02/04/2024: Easter lunch booked only based on the reviews as I'm not local and I was passing through Pesaro for the Easter weekend. I think it is somewhat overrated: good ingredients are not enough to make a restaurant good, nor even an artistic presentation to make a dish special. Then the location is absolutely claustrophobic, at -1 of an ancient building, without even a window. High prices: unacceptable to pay €5 for a coffee capsule, €13 for a flute of local prosecco and €5 for a cover charge. They offered a fixed menu at €65 to attract customers, and then took a disproportionate sum from the additional items. I wouldn't go back, they were unfair

01/04/2024: I ate in this place with my partner on Easter day, we ate really well! Dishes cooked to perfection, the lamb in particular was excellent. From the food to the wine and the alcohol, everything was of the highest quality. Our reference waitress was a girl of Apulian origin, very kind and in general all the staff were extremely kind and helpful for every request.

04/04/2024: For me it was the first time, so I wasn't familiar with it and I took the tasting plate. All good, but all dishes with an important flavour. It would be enough to know and take just one or two dishes. However I will return

04/04/2024: The farmhouse is totally renovated and surrounded by greenery, the location is very quiet. The rooms are simple but very clean and well furnished. The Spa is very pleasant. There is a beautiful hot tub, sauna, Turkish bath, changing rooms; it is ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon. Breakfast is served at the table, good with some homemade products. The managers are extremely helpful people for any request or need and extremely friendly and kind. I would happily return.

01/04/2024: A resort surrounded by greenery, modern rooms furnished with style and equipped with every comfort. The cuisine is the real must, excellent traditional dishes revisited in a modern key. Truly recommended!

04/04/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at the Nido del Corvo restaurant this evening, and the experience was simply extraordinary. I began my culinary journey with an exquisite tuna tartare, followed by a delicate sea bass carpaccio that melted in my mouth. The oysters with maracuja were an explosion of freshness and flavour, while the mussels and congoles expertly enhanced the flavor of the sea. The cold appetizer was a perfect introduction to the robust and delicate flavors that would follow. But the real star of the evening was the pineapple carpaccio with berries, my favorite dessert. It was the perfect end to an unforgettable dinner. Each dish was a masterpiece of flavours, presented with great care and attention to detail. Compliments to the chef for his culinary mastery and to the entire Nido del Corvo team for an exceptional experience

01/04/2024: An unexpectedly found restaurant that turned out to be the best of all those toured in the Fano area in the last 10 years. Lunch table for 18 people on Easter Monday à la carte menu. An arduous test to pass! Let me start by saying that we are all quite demanding and lovers of good food. Full restaurant. We ate better than anywhere else on any other day of the year. Excellent food, well balanced flavours, very fresh fish, very well prepared plating, right portions at a fair price. Impeccable service. Only the owner with his availability and friendliness is worth the trip. We will be back soon.

Wide choice of wines but above all fish-based cuisine, the point of reference in the area for those who want to eat well and not the usual barbecue. Welcoming and prepared staff. Prices absolutely in line with the quality of service and food, I often recommend it
