29/06/2026: I really liked this place, found it on Maps. The fried food was delicious, and their homemade zuppa inglese was also top-notch! Excellent value for money. And I really want to compliment the lady serving the tables. She was welcoming, fast, and attentive. People like that really make you want to come back.

26/06/2026: We had a very good seafood salad, a tasting of mixed fried fish appetizers, and fried sardines. Everything was good, the service was fair, and we spent 68 euros, which I would say was very reasonable.

23/05/2026: We had dinner at this location with a breathtaking view. The food (especially the raw fish) was excellent and of a high standard. Only one negative note: the wait was incredibly long. 1 hour or more for an appetizer. 1 hour for a first course. We asked for desserts promptly because we were exhausted from the wait. What a shame. We'll think about it before returning!

24/09/2025: A simple restaurant with a lovely sea view. The dishes we ordered were very good, and the staff were very friendly! It's a real shame about the quality/price ratio. Being an osteria, I expected the portions to be a bit larger. A first course and two second courses cost €60, and we left feeling hungry.

It's one of those places where you just want to stop and enjoy a leisurely breakfast. The atmosphere is bright and very pleasant, especially in the morning when the place comes alive with cappuccinos, brioches, and people heading towards the sea. An interesting fact: the pastry shop was born with a strong influence from the Southern Italian pastry tradition, a factor reflected in the variety and style of many of its creations. It's worth stopping here for an authentic breakfast before hitting the beach and promenade. Handy tip: go early in the morning, when the selection is at its best and many products are still freshly baked. The pizza is good (said by someone who can eat it), but I'm celiac and they mixed up the fish appetizer a bit... never mind, they offered a substitution, but I try not to bother them too much if I can. However, I suggest improving the cold appetizer because for €22, I expected something richer and less banal.

15/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant purely by chance on the way home from vacation. We didn't know it was a Michelin-starred restaurant, so we didn't get the experience that this type of restaurant deserves. It's impossible not to appreciate the elegance of the dining rooms, the attentive service, and the meticulous attention to detail in the kitchen. Just one note, though it doesn't take away the five stars, but I think it's important. We didn't like the menu, specifically the list of dishes. It's evocative, colorful, and fun, with its surprise vinyl record, but nothing is specified. No ingredients, no useful details. After studying it for 10 minutes, when the waiter arrived, we changed our order because, following his explanations, we discovered that the names of the dishes didn't actually correspond to their preparation or contained ingredients that weren't to our taste. So, there's no point in leaving the menu... Prices are obviously not for everyone.

08/07/2026: The atmosphere is casual, not pretentious, but still very well-maintained, with an old-fashioned restaurant feel. Excellent food at reasonable prices considering the quality and generous portions. If you love mussels, the bowl of mussels included with the appetizers is a delicious main course. The waitress who served us was perfect. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Cattolica.

21/06/2026: Celiac Alert This restaurant promotes itself as gluten-free, but people with celiac disease should be aware that there appears to be very little attention paid to cross-contamination during table service. The problem is not the kitchen itself, but the way food is handled once it leaves the kitchen and in the bar. During my visit, I observed dishes being served without proper care to avoid contamination, including a lack of attention to handling plates, glasses, cups, making a coffee and other tableware with clean hands. For someone with celiac disease, this is not a minor detail; it is a serious health concern. I have been coming to this place for years and it used to be one of my trusted choices. Unfortunately, it has completely lost the level of care and awareness regarding cross contamination that once set it apart. A gluten-free menu alone is not enough if basic safety procedures are not consistently followed. I am sorry to say this, but this is a serious health issue. Handling my cup after touching a piada with bare hands shows a complete lack of awareness of cross-contamination risks for people with celiac disease.

So to the crucial question that ends all the chatter: "Would you go back?" the answer is NO, especially since it's not cheap.
