21/11/2025: I ordered the pizza and found it delicious, made with excellent dough. I therefore recommend it as a pizzeria. A warm atmosphere with a refined interior architectural style, presumably renovated.

24/10/2025: A very warm and welcoming inn. The atmosphere is refined and even romantic. Upon entry, you're greeted with familiar, warm smiles. The food is truly masterfully prepared and presented. Never trust the names of the dishes. You have to taste them. I chose the chef's surprise tasting menu for 37 euros, which obviously became 45, as I expected. However, the food was wonderful. Veal tongue, donkey stew with polenta, traditional tortellini, tripe parmigiana, and a house dessert. I would never have ordered many of these dishes, yet they pleasantly surprised me. I have a small complaint about the waiter, who let slip a couple of confidences I would have avoided. Everything was very good.

05/10/2025: Gorgeous place both inside and out. We went there today for a family lunch. The owner is truly kind and helpful, as well as an excellent host. Her staff is professional and friendly. The food? Everything was delicious. We'll be back as soon as we can. Prices are reasonable.

20/10/2025: If you want a mouth-watering Roman stirata, this is the place! A young place, super-fast service, it was packed and the pizza arrived in about ten minutes, and the prices are average for the quality you get. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

07/11/2025: Dinner with friends featuring white truffles... divine. The owner and chef were kind, passionate, and cheerful. Generous portions, all generously grated with truffle! I'll be back and recommend everyone to try it! They also have excellent black truffle! I recommend the crostini, frittata (a masterpiece), and tagliatelle. I can't wait to go back. Bravo everyone!

26/08/2025: Seafood restaurant located in one of the most panoramic spots in the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. Fantastic view, and to fully enjoy it, I recommend going just before sunset, or at least when it's not completely dark. Quality food, well-cooked, excellent options. The cold spaghetti with raw seafood is fantastic. The marinated mackerel is also delicious. The grilled meat is generous, and the mixed seafood is excellent in both quantity and quality. Attentive and precise service. If you arrive early, there are no delays in delivery. Other tables near ours had to wait a few minutes too long to get their dinner. Recommended in any case.

21/08/2025: A machine whose gears work perfectly. High-level staff demonstrates all their professionalism and dedication. The mixed seafood appetizers are very good, the first courses are delicious and unique (try the cold spaghetti), and the fried fish is enormous and of excellent quality. We'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: The menu is a huge disappointment, you can't give more than 3 for the service and the atmosphere because you have to eat outside and you can't bring it.

12/10/2025: How do you describe this wonderful restaurant? Everything is perfect. Let's start with the welcome we received for our dogs. We were given a quiet spot with mats, water, and dog treats. Our meal was a dream. We started with a non-alcoholic cocktail. Beef tongue with a horseradish sauce. Delicious homemade tagliatelle. Ossebuco. Dessert with ice cream and popcorn, very original. We shared a wine pairing. Generous half glasses. Axel and Eva Maria provide a warm welcome. Spoken languages: English, Italian, German, and Dutch. We've been coming here for several years, and the quality remains consistently high. Highly recommended. But note: Il Cardinale is open from April to mid-November. Check the website. Curt and Lia.

23/09/2025: We had the most romantic Italian night with a cozy and kind of magical atmosphere. This place is truly a hidden gem with fantastic food and amazing hosts. They just know how to create the perfect night. Can't recommend it enough xx

12/09/2025: We ate at this restaurant twice because it's so incredibly delicious. It's truly authentic Italian cuisine, no frills, very friendly service, the food was handmade, and you could taste it. It was simply an experience.

11/09/2025: The kitchen was supposed to close at 2pm, so we showed up at 2:25pm. The owner was VERY KIND. We couldn't order starters, but we could order appetizers...side dishes...meat...dessert...coffee. We felt welcomed and pampered. I forgot about their giardiniera salad, it's TOP!!!
