his restaurant on Easter, a special day, with a menu dedicated to the occasion.
The dishes, though festive in nature, retained the signature elements of the chef's culinary vision: recognizable and traditional elements, combined in sophisticated combinations that enhance rather than distort the flavor.
It has rightly climbed my personal ranking among the restaurants where I've most enjoyed the culinary journey.
The wine list is extensive, with many Italian and international labels.
The service is kind and friendly (without being intrusive), the tables are well spaced, and it has an enviable location on the Pesaro seafront.
Parking can be difficult if you arrive by car, but there are secure parking lots a few hundred meters away.
Prices are in line with the type of restaurant.

If you don't know fresh fish and can't distinguish it.
If you don't recognize professional, meticulous table service, provided by those who have lived in the dining room.
If you don't have a sensitivity for an environment that seems painted by Cézanne.
For those who know how to see and feel, this place is a masterful synthesis.
Extraordinary cuisine.
Absolutely top-notch service.
An environment that speaks for itself.
I would never recommend a different or better place, because it's not a simple coincidence that you're never, ever disappointed: it's an exception to the rule.

Everything was simply perfect: the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We were there with our 1-year-old baby and a high chair was ready immediately—so thoughtful!
The service was super friendly and fast, which made it extra pleasant. And the food… truly top-notch culinary. Every dish was prepared with care and full of flavor.

02/05/2026: The service was truly impeccable. The waitress who served us was not only very attentive, but also very friendly and made our experience wonderful. After a 3-hour drive from Bologna due to traffic, being greeted with a warm smile and a laugh made the long journey worth it.

We had a great time, both in terms of the atmosphere, the quality of the service, and the food. As a chef, I can say that the dishes were truly expertly prepared. Congratulations, when we return to the area in September, we will definitely be back!

For those who love local cuisine, the curadella and tripe are fantastic.
The quality is there.
The price is a bit high.
But it's worth it for two or three times a year.
14/04/2026: Probably the best restaurant in the Pesaro hinterland. Excellent quality, friendly staff, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and fair prices. The only drawback is that it's always crowded, but that's perfectly normal given the environment.
