04/04/2024: The farmhouse is totally renovated and surrounded by greenery, the location is very quiet. The rooms are simple but very clean and well furnished. The Spa is very pleasant. There is a beautiful hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, changing rooms; it is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast is served at the table, good with some homemade products. The managers are extremely helpful people for any request or need and extremely friendly and kind. I would happily return.

01/04/2024: A resort surrounded by greenery, modern rooms furnished with style and equipped with every comfort. The cuisine is the real must, excellent traditional dishes revisited in a modern key. Truly recommended!

18/03/2024: Sunday lunch with friends. Place known above all for pizza but we wanted to try the fish and we were pleasantly surprised. Refined and delicious appetizers and excellent fish first courses, even with a pinch of originality. Excellent value for money, worth trying!

05/03/2024: We passed through the area with the family and we couldn't help but stop 🤗 we visited the small area and had lunch in this Osteria which offered really good products and food with great attention to detail! Inside there are some exhibitions regarding Valentino Rossi that are very beautiful to see! Excellent value for money!

06/02/2024: Came here to have some lunch while riding around the Tavulia area, and enjoyed some really great pizza with my wife, and looked over during our meal to see factory Suzuki rider Alex Rins eating lunch with his wife and friends right next to us! Admittedly, this was the Monday after the San Marino MotoGP race weekend in 2022, the day before they had mid-season testing, but hey, it could happen to you also!

24/03/2024: What can I say, this restaurant was a surprise. We came across 8 by chance. Super friendly and professional staff. All of excellent quality! We ate different things including first courses, appetizers, side dishes, desserts, all super super good and of excellent quality. Really compliments. Super recommended. Excellent quality/price!

19/03/2024: I went with work colleagues for dinner in this restaurant which at first glance is a bit off-putting as it is located in an industrial area You have to say that once you enter the garden and then inside the room you no longer notice what surrounds you The meat and the first courses are something fake, and you can understand why it is always full of people anyway The manager is very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home

03/04/2024: Really welcoming atmosphere even if not fairytale. The staff are excellent and their friendliness is their strong point, as are their dishes. From the first courses to the pizza, passing through the slices, everything turns out to be good. The Ascoli olives are a little less... but you can always improve. Good pieces. I will definitely be back.

01/04/2024: The pasta was the best we had in Italy so far and seemed like they made everything themselves. One dish is around 8-10€. Pizza was around 8€. We would definitely recommend trying the local pasta!!

07/04/2024: Since I don't like boiled eggs, I still wanted to try the house specialty with crispy bacon (Guancini pizza). Well it was delicious 😋 Then the cup with strawberries and mascarpone concluded our lunch on a high note. We will definitely return when we are in the area 😉

The food was really excellent and plentiful. Definitely worth returning and a place that I have already recommended to several friends....

25/03/2024: Always friendly and quality food. I took a glass of wine and they uncorked the bottle for me at the table. Nobody does it for a glass. They do. Even if they didn't accept the fork, even though they were indicated by t f (too bad!) I'll be back as always because the food is good in a relaxing and beautiful location.

13/01/2024: ho soggiornato 4 giorni a gennaio in questo resort con fidanzato e cagnolona e ci siamo trovati come in paradiso. la tenuta è stupenda collocata in collina con 460 ettari di verde tra cavalli e sentieri dove fare lunghe passeggiate. la nostra camera BIADA, collocata in una ex scuderia era bellissima e pulitissima. la SPA super attrezzata con la gentilissima roberta, numero 1 nei massaggi.la cena al ristorante urbimo laghi collocato a 5 minuti di auto dal resort. è un gioiellino. cibo ottimo e super ricercato e personale gentilissimo come anche le ragazze alla reception. la colazione è da Reali. tutto ottimo e di pasticceria tra torte e paste. tanta scelta anche sul salato. lo consiglio vivamente per chi cerca un luogo rilassante dove essere coccolati. ovviamente la qualità si paga (non è super economico)

08/01/2024: Il soggiorno non è risultato all'altezza delle aspettative, soprattutto a causa del servizio. Il personale della colazione, disponibile fino alle 10, alle 10.02 chiede già agli ospiti di spostarsi, chiudendo addirittura gli scuri delle finestre che danno sul paesaggio. Non è mai capitato, un conto è dire che alle 10 chiude il servizio, un conto è invitare gli ospiti ad andarsene senza poter goder della colazione senza stress di quel momento. Lo stile non è niente di che, ce lo aspettavamo più chic, ad esempio, nella sala colazione affianco al cibo, sono visibili tutti i giacconi e i cappotti delle persone.. nelle camere seppur disponibile il bollitore, mancano tisane per due, non offrono neanche una bottiglia d'acqua
