05/06/2025: Excellent dishes, fair prices, very kind and friendly staff, a great owner Simone who with a few jokes offers advice on wines. Very good first courses, pizzas and meat, and also excellent the PantaPulled sandwich. Parking available without problems. Highly recommended, great!

Abbiamo preso un ricco antipasto di mare, con piatti delicati e sfiziosi sia caldi che freddi, e per primo dei gustosi spaghettoni con vongole in bianco. A chiudere non poteva mancare la famosa moretta fanese, energetico e stuzzicante caffè corretto tipico di queste zone. Locale molto carino, con personale affabile, che offre la possibilità di mangiare internamente o all’aperto.

The view is truly enchanting, the restaurant very welcoming as well as the staff who were really kind and helpful which nowadays is not a given. We took a fish menu which was delicious, finally the price was excellent, we expected a higher bill and instead it was more than good.

18/06/2025: We had two excellent meals here. Pasta, vegetarian, brodetto, and lamb. Everything was deliciously prepared. The two owners are so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and service. We'll be back on our next trip to Fano.

28/04/2025: Io e mia moglie siamo stati da Pasqualon il giorno di Pasqua a pranzo. Siamo stati subito colpiti dalla gentilezza,dall'ospitalità e dalla cordialità con cui siamo stati accolti. Abbiamo subito capito che si trattava di un ambiente veramente familiare. Abbiamo ordinato: tagliatelle al sugo bianco di cinghiale, cresc tajat alla Pasqualon(tipo maltagliati con sugo di fagioli),pasticciata alla pescarese, costolette di agnello ,patate al forno. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino Sangiovese della casa. Tutto perfetto:sapori ottimi e rapporto qualità/prezzo. Una menzione anche per la sig.na che ci ha servito:ottimi consigli davvero!! Se torneremo a Pesaro andremo di nuovo a mangiare da Pasqualon!

01/06/2025: For me one of the best restaurants in the province. Beautiful location, Parchiule, a splendid hamlet of Borgo Pace, known for its carbonari and natural pools. Excellent food, noteworthy appetizers, where you can taste typical products, truly special cheeses and mountain crudités, excellent first courses too. As for the second courses, in addition to an interesting series of menu proposals, there is the possibility of choosing a steak of different quality and aging from the maturing fridge. I have been going there for years and will continue to go there. Reservations are almost essential.
