02/01/2026: Good food, some dishes more successful than others. Service was far too fast; I would have appreciated a little more time between courses. The wine pairings were almost all spot-on, but perhaps the wine service itself could use more attention. Considering the high price, one expects perfection, but in some cases it seemed more like the intention was to overdo it rather than truly guide the guest through a journey.
12/12/2025: Nostrano restaurant is a true Italian gem. I was a guest of a dear friend of mine for dinner with a group of friends and was enchanted. The restaurant is elegantly furnished, and the staff's hospitality and professionalism were sublime: we felt right at home.
I was fortunate enough to personally meet the owner, Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti, a delightful, approachable, and extremely professional person. The tasting menu was a triumph of flavors and emotions.
This restaurant is definitely worth a try: you'll return home with a completely different understanding of cuisine than you expected.

Everything is excellent. The dishes are authentic experiences. The atmosphere is refined. The staff is exquisitely friendly. Great selection of wines. I'll definitely be back.

A wide variety of sushi and desserts, in a very pleasant and uniquely designed setting. The staff is also welcoming and helpful. Mikaku Sushi, a must-try!

08/01/2026: Wonderful place, charming setting, and excellent food. Very competitive prices. I recommend the appetizers, delicious and homemade. I recommend a few first courses and the steak, tender as butter. Service is very fast, and trust the waiters with the quantities, as the portions are generous. Reservations are essential, especially well in advance, as the place is very popular and always busy.
08/01/2026: The cuisine is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and generous portions. The elegant location evokes mountain huts, and the staff and waiters are friendly and attentive. It's a popular spot both in summer and in winter, when there's snow. Reservations are recommended. I've been coming for several years, and it's always an excellent restaurant with a great value. Dogs are welcome.

09/01/2026: Very fresh, excellent-quality fish. The portions were almost too generous. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, and one second course, but were almost full after the appetizers. The atmosphere and menu are a bit dated, but still very pleasant. We'll gladly return.

The food was very good (tasting).
But for us, there was no seriousness!
First: the price negotiated over the phone was 65 euros for 6.
Instead, we paid 75 euros, without even specifying.
Then the tasting menu for 2, honestly,
I enjoyed it, or my husband.
For me, it wasn't fair.
Even the passatelli in broth, a little bit of the rest was taken away.
It's true that everyone is on a diet, but...
It's true that your restaurant was full, so if you put 2 extra tagliatelle on the plate, I think it's fair enough.
